We really felt comfortable and enjoyed this class. It was a good start with basics and plenty of room to build on at your own pace. Highly recommend ❤

It was a great class, 8 of us from my Watson Realty office, learned alot and had a good time doing it, Chris is a very good instructor - wish he was closer to St. Augustine because we would all be taking more classes from him .

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We used Adrenaline Self Defense at a company event and it was a huge success! People are still talking about it. The skills they taught in a short period of time were invaluable life skills that everyone should learn. They were professional, friendly and well organized. Their class can be used for team building, continuing education or just a bonus to your colleagues. Highly recommend Chris & his staff!!! Thank you again.

Detailed and informative

Last year, it was suggested by one of my friends that we take a self defense class. I looked up a few places and landed on Adrenaline Self Defense (The Women’s Defense Company).I took my first class and left feeling so empowered! Chris, the owner, touches on SO MANY valuable pointers that I would have never otherwise thought of!A couple months later, I decided to do another class with some more friends. Taking the class for a second time, I thought it would be a piece of cake - instead, it challenged me in new ways and allowed me to sharpen the skills I learned in the first class that has gotten a little rusty!Less than a month later I was targeted in a Walmart parking lot by male/female duo who thought I was a weak target with my two young children.I reacted, used my voice, and STILL the man kept coming for me. I did what I had to do to protect my babies and I was able to get away with a second to spare. Reviewing the surveillance footage with JSO showed just how intentional this targeting was and I thank God every single chance I get that I took the self defense classes with Adrenaline Defense Company.Thanks to Chris, and his amazing assistants, I knew to check my surroundings. I saw a car was out of place and I waited before moving forward with getting my daughter out of the car. I noticed a look that was exchanged from the driver to the front of my car and I saw the man AS SOON AS he was coming toward me.Taking that extra second to stop and be aware of my surroundings gave me the advantage I needed to get away. I used my voice and I stayed calm and grounded while doing what I needed to do to get my son back to a safe place and get myself into the car.I avoided that situation because of what Chris taught me.Had I looked up ONE SECOND later, it would have been a different outcome. Regardless, I still would have been prepared with the tools I learned from class to attack back and protect my family.Chris would never tell anyone this, but he reached out to me after the incident. He comforted me and empowered the heck out of me during an extremely traumatic time. I remember calling him one night when my anxiety got the best of me, and he took time out of his day to talk me down from my insecurities and built me back up with his support and insane knowledge/experience.This is so much more than a business for him and his colleagues. They care so much about their students and they truly want to empower everyone. The sense of community that comes from attending ONE class speaks volumes for this organization.I HIGHLY recommend this class for women, men and even children. I’ve returned to take more classes and I will continue to go back because every single time I learn something new and become an even more empowered version of myself.If I could give Adrenaline Defense Company a million stars as a rating, I would. 5 stars doesn’t do this organization justice.Do yourself a favor, and take a class. You won’t regret it.
