This place is awesome. It has a great family atmosphere and they really care about you getting educated about real estate. Kathy is an amazing teacher and all of her team is very helpful! Her assistant Angie is also amazing as well!

D and D Real Estate School was a great learning experience. The instructors were very helpful and up front and honest. The communication was awesome in that everything was explained in a detail way from material in the books, homework assignments, and PSI test instructions as well.

I obtained both my pre licensing and brokers required coursework from D&D. I was very pleased with the classroom experience and recommend this school to those considering a real estate profession.

The instructors went above and beyond to help me prepare for Real Estate. There were local business that came in through out the course of the class who helped us answer questions and gave us an idea of what to prepare for. The State exam was a worry for me at first but after completing the class I feel confident that Im well prepared for my state test.

The personnel at D & D School of Real Estate are helpful, knowledgeable and so easy to get along with. I have been dealing with this company for over 5 years and have not had one negative experience with them. When you call them you get immediate answers, when you email them they respond normally within an hour, but sometimes within minutes. Have questions about the exams? Call them! Have questions about course materials? Call them! You will find no other company that is as willing to help as the people at D & D School of Real Estate.

I am a student of this school. They have a very concise curriculum and the instructors assisted me every time I needed them. Although I would have liked more advice about the RE Test from the instructors specifically, overall this was a great self-study course. I will definitely continue to patron this establishment for my mandatory refresher courses later on in my real estate career.

They were very thorough and seemed genuinely interested in my success. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in pursuing a real estate career.

Highly recommend these folks. I am a broker in Alabama who searched for a study guide along with 4 other people for a week! None found. They had written their own guide and had it to me in 10 min!!! Very professional group.Just called this school today 8/21/2018.They helped me a year ago get my Tenn Broker Lic. They were super helpful with my questions on continued education. This is the second time they have helped me without making any money on me. I will always recommendthis school. Thats customer service!

Every time Ive had a question they are always there to answer it in just a courteous way. They will also go above and beyond to help you with your studies so you can pass the exam the first time!!

I have been doing business with this school for over 9 years, i received my real estate associates license there and book work for my Tennessee Brokers License. The staff has been courteous and quick to take care of any needs i might have. The fees the school charge are very affordable. I highly recommend them. Brian Whidden CCIM Broker

I am not sure what this course guarantees under their additional information but we have found their material to be subpar and very backward. Even though it is offered free online, my husband and I called and requested the books for the affiliates course. What we got were some books that looked like someone had printed them of their home computer. We found the material to be confusing, grammatically written wrong, misspellings, etc. (*For example, using pier instead of peer) We paid $350 for this course ($175 for both of us) so we would expect some professionalism with the material. Most of the course was designed for the student to go look up the laws by website or book then come back to the activities and write about how it compared to this or that case study.After we called to try to get our money back we were told that they have a 10 day no return policy that cannot be found on their website. We presented the man that we were talking to with all the facts described above and asked him if he didnt stand by his product to which he replied why would I stand by the product you are telling me stinks? They dont even care about customer satisfaction or their own product!You can find an online class with Kaplan for $25 dollars less that actually teaches you. I recommend that. Please dont waste your time with this old school, backward, and unprofessional school.
