All of my children’s have been going to this learning center for years. My 9 year old started at the age of 3 and we have never left. I have experienced all age stages within the center and have never had any issues. My last two that are currently enrolled at the center loves to go to school every day to see their favorite teachers and friends. I am very fortunate to find a loving caring center like this one.

Rattles to Tassels Learning Center is a pleasant learning environment. My daughter attends the VPK program and she is learning so much. She loves the art projects and activities the most. The facility is clean and tidy. The staff is professional. I know that my child is safe when I drop her off every day. Rattles to Tassels are also taking all the necessary precautions to keep their facility Covid-19 safe.

Staff is very professional and show a great level of care for the children in the facility. Ive had my oldest enrolled since he was 7 months (now 2.5 yrs) and my youngest since he was 2 months (11 months now) and have had no complaints. Theyre quick to respond to questions or concerns, if theres ever an incident at the school regarding the children they let me know immediately and both sides involved will sign a form showing what happened and how it was handled. All meals are made at the school and healthy varieties, children learn and do a wide range of activities and are always happy to go in the mornings and never leave in a bad mood. Theyre also very accommodating to time sharing arrangements and are willing to work with parents regarding scheduling issues as best as possible. Id definitely recommend other parents to their facility and plan to keep both children enrolled until they age out to kindergarten if possible.

Professionalism at its finest. Really patient and understanding when it comes to children. No other place Id rather send my child.

I will not recommend this daycare! This is a family orientated daycare and they cover up accidents. My neice wrote a positive/negative review and they deleted it. The teachers are not to be trusted at all! I dont usually write reviews but this daycare DESERVED IT!

My grandson goes to this school and he is absolutely always getting sick. With covid spreading like wild fire this isnt good. He didnt attend last week and didnt get sick at all. He went back this week, and bam!!!! Sick . He has been attending this school for a few months and gas spent most of those few months sick . No bueno! For the price paid weekly you would think they could afford to disinfect the school and possibly afford the time, effort and emails to parents about keeping their sick child at home so they dont get others sick

Quick and easy enrollment process, fair pricing. All of the teachers and students were very friendly. When I have more children I definitely will be sending them here

My daughter has been going here for about 6 months now and she LOVES it. She has always been very wary of strangers and clingy towards me, but she is always excited to see her teachers. I am a young, single mom and they have always been very understanding and accommodating of my difficult situation. I feel like my daughter has grown so much since coming here. I highly recommend!!

Rattles to Tassels has been so helpful during the covid pandemic. They have been understanding of all the changes families have been going through and very accommodating. Due to being furloughed we had to pull our daughter out for a few weeks. When it was time to go back it was a seamless transition. Our family is so thankful for this school especially during these uncertain times.

Safety and health of children are NOT their priority, they will delete any bad reviews against them. This place should be shut down!

Our daughter loves the school and is constantly talking about her friends and teachers. The staff is professional and courteous. It has been a great experience for us and we are very grateful for their care and support.

Rattles to tassels has been very good to my family. My 2 year old daughter has been attending there since she was a 11 month old baby. I tell you what, my baby was so chunky and she was not crawling when she started. About 2 1/2 weeks later, my baby was trying to scoot to crawl & was trying to pull up. My baby has progressed very well & has been learning pretty good. The staff is very nice & friendly; and very understandable. They love their babies. The owner have been doing her best to help the families during the pandemic. The environment is always clean & neatn you can smell the cleanness. I do not have any concerns nor worries when I or dad drops her off.

Moved my son here and I wish I would have done it sooner. The staff is fantastic and my son is learning so much. They always keep you up tp date on what is going on with your child. They truly care about your children. We really love it here.

Rattles to Tassels is the absolute best school my daughter has gone to. From the teachers to the director, everyone is always sweet, smiling, and welcoming. My daughter has been attending Rattles to Tassels for a few years now and they are preparing her in every way for her upcoming Kindergarten year. Not only is the curriculum effective and beneficial but they go above and beyond for these kids. My daughter just turned 5 years old and now knows Spanish, the alphabet in sign language, and learning math. I am beyond grateful for all of the staff for their amazing hard work and hospitality. You guys are simply amazing!!

