I love this school. My kids love this school. Academics are top notch. The teachers truly care about the hearts and character of the children. I love that even though sports are important, its not the focus. So many schools get that wrong. This one doesnt. Teaching Scripture and instilling a love for God is the primary concern, along with very strong curriculum. I couldnt be happier with my decision to put my kids here. We dont ever plan on leaving!

My daughter is in 3rd grade at FBA and has attended since VPK. The school provides very nurturing setting while being academically rigorous. There are also plenty of extracurriculars she is able to participate in... drama, soccer, karate, piano, etc. All the faculty and staff seem to truly have the students’ best interests at heart. We love it here!

Our kids have transitioned well from being homeschooled to FBA. We have seen how much the teachers love God and desire to teach and encourage our kids. I am so glad we found FBA.

Horrendous treatment of my 4 year old. Susan Johnson kicked him out on his second day. I got the canned and dismissive response Ill pray for you.He was allowed no time at all to assimilate from being home to this, his first school experience. On his second day he threw a temper tantrum and cried for me, they wouldnt consider giving him any chance at all. He did not harm anyone or curse or do anything that would warrant expulsion, they simply told me in so many words that they only wanted easy kids. There is a reason people despise First Baptist Church so much and that attendance is at an all-time low. First Baptist Academy with its judgemental hypocrisy exemplifies that surely the presence of the Lord is not in this place. I grew up at First Baptist and frankly, Im ashamed of it. Apparently Jesus said let the little children who are Easy and need no direction come to Me! Forget all the other ones...

First Baptist Academy is the real deal. I’m amazed daily at the consistent upstanding character of the teaching staff & administration at this school. Our children have been attending this school since kindergarten & we’ve never had any regrets about our choice. We absolutely LOVE the way the staff genuinely LOVES our kids. Not only that, but they love ON them, which is crucial for healthy child development. Also, the small class size allows for intimate parent/teacher relationships AND individual attention for students when necessary. The children become a part of a close-knit classroom “family” in which most thrive. FBA has always proved to be an extremely well-run organization. I can’t imagine sending my children anywhere else for an education.

My daughter has been at First Baptist since pre-K and I absolutely love the nurturing environment of the school. The Academy does a great job at taking a well-rounded approach to education in incorporating Biblical lessons, music, arts, physical education and technology into everyday learning.

Great place to take your kids for school. They have both daycare and grade kindergarten through 8th grade currently. The attention that our kids get there is amazing. Our 5 year old has known his ABCs since he was 3 and his knowledge and understanding of other things is soooo much further along than we could have imagined.

This school discriminated against certain families. I had a tutor call to get info on what exactly she needed to focus on with my child . After speaking with someone she ask me to take my child out . And that they indeed are racist.
