ICP is like a little extended family. I didn’t know much about a co-op or if it would be my thing but I have truly come to love the group of parents and kids in my daughters class. This is the middle of our second year and I feel grateful to have such caring people in our families lives. The teachers are the best. They truly care and connect with all the kids and parents. Couldn’t be happier with our choice to join. And my daughter has made some great friends and loves going to school each day-what more can you ask for?! :)

The intention of this type of preschool is wonderful if you have some time to spend at the school and for the school, and have backup options. Our experience wasnt great and it was mostly around the mix of parents at the school at the time (which determines the personalities that you are dealing with) and the demands that were sometimes hard to meet because we couldnt send another family member in our place if we or our child was sick that day.

ICP has been one of the best things for our family since having our kids! We have found a supportive local community of like-minded families as well as an amazing beginning for our childrens educational journeys. Its play-based structure has allowed our children to explore and learn in developmentally-appropriate ways. It is a profound and rewarding experience to be so intimately involved in their early childhood education.

We have been at ICP for 3 years now and LOVE it!! The teachers are fabulous, my kids are happy and never want to leave, they feel safe and loved while there, have made many friends, and have learned so much! I love being able to work in their class, and be apart of this wonderful community.

ICP has helped shape my parenting philosophy through the great parent education opportunities, and allowed my son to acclimate to a classroom setting while having many fun experiences with his friends. We love the top-notch teachers, community support, and focus on indoor/outdoor play and exploration. Love that we can be here from toddler group - Pre-K as well.

As first time parents finding a preschool option for our daughter was daunting. It felt like such a big decision and we had no idea where to start or how to go about choosing what was right for us. After 1.5 years at Ingelmooor Cooperative Preschool we can say without a doubt we are overjoyed to be a part of this school. Simply put “ICP,” is a truly special and unique place. This is a school where teachers and parents come together to play an “active” role in the development of their children. A sense of community that “learns through play,” thrives here, fostering curiosity and confidence in its students. The attention that is given to each child from the teachers and the parents allows them to grow and discover in a safe and enriching environment. We feel lucky to be surrounded by a wonderful community of parents who play an active role in the lives of their children. At the age of two and a half our daughter LOVES school, her friends and her teachers. She screams with joy every time we drive in to the parking lot “MY SCHOOL! MY SCHOOL! YAY!” ICP is grounded in the Kirkland/Kenmore/ Bothell Community and really does make the perfect, first, stepping stone in the journey of our child’s education.
