Great place for both kids and grown ups to exercise. The instructors are wonderful! They promote self confidence, respect, anti bullying, perseverance and a whole lot more wonderful virtues. Great with and for kids! And adults too.

My daughter did Summer Camp and now does regulate classes. This place is great! She is learning a lot and making good friends. The instructors are encouraging and aim to build strong character in their students. I have witnessed her use her anti bully techniques and I am quite impressed. The progress reports are AWESOME!

We are thrilled with Mr. Pope and Mr. Mosier and the rest of the team at Karate America. We have struggled to find activities that our son enjoys and has passion about until now. Within a few weeks we have seen a big change in our sons attitude and demeanor. He loves Karate America and its the first time he has actually looked forward to an activity.

Karate America at Jullington Creek has been an amazing experience for my son. Not only do they teach martial arts and fitness but infuse character and health education as well. Every instructor knows the name of each student in the class. Modeling the same respect they expect from the children. Karate America at Jullington Creek is making a difference in their students lives. And that means a lot to me as a mom and as a teacher.

I really appreciate that kickboxing at Karate America is a family-oriented experience where we can go and exercise together despite our varying fitness levels. It is fun and encouraging for everyone!

Mr. Pope and staff do a great job teaching students life lessons. I have been very pleased with the discipline our child shows at home because of the teachings. I have also learned a lot about self defense just watching class.

We have a child in Tai Kwan Do and my husband and I take Krav Maga, and we have had a completely positive experience. Mr. Pope and his staff are amazing, and my child enjoys her classes. We love that they teach discipline, respect and responsibility along with the techniques, all in a positive, fun environment. Couldnt ask for more!

Our son enjoyed the summer camp, and cant wait to enroll again Summer 2019.