My son has been going here since he was 4 months and due to him being breastfed he refused to take a bottle he eventually took the bottle, but only from the women in the nursery and they also helped with weaning him off. Flash forward he is not 23 months and he knows how to count up to 13 and identify the numbers, knows the whole alphabet song, can identify some of the letters in the alphabet, his body parts, some shapes, and colors all before he is even two. This is a safe place for your kids to learn and grow.

We enrolled our son here in August and he love going to school. Most of the time when I get there to pick him up its a struggle to get him in the car to go home. That makes me feel very comfortable. Mrs. Miller and her team of girls there are amazing with the children. The price is totally affordable and reasonable for the top notch care.

Rattles to Tassels learning Center is a great facility to enroll your children. If you are looking for a place in which you can trust that your children will learn, grow, have fun  and be loved then this is the place for you. From potty training, to filed trips, to graduation ceremonies this center has it all. I have two children enrolled, a five year old and a three year old. This center is always clean and orderly. There are code locks on each door that enters the center that only parents have access too, because of this I always feel my children are safe. My child has severe allergies that are taken very seriously by the staff. They take the time to ensure that her meals and snacks are appropriate for her diet. The staff makes sure that the kids are educated as well as provide them with fresh healthy meal plans. The Director and staff are very professional and always answer any questions or concerns that I have right away. Moving from out of state I am happy that I was able to find a center in which my children could call home. They absolutely Love this Center.

I love it here! We had a bad experience with our last daycare and needed something much better that was still affordable, happy to say we found the place. The director and all the teachers are very nice, attentive and I feel they know my daughter very well. They’ll work with you on your concerns and have a great curriculum. As far as affordable childcare goes you can’t get any better than this, and I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place.

This daycare center has been a blessing for my children! I had a very bad experience concerning my oldest son with daycare in Texas. Newly divorced and new to Jacksonville my circumstances has changed. I have to work hard to support them. So off to daycare the youngest two goes! This center even have a Corporate discount set up for my job. It’s well priced, so clean and learning activities seem fun for the children. You can see how genuine the teachers interactions are! I’m very observant when my children are involved. I know they are learning a lot based on the conversations I hear them having while they play without them knowing I am listening! In a three month time span it’s has been some major changes. But finding this school is one of the best things that happened to me since We’ve moved here! Thank you Ratttles to Tassels!

My two girls started a few months ago and we love it. They both love their teachers and it shows. Its so peaceful to them so happy when we pick them up each evening. I know we made a great decision choosing Rattles to Tassels for our preschool.

I absolutely love this daycare. Serenity enjoys going there and so far I have not had any bad experience with them. The staff is awesome and the director is very attentive. They have assisted me in every way possible and I am very thankful for them. This will be Serenitys second month there and I hope it keeps going as fantastic as it has been going as of now. I completely recommend this daycare, if you have any concerns and address them they will be more than glad to acknowledge and assist you with your concern.

Rattles to tassels is a great facility. It is cleaner then other day cares the teachers are great with the kids. I feel as though they have gone above and beyond since my child has been enrolled

This child care center is amazing. We enrolled our girls about 4 months ago and my twins love it. They are learning something new every day it shows. The staff is great and is very much attentive to the children. They are very much affordable.

My niece has been going to this school for about 8 or 9 months and I love it. She is learning more that just academics. He behavior has gone through some changes, she has become fully potty trained. I also love that it is christian based. This world we are living in, we all need to be girded up, why not start with our future leaders? Love it!

Rattles to Tassels is an amazing school. My daughter just started daycare for the first time & loves it! I had only heard great things about it but as a mom you still want that heart feeling. Right when you walk in you get it. Ms Adrian tells you anything you want to know with confidence & cares about them kids so much it shows! Ms Toni is my daughters teacher & is great with the kids. Interacts fully with them! My daughter has already learned so much. I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff at Rattles to Tassels is very professional and has provided exceptional service for my family. I feel very comfortable leaving my child at the center. It always smells good and is always clean. The director is very professional and I feel she genuinely cares for the children attending.

