I love Excel I am one of the Students there at Excel I think Excel is a Amazing place for you to bring your kids because they teach your kids how to read sight words they take us outside and Ms.Katy and Mr.Donovan and Mrs.Alisha and last one Ms.Andrea are very good teachers they make sure we are doing everything correct help us when we need it but they flare very fun but they are our teachers and our friends as well and they tell us when we are over that line and they most certainly watch us like they are supposed to like if people get into a fight they handle it appropriately and if we get hurt they get us a ice pack and right a report so I think Excel is a amazing place to bring your kids not only do they help your kids they make sure they have fun while Learning it and there are so many kids that go there just to see the teacher because that’s how much they have changed us so I think Excel is Amazing for your child thanks for Reading.

This is going to be a long experience I had with this excel.As any first mother I was terrified of sending my baby to daycare, so I searched and searched. Everybody swore by excel.. I say otherwise ..I enrolled my baby at 3 months of age; his morning teacher was very pregnant. Considering I just had my baby I really did try to show some mercy on how short her conversations were, would ignore my “GoodMornings”, didn’t acknowledge my baby when walking in the room, the only thing she said was “when was the last time he ate” every morning. I also didn’t want to say anything, for the fear it could of upset her and well I am leaving my baby there. My baby was there for 2 weeks before getting RSV and was out for a week and a half. (Which I also found out they do not notice other parents that a baby in the room had RSV, they just “look for symptoms” their selves.) The day after he was cleared to go back, I picked my son up that afternoon and I saw he wasn’t changed for 4 hours.. so I was going to say something the next day as we already were in the car. I get a phone call the next day around 10am saying he has a fever of 101.4. I got there within the hour checked his temp and is was 99.8.. I lost it that day. I went into the office and started crying and I really felt my baby wasn’t getting treated the way he should of been. She claimed he always cried for her. He would be so exhausted when I picked him up he would pass out right away .. I 100% believe this teacher did not make an effort to bond with my son. Which is very important. So, the virus started and I’ve been out of work. Since I’m possibly going back soon; I called and asked the director (I believe she is) if this teacher can possibly be moved out of the infant room. She was completely clueless as to what I was talking about. I then sent a email to there website, and was called by somebody else in the office; was then informed almost 3 months later that she did change him it was recorded elsewhere. I believe that was to cover their self.. And that the teacher takes “pride” in her work and will not be moving out of the infant room. I made the decision to move my baby to a different day care.I could be wrong.. but I honestly feel like this is where day cares get neglect cases .. when a mom notices a teacher is not doing their job and reports it she could take it out on the baby! I didn’t see the issue with making your parents more comfortable and simply putting her with a different age group. My kid will NEVER return to a excel. Make sure you use this daycare with lots of caution.

We have had the great pleasure of meeting and working with Ms. Vickie B. in the past few years. She has taught both my kids and they love her to death. She is kind, but stern. She is fun and yet so full of knowledge. She has definitely impacted my children’s lives for the better. Thank you doing a great job and caring my my children.

Amazing learning center! Teacher Meagan Park absolutely loves creating new activities for the children. Her passion for early childhood education shows in her unique teaching style. The kids also look up to Ms Chelsea Blake because she is fun and creative. This school has many awesome teachers like the ones mentioned. It is definitely a positive place to learn and grow.

I participated with the three school program for my youngest daughter through the partnership for children. She was placed at Excel 12. This school has seriously been the best experience for my baby ever! She has learned so much and loves to read so much more than before she started going there. I think its a great place to bring your child. Even the teachers make you feel like family. Which is good seeing as how your children are with them most of the day if you are a working mama like me!

My grandson loves his teachers in the Pirates classroom. He talks about them often. I had to pick him up a few times and the office ensured that I was on the approved list and verified my identity. The security was nice to see so we can keep the children safe.I see the growth in my grandsons knowledge on various topics and it is nice to see a Pre-K that does teach the students something. Great job!

Best place that I have had my child at .The staff is wonderful especially Mr. Chris and Ms. Ericka. A day the office staff is amazing as well .They answer the phone and always polite. And they know my child after I say my name . Best place by far

I love working at this center. I came from Excel 10 to work in the 3 school program and it has been a wonderful school year. I enjoy the staff and most importantly the excitement that the children bring with them everyday. This school year has been eventful and has went by so quickly. I also enjoy being able to help out with the school-agers in the after school program. I would also like to say that our new director is a wonderful bonus to our center and each day I come to work happy and ready for the day!

