Its a great place here to get music supplies. I remember I had To get a flip folder for music and I was like I need a lot of these pages lol. One of the workers hooked me up with them for a good bargain. Service was great this place is 5 out of 5

Very bad customer service, they can’t even tell me how much I owe on my finance with MUSIC&Art. Further more, they don want to receive a simple maintenance request on my flute. They left me waiting wile they work with other customer that came after me. All of them pass the ball. None professional at all.

Very quick service. This shop fixes musical instruments at their place and their turn around time is fast. They sell instruments, give musical lessons, and have practice rooms.

Cory was knowledgeable and super friendly over the phone and in person. I needed a small bass amp and he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, took a new one out of the box, helped plug me in, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Well done sir

Hubs and I hadnt been inside a music store in years. Hubs wanted sheet music for guitar and I was interested in looking at a tenor ukulele. A small selection of ukes but the four different sizes were available and I was very pleased with the brand and price. I purchased the tenor and I am so happy with this ukulele. Lots of help at the store. Friendly and attentive. Hubs bought 2 music books, a tuner, and strap for guitar. Both guys that helped us were super patient in assisting 2 old boomers. Wish Id gotten their names. Def recommend.

Very unfriendly staff and bad customer service, they completely ignored me when I walked in and I had to ask them for help without a single one offering it, I’d drive the extra distance and just go to a guitar center, done waste your time here.

Short staff and poor young man was alone! He was awesome though!! Seems like they are wiped out as far as accessories go. I dont know if its because of back to school or no ordering due to COVID but I bought what I could get.

Ill will give it 4 stars bc it sound amazing but i never been there but at the photos i can tell all the instruments u have like trumpet,flute,claranet,saxophone,guitar, drums,piano,and another one that looks like trumpet but its not its a different instrument but i got a felling that they have tuba

So, this is my third review. Again, great customer service! We bought three keyboards so far and more. Addicted to buying instruments and more. One of the keyboards had a buzz to it, discussed with the manager Nick and boom, situation fixed. I look forward to our next instrument purchase as i know I will be treated well before and after the sale.

I think they lost all the good employees. Last time we visited this place had terrible experience with the guy in the store!

We went in to rent an instrument for band class. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even had the school band supply lists and gathered all we needed. The rental rates are cheaper than I expected. Excellent experience overall.

The worst music classes we ever had, especially the front staff is too rude, one of the teachers Brian is a good teacher, but very frustrated all the time, and talks rudely to students. I would never recommend anyone to have classes at this center

The guy was locking up 20 minutes before 8PM. I need stuff fast but 20 minutes is way too early for closing.

I am very pleased with my experiences at Music & Arts. Over the past few years Ive bought two student model instruments (a saxophone and most recently a trombone.) They had a very good selection of both new and used student model instruments (even just two weeks before school started.) Aaron, my salesperson, was friendly, informative and professional. The thing I like most about Music and Arts is that they keep a record of all the local band directors preferences (both middle and high school), as well as the list of supplies and music instruction books each director requires, so you can be sure your child will start band class with all the right stuff. Thanks again Music & Arts!

Russell was great. We went in with low expectations due to out experience with the I10 location. But we were treated extremely well. He was helpful,quick and knowledgeable.

A hidden gem in Katy!!! The instructors are excellent musicians and teachers, the Staff is very friendly and most helpful. I have purchased instruments and musical accessories for my students at this location and have nothing but good reports to give M&A in Katy!

This is a great store. Im the jerk that called twenty minutes before closing time during the Christmas rush, asking whether they had a Yamaha Arius digital piano. Daniel, probably the greatest retail person ever, told me they had just one in stock in the model I was after, and to come on in and hed fix me up. So I got there four minutes to closing time, as the last patrons were shuffling out. After Daniel took all the time I wanted showing me the difference between the model I was after and the other one, I made my decision and we initiated the transaction. Then I got distracted with the piano books, and he spent another five minutes or so digging around for a book he recommended. Then he helped me move seats around in the van to get the piano in. During this process, someone he was apparently meeting after work arrived, waited around a bit, and left. By the time I finally departed, it was a half-hour past closing time and Daniel had to go back in to finish closing up shop. The whole time, he was perfectly obliging, friendly, conversational, and while he obviously would have liked to have been elsewhere (he was multitasking with gusto, helping a colleague close up as I hemmed and hawed) he betrayed no obvious desire to be rid of me. He had every opportunity to postpone the sale, beginning with my phone call, but made sure I was completely taken care of. And get this: so the piano I picked up was the floor model, which was still like new and just fine by me. But Daniel told me I could take this one home for Christmas, and hed order me a new one, and when it arrived I could swap it out. It was an extra trip, and my kids would probably ding it up in the meantime, so I declined. But any store that hires people like this and empowers them to operate that way deserves to have my business. Prices here are pretty much comparable with most online sellers, but I would still shop here if they were 20% higher. Seriously. I also got a $100 gift card with my piano.

A fun place with some rad instructors

This company is a mess. I thought at least the in store staff was helpful...but I wound up spending over 3 hours over 4 plus visits trying to get a rental...no one seems to know whats going on, and I got a different run around each time I went. Today Im trying a new store...

As a regular customer here and a student for the lessons program, i love this store! The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The lessons are terrific and you learn alot from them.

I went to this music & arts to get a specific book and the girl that helped me didnt even look for it properly she just went to a small spot and said no we dont have it. Later on I went to another music & arts and the lady there said that the book I was looking for was in stock at cinco ranch according to her computer.

There is a big problem with the make ups with the instructors . They put the account on auto pay and if you miss a class due to sickness or traffic or any reason that happens . The instructors too busy to give a make up lesson .