Rattles to Tassels has been great. When I had to go back to work, I was dreading leaving my little one (wanted to stay at home). Finding childcare was terrifying. This place has been a great find! My little one loves it and has learned so much! The staff and teachers have all been great.

My two sons has attended R2TLC for over 3 years. We love it. My children are always happy and love going to school everyday.The facility is very nice and clean. The school has cameras and a state of the art check in stations.I highly recommend this preschool to all parents in search of quality daycare.

When I started back working I didnt have much trust in a lot of Daycare facilitys but this center has been nothing but amazing to my children its not just a Job for them they really love these children like their own and thats beautiful to me my children have been going here for 2 years and I wouldnt trust taking them anywhere else I know not only are they loved genuinely but they learn so much by the age of 3 my son was speaking Spanish,speaking in sign language he knows how to spell his name write his name & he is now officially a genius at math I could go on and on and on about this place but I wont I think you get it...if you want that peace mind and you want your children not only be watched while your away but learn while doing it with love this is the place to be and Im not just saying this its a fact.

After relocating to the area, I am fortunate to have found this pre-school for my children. The staff and teachers are always so nice and professional and the school itself is very colorful and inviting, my 2 and 4 year old love it! I was hesitant at first because of the price but the director was willing to work with me. Within the three short months of their enrollment, my 2 year old is nearly potty-trained! This is possibly the worst daycare Ive been to in Jacksonville. My son absolutely hated it, for the first month refused to go to school, and even after that would only go grudgingly.He didnt make friends, he came home speaking Ebonics, and told me every day he came home that he didnt learn anything new.Twice there were incidences that should have involved at the very least a phone call to me, as well as an incident report filled out. Nothing was said to myself or my husband when we picked up our son, until my son told me that something had happened. One incident involved another child biting my son on his bottom. When I called, The director claimed she had no knowledge of what had happened.Communication fr the school was very bad, teachers seemed lackadaisical in their efforts to teach the children, as well as to corral them and curb bad behavior. If I hadnt absolutely needed somewhere for my son to go to school for three months (for medical reasons of my own), I would never have kept him here.After having attended the school, and comparing the reality to the ratings, I very strongly suspect that the five star ratings were left by staff members from the school. I do not recommend anybody send their child here, if they expect a good learning environment .

I have and will continue to recommend Rattles to Tassels!!! I was nervous about what daycare my son would attend when we moved from Georgia back to Jacksonville and searched and researched many places!! What I loved the most about this particular daycare is that they are loving and caring individuals that would go above and beyond for the well being of the children they care for as well as meet the expectations the parents are looking for.

My 2 year old has been attending since he was 9 months and my 3 month old just started a few weeks ago. Never have had any problems. I never worry about them while I am at work. I know they are not only in good hands, but also loving hands. The teachers really do bond with the kids. The two-year old is potty training and they are helping greatly. My baby refused to use a bottle for us, but they got him using it. Their sickness policies are very reasonable. My previous daycare sent the kids home for every little sniffle or cough. I highly recommend to everyone.

My son has been attending for 2 years. As a mother, I am vary happy with the staff and especially with the principle. He is very happy, he enjoys attending there, and above all, he has learned so much in the time period that hes attended this learning center. Its Such a place that as a mother I would recommend it to everyone!!!!!!!!

My one year old has been attending Rattles to Tassels since she was 6 months and we absolutely love the center,director, and staff! From the infant room where she started to the one year old room where she is now, the teachers have been amazing! All of the staff at R2T have been loving,nurturing and caring towards my daughter. The center is always clean and kept up and they make it so easy to pay your weekly tuition with an electronic swiper in their lobby.It’s not easy to come by a good childcare center these days and I deffinetly recommend R2T to anyone looking for great childcare with great prices. LOVE this center and it’s staff!

