Getting way better than it was 4weeks ago new staff is making a difference

It was stocked good and the store was clean but the restroom was awful dirty. There was no toilet paper in there and you could smell the bathroom all the way down the hallway

I found everything I was needing. The only problem was they only had one register opened the whole time I was there. When I got in line, it was so long, there was over 10 in front of me. With me trying to get out so I can catch the next bus to get home, if I missed it I would have to wait another hour for the next one. I was in line for well over 15 minutes. While I was loading up my bags on my Walker a guy came to open another register, a little to late. They should of opened another register long before this. Thats poor management. The idea is not just getting people in the door, but to get people through ringing up what they want to buy in a orderly manner in the shortest time. More people whose Orders are rung up in less time equates to more completed sales in any given time. Quicker checkout time for the coustomers and bigger sale profits for the story. Its not Rocket Science.

Really long lines they truly need more people working there. It seems like such a good store. But they need more people.

Blonde girl that was ringing us up was tweaking, I could tell that she was because she was doing unnecessary movements and looked like she was strung out. They also should have a sign for a 6 feet apart, customers or cashiers clearly don’t care about the safety for other customers who are vulnerable to the virus.

Bathroom was horrible. Paper towel dispenser was broken, there were drawings all over the walls, no clear sign showing where it was. Other than that, it was a dollar tree. They had what youd expect

Worst Dollar Tree i have EVER been in. I have been here probably ten times now, but no more. It was just easier to stop here because its right beside wal mart but every time i stop here, i just have to go on down the road to the one beside food city to pick up what this one doesnt seem to have...which is everything. When i first went to this one after moving here i honestly thought it was just opening because it was empty..but its been a year now n i think things are even worse now. Went in there with my son earlier today to get a couple of things and they didnt have not one thing i went in there to get. The shelves are always bare..everythings always empty..i mean does no one ever stock here..who ever runs this store needs to be fired because obviously they dont run the store the way it needs to be ran and nothing is ever stocked.

This one use to be alot better. Usually low on products and messy store. I like the one on Emory better, but I go to this one when I dont feel like dealing with the traffic on Emory.

Good store always find something there. Some of the stuff is cheaply made and really aint worth it but its only a dollar. Most of the time the phone chargers and ear buds are junk but are good if youre out and get in a bind theyll work usually. Grab one and throw it in your glove compartment as back up. Good place to get things for the house for those kids moving out of the parents house for the first time. Thats where I went all those years ago they held up until I could swap them out with newer and better made things.

Have many wood craft items was pleased with their selection.

Amazing place and amazing service. Cyn took time and care to wrap each one of my glass items and organize them properly. Got an entire new set of dishes and glassware for under $15. Can’t beat this place!

Everything is Always friendly and I have fun.we eat a lot of bread and because of the very low prices we have what we need.

Always has helpful staff and the store is always stocked with items that other dollar trees may not have.

The manager at this dollar tree is sooooo kind. While we were checking out he talked to us interacted with our son and completely made his day with a sucker. So very kind. Ive shopped at this store for years and we have experienced very nice employees there but that was overall the best experience we have ever had!!

They do now have the new Crafters square area its just now starting so not all the items are there yet but they do have a lot of new items

One if the best little treasures going on at this time ....buy all cleaning products. ...great place for college kids and love the not knowing what they will have next ...for a dollar!

The employees here are very sweet but you will wait in line 15 minutes minimum every single time. This is not a place you get in and get out quickly.

This woman that sits in there all day has to be 105. She has the nerve to tell me I stepped on her floor that she just mopped. Like I had any other choice haha. You need to worry about all them roaches you got instead there was so many they damn near picked up my laundry basket and ran. Like how are you gonna tell me not to step on the floor when this is most definitely the dirtiest laundry mat in East Tennessee.

Selection is pretty thin. Mostly envelopes and chicken tacos.

Cashiers were called immediately to check the crowd out, unlike most stores that have 1 register open. I bought everything from nail polish to Tupperware.

Check out line was extremely long, and only one line stayed open. 2nd employee closed her register to vacuum while customers continued to wait.

I have never seen such a disgusting bathroom in my life..the toilet was dripping water all over the floor and that bathroom had not been cleaned in weeks because there was an inch thick gunk around the bottom and poop on the floor...the manager is always outside smoking and apparently not doing her job...ill be going to karns...nasty nasty

One cashier open, the line was down the Isle. And the odor just about made me sick.

They are under new management now, so everything is actually in stock. Workers are pretty friendly.
