This store is horrible! Its an accident waiting to happen. Its dirty, messy, a lot of empty shelves and boxes everywhere. The boxes in the storage room are not broken down and so messy that they dont have room to store the new inventory, so they are using the front of the store for storage. I have never been in a Dollar Tree or any store that has ever looked like this. And to top it off the employees are rude.

Love it but they need more cashiers. Poor ladys are overworked and underpaid for the load they are taking on.

Night manager was very rude. I came in 7mins.before closing to grab 2 items, instead of welcoming me she immediately yells at me from a random aisle we close in 2mins.Im starting to think what Ive heard of Humble is wrong. Ive gotten nothing but rude customer service . And I use to work at a escape game place and NEVER WOULF I YELL AT A CUSTOMER

It is sad that not all stores in my area take tax exempt forms from churches.

I Love walking through Dollar Tree . I can always find something new for my crafts .

I was able to find most of what I wanted the lines were short. When I entered the store there is a sign posted requiring face covering I was happy to see this. While waiting in line to check out I noticed the staff was not wearing masks I also noticed a customer enter without a mask I watched her read the sign posted on the door to cover your face but she came in anyway. I said excuse me youre suppose to have on a mask upon store entry she put her hand to her month and said oh Im sorry and started to leave the manger /cashier said to the women dont worry about it youre find. I asked him why did he do that he said we are not allowed to enforce that policy or remove the sign. Keep in mind the customer was leaving the store on her own. The woman was white and so was the manager( he didnt have a mask either)😬😷😡😡

I called them 6 times just to see did I lose my thingsNever answer the phone very horrible

Don’t work here if you wanna get paid minimum wage if you’re not a manager you automatically get paid minimum wage no matter the position it’s not worth it and it’s a lot of old messy people that work here and very unorganized

Great customer service and I found so many cool things that I dont usually see at the dollar trees in my area. However, it could use some cleaning, there were a couple boxes laying on the aisles.

Ms. Dion kicked me out of the store and was trying to fight some other customers because we werent wearing a mask. Told her Ive been to other dollar trees with no mask with no problem. Not shopping here anymore many other dollar stores around here!

Im posting this review on 6/3/2019. Ive visited this particular Dollar Tree on many occasions. They get very busy during the day time or middle of the day. The lines will be backed up and there will only be one person working the register. Im really perplexed as to why they dont AT LEAST have two people working in one of the four checkout lanes they have available. Yesterday, the one cashier at the register had to call for backup two or three different times. The manager, who is a scruffy looking Caucasian male, looks and acts like he doesnt want to be there. Whenever the cashier called, Backup over the PA, I heard the manager as he was walking to the front say, Backup, backup. Can we find a new word to say?. Granted he didnt say that to the cashier, but it was loud enough for me to hear. Maybe this isnt his ideal job, but no one wants to shop at a place where the people dont have a positive attitude and work hard despite the tasks at hand. They need to hire more cashiers and probably replace the manager.

This had been a really great store for years. My last visits between January and now have been just awful. It looks like they are perpetually stocking shelves. Boxes block aisles and that makes navigating the store nearly impossible. The floors look filthy with gum/candy stuck to it. The staff is friendly and I applaud them working on those conditions and still help customers.

Im only giving 1 star because you are required!!!!!!!! This is the worst store ever, I went there on 12/5/18 at 2:45pm every employee including the manager was using foul language and talking about other customers, one employee was threating to assault a customer while holding her baby, customers were walking off leaving their items behind that they paid for, because of the language and attitude happening!!! customers were just looking at each other not knowing what to say The store is dirty and not organized. I would not recommend this store. I have been to many different Dollar Tree stores and there employees are very nice and greet you upon arrival...… Store number 572 in Humble, Texas on 1960 by Outback Steak House should be closed down!!!!!

This is the dirtiest,most unorganized store I have ever been in....I have been in this store a few times and always the same DIRTY! You people need to take pride in your business!!!