First thet gave me an appointment, for summer VPK camp, and is was close. Then they call me to apologize and gave me the appointment for the following day. The day of the appointment the manager wasnt available to talk to me. My son is an autistic boy and he didnt let me bring his food unless he has alergic to certain food. Im mad because the manager was there and she didnt want talk to me. I they didnt let me explain that he is a functional autistic boy, he just had communication difficulties and some social skills difficulties, but he is improving every day on that. We tried with therapy to encourage him to eat any kind of food but he doesnt.

My daughter started off in the infant room, and I really like what they offers... carpet all over that was always clean. you have to wear covers over your shoes to even walk it. Also there is a security lock on the door where every parent had a code to enter. Janae, my daughters teacher, was great with the babies. They taught them nursery rhymes of which my then 1 1/2 year would sing word for word. what I also loved was the fact there were cameras in the classrooms that made me feel more safe. The Director was always kind and very loving towards the kids. I witness that because I decided to volunteer one day. My daughter always come home with some type of painting and she learned a lot there. I would suggest this daycare due to the professionalism, cleanliness and over all love for each child they show!

This daycare is very unorganized and unprofessional. I made an appt online and in addition called letting staff know I have a 3yr old Id like to start June 17th. When I arrived I had to wait 10mins for someone to come to the front desk. When she finally came out I informed her I had a scheduled tour. She seemed confused and was not prepared. She excused herself while I stood waiting at the front for an additional 10mins. She finally returned to tell me there are no spots available for my 3 yr old child until end of September. I asked her why I wasnt told this when I called yesterday and spoke to a staff member. She had a puzzled look on her face and replied oh you had an appt? Omg I literally just told you I did when you came to the desk. I just drove off in disgust. I knew this place wasnt for my family from the location alone. Its surrounded by old dilapidated houses with broken down cars on the lawns. Avoid this place like the plague!!! Drive around the area and youll see for yourself.

OMG my baby girl has only been here at rattles to tassels for a little over a month in the infant nursery and so far so good. I couldnt be happier and I feel very comfortable with the decision I made by enrolling her. I am a new first time mom so i was very hesitant about putting my baby in daycare but from the very first day her father and I have been at peace when dropping her off and my baby is always so happy when I pick her up in the evenings. I love all of the staff here they are amazing!!! Thank you rattles to tassels for loving and taking such good care of my muffin!!

Do not bring your child here, it will be a waste of your time and you will end up taking your child somewhere else. Within the first week one lady gave my wife a rude attitude, so I brought it to there attention, so they told me WHILE I WAS AT WORK AFTER I LEFT that I can come pick up my child if I dont want to deal with their attitude.. So I had get someone to take my wife to pick up our child and the whole time the director was following my wife as she gathered my sons things giving her attitude and telling her that the person wasnt trying to give her attitude, well it doesnt matter youre doing it right now.. My son even told me today that they yelled at him after they got off the phone with me, very very unprofessional. If you care about your child, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE, fair warning.

This daycare is great in so many ways. It is a learning rich environment and the children eats very well . Sidenote: this is one of the cleanest daycare centers I have ever been inside.

My daughter is enrolled in the VPK program here and every day she comes home and surprises me with something new. The hours are perfect for my work schedule and the weekly tuition is very affordable considering the location. The school is very clean and safe, staff is friendly and very family oriented, The director Mrs. Adrienne is super sweet. They also feed the children really well! way better than the school lunch I grew up on lol I would definitely reccomend rattles to tassels to any parent in need of childcare they are beyond average.

My son cody is now 2 years old and has been attending r2tlc since he was 6 wks old and i am 8 months pregnant and will also be enrolling my new born when the time comes. I honestly would not trust my children in the hands of any other childcare facility but this one. My son is super smart and have learned so much at this school I am very pleased with his progression. They are always doing things with and for the children I love it! and the cherry on top is they are the most affordable on the southside with great quality care. If you are looking for child care on the southside of jax look no further! they do tours by appointment. call and schedule your tour!

This is the first time my kids go to daycare at first they would cry because they were not comfortable being away from home. But now they love going, they love their teachers and the friends they have made.