This is such a great school for all kids. My 5 year old son is in the NC Prek program here and he absolutely enjoys it. His teachers are very engaging and they adore them. So far this year, the kids have gotten a chance to explore so many things. They went to Lowes Foods, the Recycling center, and they also got a chance to go to the post office. It been an adventurous year!

I have been fortunate enough to have my daughter participate in the three school program at excel 12 and have been beyond pleased with the teachers and the center. All three teachers have displayed an excellent interest in engaging my daughter with learning activities and making her first academic experience a positive one. My daughter loves to wake up knowing she is going to school. Thanks beyond words for all they have done.

This center is absolutely wonderful, I couldnt ask for a better daycare for my daughter. They have been patient and helpful and the center is always surrounded by teachers who are loving and full of happiness. Chelsea and Meagan have been wonderful to my child in the stallions classroom, and I am truly blessed for that. Its a great feeling as a parent to know that my daughter is always in good hands!

I have had my children there for almost a year and never had any problems. The staff are all very friendly and my children like going there. The NC pre K teachers are fabulous! Miss Jessica and Miss Judi are amazing! And yes, while anyone can walk into the building, there is always a teacher in any room that has children. I would recommend them for childcare.

Excel is a great institution of learning for our young children.I had the privilege to see Mrs. Sherica Smith of the Wildcats classroom conduct her daily routine with the children. She did a phenomenal job with the children and their task. She was able to redirect the children when they were getting too loud or not in the area which they said they were going.It was awesome to see her working with these future business owners and leaders of America.

Last week was my daughters first week doing the after school care program and she had an amazing experience with the teachers and staff! They were all so welcoming and helpful, Meagan P was my daughters favorite she was so eager to make her feel comfortable in this new surrounding which in turn makes me feel at ease that my daughter feels safe and secure!Thanks for everything!

My youngest grandson participates in the NCPK program through this center and has nothing but great things to say about his teachers. His teachers have fully prepared him for Kindergarten through their daily lessons in the classroom. Both of his teachers in the Pirates classroom have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and encouraging place to learn. They have planned and executed numerous learning experiences outside of the classroom through various field trips. I would recommend this center to anyone looking to prepare their children academically, while also gaining valuable social skills.

My 4 year old grandson has been going to Excel for this past school year and absolutely loves it. The school is very drop off and pick up friendly while maintaining sound security procedures - a wonderful experience to be sure. The teachers are professional, caring and very well rounded. This year my daughter has loved her time at Excel 12. Mrs. Jessica and Mrs. Judy has help mold her mind and prepare her for Kindergarten next year. The experience has been one of the greatest that I have had out here. They truly care about their students and go the extra mile for the kids.

I have been in Jacksonville for almost 4 years and of all the off base schools and daycares my child has attended, I feel I can trust the teachers here. They are always informative about school events, issues and success that my child has in class. They are opened and willing to exercise my ideas when communicating with my child, so that he has a good day. I strongly appreciate the school staff members and everything they did this school year. I recommend this facility to any family looking for a head start on their childs education and social development.

I have had full custody of my grandchildren for a few years. after school program is good. I like Megan and Chelsea. They take the time to greet each parent as they arrive, and address any concerns. My grandchildren are very stubborn but they are sweet to them.

Enough with all the good reviews they are not all that great they have flaws just like any other place. They keep swapping teachers and just expect for they kids to keep adjusting.Thats not cool every other month or two my child has a new teacher and he doesn’t take that well. Not to mention I guess there was a party that took place and my child was not allowed a snack because he because he had a ruff morning so he was singled out and was the only one to not get a snack and had to watch everybody else including teachers eat in front of his face. Not cool show me where it says that in the hand booklet. Shoes are always untied there, it’s called double tie this kids shoes clean their noises.

Could not have asked for a better early education center for my 2 little ones! My kids are in separate classes but I love all of their teachers! Ms. Jessica & Ms. Judi have treated my daughter like their own this entire school year, and I couldnt be more grateful for the time theyve spent helping her grow. Mrs. Nielsen and Ms. Sherica have also been amazing with my son, he loves both of them dearly and absolutely loves learning because of them! Thank you all for an amazing year!

Ms. Mikayla is the best teacher there. At home she stays up late at night working on stuff to bring in the classroom. She buys a lot of materials with her money for the children. A lot of time, energy, and money goes into what she does. She loves the kids and Excel 12. Shes a true teacher.

Both of my children have had the opportunity to utilize the NCPK program offered at Excel 12 and both have had such wonderful experiences! Mrs. Jessica and Mrs. Judi have filled this year with wonderful learning experiences in and out of the classroom. My son is fully prepared to enter kindergarten next year and I can only hope his future teachers are half as great and loving as Mrs. Jessica and Mrs. Judi have been!

