We couldnt ask for a better place to send our child! Weve been going there for 2 years now. The team is organized, kind, and our son flourishes there! They are truly amazing.

This is an amazing daycare. New director miss Katie does tremendous job. And the teacher of Pre-K class miss Rebeka is the best teacher ever. My son enjoys going there, and its pleasure to hear him reasoning about things he learns in his class, it is fun to watch teachers interacting with little ones when during drop off and pick up time. They also have so many extra classes they can do - cooking, math, phonics, soccer... Do recommend this center.

My kids have been going to the KinderCare in Totem lake for a few months now and I’ve seen so much growth in their communication, learning and confidence. They’ve learned so much in the short amount that they’ve been there & it makes me so excited to see what their future may hold. The staff there is amazing, they are all so helpful & so sweet !! I love that center & wouldn’t want my kids any other place. Definitely recommend the totem lake kinder care!!

We have loved our experience with KinderCare and it has become almost an extension of family with the staff as well as the other families. It truly does take a village to raise a good kid and we have been fortunate to have help with Totem Lake KinderCare. Leadership and teachers look after kids as if they were their own. Many of the staff have kids that go there, which is very comforting as a parent. This center offers extra classes like soccer, Phonics, Math, Cooking, etc. we love that our child can participate in these activities without leaving the center or cutting into our weekend activities. Can’t say enough good things about the leadership and staff! Highly recommend!

We had a very bad experience in Totem Lake KinderCare. My son just attended to this daycare for two months, the 2.5-3 years old class. Then he got four deep scratches on his face. Another boy scratched him for no reason!!! After three months, there are still four very visible scars on his face, four pieces of skin are missing. Every time I see these wounds, I feel so terrible!!!The teachers attitude is cold and indifferent. If you don’t ask, nobody will tell you what happened. They ask you to go find the report yourself. Nobody will tell you how to avoid this issue happens again until you email to the director and tell her how serious it is. Daycare take sides with the “bad behavior” kids.I was thinking of changing a daycare before this happened. Because my impression of this daycare is not very good.1. There are always different teachers there. Whatever you want to know how’s your kid today. The most answer you get are “I don’t know” “ I wasn’t there during that time” .2. Some teachers are very rude to the children. I’ve seen a teacher pull a little girl very rudely just because she was standing in the wrong place. That poor little girl cried bitterly. If teachers are impatient, how can they do their jobs well?3. It feels like the teachers are mostly just looking at the kids and not interacting with them. It’s nothing like what they advertised.I really regret not leaving this daycare earlier. Teachers were very irresponsible. If you are looking for a daycare, I hope what I said is helpful to you.

The director is a professional. The lead teacher in 3-4 y.o. room is a transplant to Seattle who had her own childcare center out-of-state. She is the most loving person I have ever dealt with in any childcare center. My daughter thrived here.

We had bad Experience with my sons previous daycare, THANK you so much Totem Lake Kinder care. We Love You Guys.....

Wonderful staff that love the kids and run a great preschool program.

The staff members they seems like they care, but not that much at all, also they dont take the blame some of the wrong things what they done. The place is mess with a lot of kids that not getting a care what they need.
