My kids have been attending this daycare for over a year now and they both love it. They love their friends and teachers. They have smiles on their face every time I pick them up. I’ve been really impressed with the curriculum, as well. My kids will often say or do things that haven’t been taught at home, and I immediately know that they’ve learned it at school... especially the Grace they say before every meal “God our Father....”. The teachers are nurturing and caring especially the infant and toddler room teachers! The facility is always clean. Communication is excellent with the front desk - they immediately address any queries I have. I am very happy with this place and my sister’s kids are going to start here soon.

I am very appreciative of this daycare and the staff. I am an essential worker and I’ve had to work from the start of the pandemic and I am so grateful they remained open to help essential workers like me. I could go to work knowing my little one is well taken care of. The teachers are so warm, caring and inviting. The facility is always clean. It truly is a home away from home for us. I can’t imagine taking my little one anywhere else.

This is not a good facility for children. In the morning, there was a young female that was really nice but she no longer works there. The ladies in the morning dont even greet you when you drop off your child its more like an eye roll. I also heard the over weight lady with short hair talking to someone child horrible after I walked out but the door didnt fully close and I heard. Ive walked in at random times and the a/c was off, and it has a wet carpet odor. The vibe is really not positive. I picked up my child one day and SEEN the facility worker hit her daughter upside her head with a bag in FRONT of me and cursed at her daughter. At that very moment it was my childs last day. I think they hire second chance workers here. I also feel like a lot of low income parents drop there kids off here and I feel like thats how they look at the kids. My baby was never happy when I picked my child up. Also I gave them a new container of milk two weeks ago. It was to the top when I got it on the last day. Two weeks and its still full! So were they feeding my baby? If you love your child dont send them here.

It’s a wonderful place to take your kids to. My son (Barry) attended for just about 4 months before we relocated out of the area. Ms. Gwen is awesome! My son still misses her a lot.

Americas Choice Childcare Center has been in the neighborhood for a long time. I love it for their longevity. My oldest went 15 years ago. She aged out. Now her son attends. The same staff that help me with Mom now helps us with son. They are extremely kind and caring. In addition, mom has worked there as well. Its the best place to leave your child and not worry.

My son and daughter have been going to Americas Choice Childcare Center for more than a year and they love it. The daycare has great staff and great service. I recommend this daycare. Ms. Gwen is very helpful we love her and everybody else.

The staff here is wonderful and very helpful! My daughters attend currently and they are always learning new things. The center is very clean, and inviting.

Americas Choice Childcare on Bissonnet and Kirkwood is just wonderful. The staff there is attentive to my son and me. I feel very lucky to have found this daycare and my son actually looks forward to going and seeing his friends and teacher! Unfortunately we are moving to another city and will have to find a new daycare center. We are going to miss this place!!

I attended Americas Choice as young child. This is a great facility. I recommend this daycare to anybody whos looking for a good daycare with teachers that care, your child will eat a good meal, make lifelong friends as I did (lol) and an overall excellent learning experience. The staff here are very sweet and treat the kids as their own. Ms. Gwen and her staff are AWESOME!!!!

I went to Americas Choice as a kid and I must say I had 0 complaints! I enjoyed every bit of it! All of the instructors were very professional & all about children learning. Overall I had a great experience & would definitely send my child to the same child care!

This use to be a a great daycare when Gwen and Barbara use to be there. They made sure the children face and hands were clean when they were getting picked up. When Angel became the director for a short period of time she was great a person. She was very kind, sweet and personable with the parents. Any issues or questions you have she answered them and acted upon them immediately. I’ve had more than one issue with this daycare since my daughter have been going there. I don’t care for the new director. She not personable, she asked me to leave out my daughter room without any reason. I have a right to be in my daughters room when I’m picking her up. I heard my daughter crying from the front and when I got to her class room nobody was comforting her to see what happened. I had to ask my 2 year old what happened and some boy hit her and nothing was done about it until I walked in. Things have definitely changed since the other directors and teachers have left. I’m not sure if the other locations are like this as well. The only reason why I brought my daughter to the daycare was because of the good reviews about Gwen.**UPDATE**After speaking.with the owner things have gotten alot better for my daughter. She has been movedt to the preschool room and I havent had any problems . Her teacher is great.

My experience with Americas Choice children center has been nothing less than amazing . The staff has always been friendly and very welcoming ... I attended this Daycare for about 13 years and many years later Im still recommending this facility to anyone in need of safe and affordable child care.

***HONEST REVIEW***MY REVIEW IS LONG BUT WORTH THE READ: I originally had my daughter at an in-home daycare and in a nutshell it was a nightmare. The old daycare place was dark with no natural lighting, dirty and always a mess. The provider was unprofessional and always fussing about me being late. I knew I needed a change. I did some research on day cares within my area and found Americas Choice Childrens Center (Bissonnet). I spoke with Gwen and she was so sweet, I could hear the love through the phone, she convinced me to come to their open house. While headed to the daycare, I stopped by the Bellaire location out of curiosity and was turned off by the ACCC brand but I went to the Bissonnet location anyway. When I arrived, the outside was a little rough but I am from Acres Homes and am no stranger to a little litter. When I walked in, I was greeted by the owner (I cant recall her name). I asked her tons of questions and she never rushed me or anything, she took her time to joke with me and answer my questions. I took a look at the daycare and it was bright, clean and very roomy. It seemed like a great place so I decided to reserve a spot for my Laila girl :). I have since then been a proud member of ACCC (Bissonnet) for almost a year. I have to give a shout out to Beverly in the infant room, she is AMAZINGGGGG! She is patient, flexible, caring and so good at keeping her cool with the babies. She treats my daughter like her own. My daughter will go and hug her and I love that. I have seen her cry over babies leaving the daycare, I mean like she really cares. The rate is very affordable and Gwen is very flexible with payments. I would encourage you to overlook the exterior and move forward with selecting ACCC (Bissonnet) as your little ones home away from home. You wont regret it! I went to this daycare as a little girl until too old lol but as I got older the same staff remained (VERY SWEET GENUINE WOMEN) then I enrolled my daughter at age 2 my daughter LOVES the staff and the facility ready to go everyday if I see anyone looking for a great daycare to where u can be worry free of your child is ok always refer americas choice because when leaving for work or school or whatever your kids are in good hands