My son’s preschool teachers are Jessica and Judi, since starting school this year his vocabulary and creativity skills have improved drastically and I’m extremely happy with he progress that he has made so far! As someone who majored in Early Childhood Education, I was always very observant of the teacher interactions with each student every time I dropped off/picked up my nephew. Thankfully, I never experienced seeing or hearing anything negative. My nephew enjoyed going there and would even get upset if he was picked up “too soon” as he would say. He attended this daycare from the age of 2yrs old till 3rd grade. He had many great teachers whose names I cannot remember, except Ms. Meagan. He was always talking about her at home and the fun things they did.

Excel 12s Pirates teachers, Judi and Jessica, made a practical and FUN learning environment for our daughter this year. Theyve given attention and accommodations to assist with our childs IEP.Also worth noting, theyve always managed to shower our younger daughters during drop off and pick up with smiles and sometimes an extra treat.We are really happy with Excel 12.

Excel 12 is a great school and my sons teachers Mrs. Kelli and Mrs. Sherica have been wonderful. He started out as a bit of a behavior but over time with their support he had changed for the better. Glad that he is part of the Wildcats and hope they are there when our daughter starts preschool.

Mrs Vickie at excel 12 was and is our absolute favorite preK Teacher. My daughter and I absolutely loved her. She was so kind and patient with the kids. My daughter learned so much in her class that in the beginning of the year in Kindergarten she would tell her teacher..... I already know that, Ms. Vickie taught me that last time! 😂I was absolutely pleased with all the activities that she did in class with the kids, they were also fun for me which is why I didn’t mind volunteering and helping out. Nice clean facility inside and out. The staff was available whenever assistance was needed. The NCPK teachers work hard to prepare the kids for Kindergarten through traditional modes as well as learning through play. The teachers in the Pirates room have exceeded my expectations and I cant thank them enough!

Oh my goodness this place is awesome!!! I bring my son David here twice a week. Mrs. Blake is very excellent and hands on with her students. She is very attentative and gifted with her work. My son just absolutely adores her !!!! Bring your kids here !

My daughter is currently in 3-school and she loves her school! We’ve had a very good experience so far and no complaints. The staff is friendly. Her class is the Stalions and she loves her teachers. Mrs. Jannet has been there since she started and couldn’t a nicer and loving teacher.

I was very impressed when Nantucket the Crab arrived in our mailbox from our grandsons pre-school class. Mrs. Nielsen went to great lengths to involve her students families in their global learning. When I finally met Mrs. Nielsen I umderstood why Lucas loves going to school. She excites her students to become life-long learners. Im so grateful that Lucas has had this positive introduction to school.

Almost 9 months ago I showed up on Excels doorsteps afraid that I might not like the center and afraid they may not have space for my two girls. My last center was closing its doors, and as a single mother I was panicked and scared. I knew Miss Kerri from another center, and to see her face was a since of relief. I knew my girls would be taken care of. Josie attends the center for before, after, intersession and summer breaks. She loves her teachers and all the staff. She is always excited to go to the center even at 630am. I would highly recommend Excel 12 to anyone considering this location for their childcare needs.

My daughter goes to the NC PreK program and I picked Excel 12 based off the reviews. We lucked out and got Ms. Jessica and Ms. Judi for my daughters teachers. As soon as they walked in the door for home visits my daughter went right up and sat in Ms. Judis lap. They are very good with kids and my daughter adores them. She has learned so much and I have no doubt that shes ready for kindergarten next year. Graduation is just one month away and we are truly going to miss them.

Meagan Park is absolutely an amazing asset to the Excel team. Her sweet love, motivation,courage,and dedication will always be an advantage to any work force.

As a prospective parent, it is disheartening to see so many fake reviews, whether they are positive or negative. I dont see what a teacher has to prove by creating fake names such as Toodle Lou, Justin Case, Unicorn Mermaid, or even Rick Grimes. Ive heard great things about this center from friends but I am hesitant to trust some of these reviews.

I walked into the facility to inquire about enrolling my son here. I walked right inside with no adult in site. I wandered both buildings trying to find someone who worked there to answer my questions and could have just helped myself in and out of classrooms if I wanted. I finally found an employee and she just seemed so distracted and rushed through giving me information. Definitely will NOT be sending my son to this facility.

My son just started with the Seahawks and Ms. Jessica. He likes it so far, the school looks clean has a nice playground and they seem to do a lot of projects with a solid learning plan throughout the month.
