Eric was a phenomenal zoom teacher; which is a very challenging task! With a very large group, he was able to keep us engaged by asking several questions with hand raising responses. Eric knew his material completely so he didnt just read from the screens. His easy going personality and excellent sense of humor made the class a delight!! Great job Eric!!

Eric and his team are absolutely phenomenal.His style ought to be a worldwide benchmark for what it means to be an excellent teacher. On multiple occasions, there would be a concept I had questions about, and Eric was consistently willing and interested to assist and would often respond within the hour. Communication like that is what makes a teacher and a class worthwhile. He turns what would otherwise be a boring study of legalese into an interactive, engaging classroom experience. For anyone in TN looking to become a licensed agent, I MUST highly recommend this course.

Attending TN Real Estate Academy was the best decision I’ve made this year. The classes not only prepared me to pass both my TN State exam and National Exam the first try, they prepared me with real life scenarios on how the concepts we learned apply in the field. Eric Kistner is a fantastic and engaging teacher. He was always ready and willing to answer my questions and was patient as the questions became more frequent as the exam drew near. He was thorough with the information and provided ample study materials. He also took time to talk through what to consider when picking a brokerage and stressed the importance of finding one that fits, because every place and everyone are different, and gave practical tips on building your real-estate business from the ground up.

I had such a great experience with this class! Eric was the best teacher! He made sure we understood everything that would be on the test and didn’t mind to go over the same thing multiple times if we weren’t getting it. He continued to be helpful after the class was over, as well. I took this class on the weekends for a month due to my work schedule, which made it a lot easier on me. This class is 100% worth the money!

This class was an amazing experience for me! Going into the world of real estate I can honestly say I went in blind knowing nothing. This class built me up from level 0 to passing both exams in a month ! Hard work but highly recommend.

Really enjoyed taking the course at TREA. Eric was an amazing instructor and very attentive. Being a small classroom setting, any questions I had he was able to explain thoroughly and use examples based on our understanding. It was one of those courses where you learned a lot but also had a great time. Even though independent study was still necessary (just like any other course), there were plenty of educational tools provided to succeed and pass the exam. What I really benefited from Eric’s course is that he not only teaches you the material but also teaches you how to do well on the real estate exam. Definitely recommend!

This is a great company to work with! The materials were available to me before class to review. Eric was very flexible in teaching us during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and was able to have the flexibility to teach remotely. His upbeat personality made the learning experience fun, while his knowledge in real estate was extensive. He was also able to tune into what our exaxct class had learned or what we were struggling with to help fine tune the areas we needed more help to prepare for the test. Tennessee Real Estate Academy was wonderful to say the least. I had previously taken my education online through Kaplan but I kept having trouble grasping all the difference concepts and definitions. Although, Im sure it wasnt the best decision for me to take my education online. After months (8 months to be exact) of taking and failing the Real Estate exam multiple times, I signed up for the Tennessee Real Estate Academy as a last resort. BUT I am very thankful that I did! After attending classes that were held on the weekend, I was able to finally pass my Real Estate Exam! Eric was an excellent teacher and I cannot recommend him enough. He did a wonderful job explaining the ins and outs of Real Estate and prepared me for the exam way better than Kaplan did. Please, take my advice and do not take your education online like I did. Instead, sign up the Tennessee Real Estate Academy and make sure Eric is your teacher! You will not be disappointed!!!!
