Never pick up or drop off on time! Always 25+ minutes late EVERY DAY!! My daughter rides bus 1431 and the first day she just decided to not even come to our stop.. she’s at this very moment 30 minutes late for morning pick up. The phone number provided just rings and rings. Aldine in itself is a DISGRACE to public schools. I’ve never had so many un-needed issues from rude workers to just no sense of responsibility whatsoever ever. DO NOT enroll your children here

They told us the pick up time is 6:35 but bus never come on time.very disappointed.....

Bus passed right by my daughter. She was at the assigned stop and the driver didnt even slow down. Wont answer the phone...Rude and very inconvenient for parents who dont have transportation..

Rude and lazy ....workers wont even TRY to help you. Tell you anything to get you off the phone.

MY SON LEFT HIS PHONE ON THE BUS MONDAY..CALLED THE SCHOOL AND THE BUS BAN..CRAZY HOW NO ONE KNOWS NOTHING NOT EVEN ASK THE DRIVER ABOUT IT? SO SAD THAT NO ONE HAS THE PROPER MORALS..IN BEING HONEST.

This bus barn is sorry. Always late or earlier than usual. They told my kids to be outside at a certain time and the bus driver is never on her time. My kids always miss the bus or either they standing outside for an hourAnd every time I call the bus barn, the ladies there are very rude and lie too much... I see with my own eyes what time the bus comes and they still lie!!!!!! Get it together, God dont like ugly. If I could give ZERO stars I would...

Called the transportation with not really a complaint the bus driver is kind. Just a miss on time. Bus was early 7 families from 2 different stops missed the bus cause it was early. called them and the administrator was rude and disrespectful. No since of people skills. He bluntly hung up. app doesnt work proper. I even have evidence but they didnt want to hear nothing. Cant wait to move. Even though he was rude. I wish this situation never happens to his family.

This new change for the (2018-2019)that they cant pick children that live within 2 miles of the school is ridiculous.Theres registered sex offenders that live within 2 blocks of the school. (Ermel Elementary) They claim they care about the safely of their children. Why do we pay School Tax for if they cant even pick our children up in the area

Wonderful people, I sang with my choir to them, they absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Some off the people are kind and respectful but some people people act very unprofessional at the wrong times. The service can be better.

My kids are new to the district an am very disappointed in the 2.4 mile of the school they have to walk some parents have job were they cant pick kids up on time instead of the saftey of our children they rather have them walk in were i live there no side walk Google alabonson rd n to top it off there are. People praying on kids walkin by there self anythin can happend very dissapointed with aldine

Spoke with Geneva (pointless)this morning about the safety of my daughter pick up. The driver of bus 725 picks my daughter up in an area where it isnt safe for her to cross the entrance path of the complex and cars always disregard those flashing lights. I dont feel like Geneva cared anything about the safety of my kid. She was really short and rude with her responses. At times she would even cut me off mid statement. I know its not your kid so you dont worry. Merely what if it was?

Aldine Transportation is NO GOOD. Always picking up and dropping off our kids late. Dont let them give you the excuse of well its the biggining of the school year because this happens all year every year. They just cant seem to get their job together..and their priority Should be TIME especially when it comes to our kids education but they dont seem to care! Sometimes I wonder who their Supervisor is because it seems to me he/she is not doing their job because if so Our Kids would be on time to school and home!?? HOPEFULLY THIS IS READ BY SOMEBODY ABOVE ALL WHO CAN REALLY GET ALDINE BUS TRANSPORTATION ON TRACK...BUT I HIGHLY DOUBT IT BECAUSE ALDINE IS TRASH!!!!!!

Hate this new year changes! 2018-2019 Lauder is soooo bad with traffic! & all surrounding areas ( Aldine Westfield and Chrisman) make the streets wider if your going to have a million schools all together on a one road streets!

I WAS VERY ANGRY TODAY I JUST WITNESS AN ALDINE BUS NUMBER 800 ROUTE 38 ON THE CORNER OF WEST TIDWELL AND ANTOINE IN THE LEFT TURN LEFT. I OBSERVE A BUS LOAD FULL OF KIDS UNABLE TO PULL THERE WINDOW DOWN. YOU HAD SEVERAL CONCERN DRIVERS EVEN A LADY IN A BLUE SUV BLOCK THE BUS. I DONT NO WHAT WAS SAID BUT IF HE WAS ANY KIND OF MALE BUS DRIVER WHO CARE ABOUT THE KIDS WHY IN THE HELL YOU DIDNT DISPATCH A SUPERVISOR SAYING YOU NEEDED ANOTHER BUS? ITS THIS THE WAY ALDINE TRANSPORTATION LET THE STUDENTS RIDE IN A HOT ASS BUS. I ALSO CALLED ALDINE TRANSPORTATION TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE INCIDENT. ALL I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD SEND ALDINE POLICE OUT. BY THE TIME THEY CAME THE BUS HAD ALREADY DROVE OFF. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM THE BUS DRIVER.

They dont give a damn about our children or their safety.

In a job you arrive on time and if not, you are looking for someone who really wants to work.I dont understand why many buses arrive too late to pick up the children when its time for them to be in the classroom. Actually, class d people work there. And one calls them to ask if the bus will pass and they dont even know.The bus one day is late another day very early because we are playing, or what?All children are affected because they do not take their first class as it should be.