Unfortunately the lowest I can give them is a 1 star because in reality they deserve no stars! This is an awful location, rude customer service from employee to manager. Employees feel they can talk to customers any way they want and managers do nothing about it. I was charged for items that I did not have, I showed my receipt to the cashier she than began to call me a liar and saying I probably hid the extra bag. I was furious, since it was within a few seconds of my purchase that I notice the extra charge. I asked to speak to the manager took him to my car so he could see there was no extra bag he said he couldnt give me a refund and I would need to speak to the store manager. I spoke to the store manager and tried to explain the situation she quickly cut me off and told me she heard from her manager what happen but that she couldnt give me a refund until she spoke to the GM, which is ridiculous. They gave me nothing but run around when they clearly knew the cashier over charged me. I told them they could look at their cameras to see the cashier was not paying attention to what she was doing. OVERALL a awful location to shop, ther store is already dirty/messy with boxes everywhere and with such bad customer service, I wouldnt be surprised if their sales arent good!

I like big dollar tree stores and this one didnt disappoint. Its pretty big and its amazing what you can get for only a dollar. I love true dollar stores. I mean whats the use of a o9 cent and up store? Hell almost everything is 99 cents and up right?

Store is ALWAYS a mess! NEVER enough cashiers. Manager is rude to employees and customers. I wouldnt shop there except I have to sometimes because its close to where I work. I come out of there irritated very time. I am a retail manager myself and just dont understand the appalling conditions of this store. As of April 2018 conditions are improving. Management change....finally.

One of the crappiest locations Ive been to in and around Houston. The employees are nice but the store needs some tlc. The employees arent given much to work with so I dont really think its on account of them not trying really

I came on 7/15/2018 @10:00 am was looking forward to buying @$100 of supplies for a bridal shower but left the manager on site can’t keep her mouth shut! She had the lane to the hair supplies blocked so I had to move it to get through mind you this she started making all these remarks because I moved her cart out loud. Super unprofessional rude if you don’t have a good attitude or hate your job then go look for another one will never come to this dollar tree no more I’ll make sure I tell all my family and friends about this. This is how your business goes rock bottom when you hire rude unprofessional staff!

Great Dollar Tree. They really do have a wide selection of items for REALLY only one dollar. I come here for everything such as party supplies, school project or craft supplies. The staff is friendly and they store is clean.

Disgustingly messiest & dirtiest store Ive even been to (inside & just outside its doors). Aisles blocked with debris & boxes. Doesnt anyone ever MOP the floor?Spoke to manager about it several times. Willing to drive farther to the new store in Kingwood or the stores in Atascocita or Spring.However, the staff is usually very friendly.

Why do they ask if need a receipt when you pay for it.

I went there on 5/15/16 to buy Houston Chronicle i didnt see any on the rack, so i ask from cashier and manager they told me they sold out. Same time another customer was asking for same item, they told her same thing, but i saw they had stacks under every cash register when i mention that to manager ( Jo Jo) she told me that its from last week then i ask her to show me, she refused. I wonder why?As one of the cashiers (Shannon) told me with attitude I can buy what ever i want on my free time.I went there Sunday morning, so when did cashiers had time to do shopping? Every Dollar Tree receiving limited quantity of Houston chronicle and its first come first serve, if store employees will be keeping Sunday paper for them self why they need empty rack for Houston Chronicle in the store?

Best dollar bargains but you must shop early for Fathers Day cards or any upcoming holidays.

Even though I love having a Dollar Tree near me, I hate the fact that they never have much stock of their Best items. When I ask an employee on when a certain item will be restocked, I always get the I dont know and they ask other and the same answer. No one knows anything. I stopped going there for that reason.

They really need associates to be hired so they can keep the store fully stock and the lines down. So if anyone need a job reading this, please go apply...

Love this Dollar Tree went in Saturday night and was met with a very friendly cashier I didnt catch her name but would like to THANK her for being so friendly a value that most people dont have these days !!!

Great selection of items, but wrong shopping center, they could use more space and parking.

The store is a little dirty, but most DTs are when I stop and think about it. The staff has always been nice though.

Was standing in line for the longest because the other lane light was off but she didnt let the customers know that her lane was open.

I went about three weeks ago with a friend, we both checked out with different cashiers ... So as we walked out to the car .. I was mentioning to her how nice and friendly my cashier was and she agreed and told me she had the same experience !

I stopped in here to get some Halloween supplies for my classes and received terrible customer service from a manager named Louis. He was very rude to all customers. Do not spend your money here.