My son attended this daycare for a total of 6days over the period of 2 weeks. 3 days each week 5.5hrs a day. 3 of the 6 days he attended this daycare he was injured. Only ONCE did I ever get an incident report and the teachers would never speak to me or tell me anything that had happened to him. On his first day, I picked him up and he had a small goose egg on his forehead. When I asked what happened I was told, oh he came like that. No. My son did not...I asked the director who then had to review the camera feed to tell me what happened to my son (he is 20mos old). Ok..first day...maybe it was a fluke. the day after next he came home with big red scratch above his eye. This I actually got a report on. The next week...2nd day he went, I picked him up with a red and purple swollen ear. It was obvious that it hurt and he wouldnt let me touch it. Again...I had to call the director. The teachers had no clue anything had happened to him at all. And AGAIN she had to review camera feed to see what happened to my son. Turned out he was bitten by another child and of course...no teacher seen it. The next and final day he attended this facility...the director pulled me into the office and told me they wouldnt be continuing my sons enrollment at their center because they felt My expectations were too high, and that I intimidated them. REALLY?! It was at this time the director proceeded to tell me that she reviewed the camera feed and my son had been bitten by another child. When I asked why the teachers didnt notice a red and purple swollen ear....I was told well hes fair skinned...hes white. So...they just assumed it was from the sun. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! His ear was red, purple and SWOLLEN. But because he was white, the incompetent staff thought it was from the sun and felt no need to mention it to me or fill out an incident report at all. If you are considering this daycare..I STRONGLY encourage you to keep looking!! Obviously your child will not be properly looked after, and will most likely be injured regularly and no one will know what happened. And if you ask questions...be prepared to be kicked out!

My son has been here since August and I couldnt be happier. He has learned so much since coming here. Within the first week they weened him off of his pacifier (something I was having trouble with). Within 3 days he was fully walking (he was 15 months and barely walking when he started). He also learned how to use a regular cup. He says so many words, and expresses himself so much more. He has learned so much from being here for only 4 months. He also has built a bond with each teacher. Everyone loves him and treats him like their own. Everyone is also so professional, and call me if anything happens. The price is so affordable and they provide meals and snacks. They are also very innovative and have everything electronic. I have seen other daycares that track things on paper and charge fees to pay by card, but I am able to do everything electronically for no fee and I get all notices right to my email which is so convenient. You pay one flat fee and you are able to leave your children for however long you want within their hours, which is so convenient for me since I am in school and my classes change frequently. The children have lesson plans and they have fun events for each holiday which my son enjoys. I also feel very comfortable with the level of security, as each door has special codes only parents know, and there are cameras all over. The teachers go above and beyond for the children and I have never been happier or more trusting with a place for my child. He will definitely be staying here for years to come, and if I have any future children, I will send them here without any hesitation.

My son has been attending this day care center for several months. VPK started August 20th but the uniform requirments and school supply list was not given until OCTOBER, I kid you not. I was not able to take advantage of the tax free weekend prior to the school year beginning. Furthermore, I came in one morning almost a month after my son had been attending and was asked to sign an important document that they forgot to have all the parents sign and was told not to date it so they could back date it. They are very all over the place and disorganized. My son has complained several times that his VPK teacher is mean and uses foul language. Ive brought it to the directors attention each time and am always met with the answer of she comes off that way but shes nice......whatever that means. I have recently disenrolled my son due to losing my job and I have a small balance which I had every intention of paying. I went to obtain my 2016 tax printout and the director told me that she is not giving me her Federal EIN until my balance is paid off which is 100% ILLEGAL. I called and explained this to her and threatened to file a complaint. She said well Im not giving it to you so do what you have to do and promptly hung up the phone in my ear. Please look elsewhere for professionalism. Oh btw, all the staff of the daycare are related, so the hiring is based solely on relation and not on competency or qualifications. EDIT: I wrote this same review on Facebook....Please see photos for the response from the VPK teacher, sums up the level of professionalism.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unprofessional from the phone to the classroom. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! DO NOT SETTLE!
