Too bad you cant give them a rating of (0). This place is horrible, the service is terrible, and they charge more. I went with them on a Saturday for a car title, I took all the documents and they did not ask me for everything they needed, on Monday they called me to take another paper that they needed, I went to take them and they told me not later than Thursday my plates were already there. I call on Thursday afternoon and they tell me that they made a mistake in the papers and I had not gone to court but that my plates were already on Friday, I called on Friday afternoon and they told me the same thing that they had another mistake, but q By Monday they were ready. All the time I called the owner and she never answered and when she saw that she did not answer my calls, I sent her a text which left me open and never answered. Wait until Monday and I went with my husband to the place and they told me that at noon they would give me an answer, we wait and at noon they tell us that the woman does not respond and that she does not leave the court until 3pm we wait and at 3pm they tell us that until 4:30 they could give us an answer. For this and we told them that we better wanted our money back and they did not want to, all the time I was the one who had to call because they never reported to me. We were already very upset to wait so long and on top of that the owner calls the place to talk to us and very unprofessional and outraged with a bad character and raising her voice said that we had to wait and that the plates were going to be ready on Tuesday. What horror I suggest to everyone who refuses to go to this place
