I needed some proof of attendance paper work. And Maria at the front desk was very professional and helpful and got me what I needed. It’s so nice to have someone follow through now daysGood job thank you

I am transfer from another program. This place has stressed me out more then anything. They are in profesional you can’t get a hold of anyone they don’t pick up any phone calls but they will take your money quick. Email after email get no response I have 10 face to face and re entry and there making this the most horrible experience. I suggest you find another the place bibett will waist your time.

Can’t believe this is a business. Poor communication after hours of calling and multiple days never hear back. The counselors are unprofessional I would not recommend this school as it does not help you with rehabilitation causes more stress then anything. Also they just take your money and forget about you. Going to contact the better business bureau and the department of health care services!

So ive been told i was in re entry havent received any of my last phone calls. i doubt anyone will ever call. and on top of that im just paying of the remaining balance. have no idea what steps to take once im done paying of my balance. very dissapointed specially the fact that im a transfer fromOHS.

Dont waste your time trying to complete your program with this place. They change classes and schedules without informing you, they double charge, they are impossible to reach but ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. They will not help you whatsoever complete your program. OHS in union city at least had a policy and set program in set to help you graduate dui school. Not here. Oh yea and of you get Deborah Gloria as a instructor, run. This place SUCKS.

What a Joke of a program this is... I was forced to switch to this DUI program as my last one went out of buisiness and I must say that it has been a nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone. Ive called multiple times daily and have left voice message upon voice message and have yet to receive a call back. Dont waste your time and money with this place if your looking for a DUI program... 0 stars if i could.

First off they do not value your time whatsoever and the director is extremely rude and doesn’t show empathy at all. I’d recommended a different program because this place is just a horrible place to be. They do not care about you they just want your money!

I’m here waiting for someone to come! The hours of operation say 8:30-4:30 yet its 8:55 am and no one has showed up. What a unprofessional service. Playing with peoples time is not ok and someone should be here at 8:30 if that is the time they open. Don’t waist your time or your money is not worth coming here. Find some place els to go!

I made a appointment in January. Since then I’ve made several phones calls and nobody ever picks up. On my appointment date I show and they never open the doors or answer any calls! This place is a joke.

As a Pastor and former certified drug and alcohol counselor in the military helping a young adult with a 1st time dui, I will strongly caution against using this organization. You will most likely be better served going out of your way to another program even if you must commute much farther. It is difficult to imagine a company staffed by more unprofessional and poorly trained individuals. Even after reading a previous review describing their rudeness, I thought it might be an aberration. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately, that previous reviewers comments did not do justice to the level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior this companies personnel exhibits. On the other hand, if you are accustomed to being treated with disrespect by incompetent people, I would guess that their curriculum meets state requirements. But, I do not believe you should give people like this your business. Give your business to organizations that deserve it.

No one answers the phone no matter what time you call. Unprofessional. Called yesterday and to was supposed to get a call back and of course they didn’t. 0000 stars

They NEVER answer the phone !!! It has a very bad customer service, the counselors are not professionals at all, the payment must always be punctual, why if they do not send you a letter, but they never answer your questions, this school is very stressful. They are supposed to be there to help you but they really make my head ache. And they charge it is not cheap at all. I think they need a complaint with the federal trade commission ... well Im not sure if thats where II must complain.
