This place is really great. Everyone there is friendly and ready to help you learnJon Castillo is a tremendous trainer, I have been to two sessions and havent learned this much in 10 years. He is a great guy with a great knowledge base. You speak to him for two seconds and you realize you have the right guy. I cant wait to continue this training. I would recommend this place to everyone and ESPECIALLY Jon Castillo.

I had my first day yesterday no one referred me so I went in there blindly with a highschool wrestling background. I work full time now but, the classes range enough for me to be able to attend multiples times a week.Between the instructors and classmates I couldnt have asked for a more friendly and competitive environment. While everyone is there to get better its done in a positive and patient manner and I cant wait to grow from this experience. Its only been a day and I might be jumping the gun but I can already see this as something I need in my life everyday. It is worth coming in and seeing it for yourself no excuses if you are interested I promise you will be hooked.

Stayed in New York City for a couple of months and attended wrestling classes here. Coaches were great and I learned a lot.

My first time stepping into this gym I was extremely nervous due to its reputation of having world class coaching. What I didnt know was these high caliber coaches were also one of the nicest and most down to earth humans Ive ever met. First day there the two head coaches Espo and Marsh, introduced themselves to me and within the next five minutes I was drilling with coach Marsh. I have been a member of this gym for over 5 years now and its truly a life changing experience. Highly recommended to anyone interested in learning about MMA/Wrestling.

Owned by David Branch who is a famous MMA fighter. Very clean and professional. I really liked the school and the amenities. They even have an lounge area for when the fights are on. The only reason I switched schools is it was a bit too expensive for me. Im on a tight budget so I couldnt do it, but I highly recommend this school.

Last Thursday I visited Edge Hoboken with two training partners and couldnt have had a better experience. The 7:45pm wrestling class was taught by Dave Esposito who is by far one of the best instructors I have ever had. The class was small and the instruction was personal with extreme attention to detail. Everyone there was friendly and passionate about wrestling. I was amazed at how much I learned after spending just a few hours here. If you are serious about wrestling, nogi grappling and/or mixed martial arts and live in the area, the Edge is the place to be.
