The young lady with jet black hair that was a cashier today needs to learn how to interact with customers. She was rude not just once but two time to us.

FedEx website states this location should accept ground packages. Person working counter said I could not drop off a pre-labeled ground package and sent me to Walgreens instead.

One of the few Staples still in existence. Great offers on student desks and chairs.

Went to ship a package, but they were not able to accept it. Despite all that, they did help me get my label printed and my box sealed properly. Five stars for not being able to get the main thing accomplished you ask? They went out of their way to ensure that I didnt have an issue with it, and even gave me directions to where I could complete the job I needed.

What a nice change of pace. Its been a while since Ive been in my local Staples and mostly due to the poor customer service. It was nice to be welcomed and appreciated. Any questions I might have had were answered by very knowledgable and friendly staff. Well done

I went to staples looking for a legal document form. I asked one of the sales people where I could find it. The sales clerk walked me all the way to the section and tried her hardest to find the firm I was looking for. Unfortunately they do not have the exact form I needed but she was amazingI am sorry I did not get her name. She deserves a big pat on the back from management. Thank you.

I walked up to the counter and asked for the email to send my document for printing. They wouldnt give it to me. I stood in line for a half hour. I said I just need 2 pages printed. They tell me to email my document and stand aside. They start printing the documents for the guy behind me first. They told me to wait for the return email number to be printed and go print it on a self serve printer. Went to the self serve printer and its out of order. They then yell over to me, How many pages did you want printed? Then after 40 minutes when they hand me my 2 pages they have to ask the guy who was behind me in line to step away from the card reader so I can pay. Manager if your reading this you need to hire more full time employees to work the printing area and a full time technician to fix your printers and keep your systems up. Every single time I have been here the system or printers are down.

I went for copies

I hate going to this business and seeing numerous people walk around asking you need help but when you want to check out there is only one cashier with a huge line. The store is horribly organized. They have computer mouses on wall shelve and cheaper mouses on another shelf.

When we entered the store I asked the young man behind the cash register where the ink cartridges were located. He said something that I couldnt make out and I asked him again but he was too busy flirting with a young female so I asked him again. He condescendingly pointed in the direction I should travel.I then Had to search the store just to find someone to assist me in getting the correct ink cartridge. I told him the model number and he looked in the book, walked down the aisle, pointed at the package and walked off without so much as is there anything else? By this time though, had he asked, I had already made up my mind to say NO Thank You.I went to check out and the first young man Id encountered and asked directions, was now engaged in a conversation on the stores telephone and was too busy to even say Ill be right with you. I stood there waiting for a few moments, probably about 2 or 3 minutes, but it seemed like forever. By this time other people were standing in line too. I finally made a comment and a few seconds later he said good-bye and hung up. I paid for my purchase and was told to have a nice day...After I got home (which by the way is 50 miles from the store) and went to install my new cartridge(s) I found that even though the packaging says its for the HP Deskjet 3520 its not the correct cartridge. My printer/copier takes three (3) individual color cartridges and the contents are just one large cartridge.I will only go back to the Hanford store one more time.

They were extremely helpful even though I couldnt figure out how to send one of my emails so they could print it off for me they tried and tried and tried and then the one email that I did managed to get to go through they gave me for free just because she could tell how frustrated I was very friendly very helpful staff

Found one of two items I was looking for today. Im not sure where the focus is going with Staples. I guess they will be known as Staples/Snacks & Crafts soon!

Nice store, free of stock in the aisles. Staff very friendly. Prices ok, can purchase most items on line, Amazon, for less. Hope they survive.

The literal worst Staples in existence. Stay AWAY!The customer service is awful. So awful!! We went in to use their new promotional fix water damage to your phone thing that they are heavily promoting (TL:DR - it did not work, and they tried to take MORE money from me, rather than giving us our money back!) - first of all, NO ONE was around. It took 10 minutes for us to find ANY associates in the store.Did I mention that there were no customers in the store? Not a single one, but me!What were they doing? In the back smoking weed? Who knows! Seriously. 10 minutes and no one. Eventually we got the thing going - they did not know how to work it. It has step by step directions, WRITTEN ON THE BOX. And they didnt know how to work it.Then, get this, my phone is still broken. After I paid the $69. They asked me then to pay another $50 to send it to their lab who the heck knows where... Yeah, right.Anyways, after politely refusing, they tell me, sorry, too bad it didnt work, have a nice day and start to walk away. Um, no. The promotion clearly states, if it doesnt work, I dont have to pay. I want my $69 back. The guy had to call his manager, because he said the promotion was wrong and I wasnt going to get my money. Then, he took down all the stuff that said youd get your money back. After I made it clear I wasnt going to stand for that, they relented and gave me my money back, but they still took down the promotional material that was plastered all around saying youd get your money back - clearly, they are trying to be shady!BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS STAPLES! EVER! They will cheat you if they can, and they will not give you ANYTHING resembling good customer service!!

Walked in and i was greeted by employee. I was looking for something specific. She was working the register so she sent me to the right isle & had a floor tech help me. They helped me out & were courtious. I like tge store & do all my printing & faxes thru them.

The times I went shopping at staples I always noticed a male who I thought was just a staples sales associate almost breaking his neck by looking down at his phone THE WHOLE TIME he was walking the store, and even behind the tech counter, turns out hes one of the staples MANAGER/SUPERVISOR. Now that isnt professional at all.

I brought a new motherboard to get put into my old pc which had a dead motherboard they didnt even get to it, its only a hour - hour and a half very disapointed

They got some stuff that comes in handy and they are usually over priced. They need more PC stuff and the employees need more knowledge of computers.

Staples in general is the most terribly managed store Ive ever been to!The employees are rude and not very helpful. What ever happened to customer service???I tried calling to speak to a rep today about a problem and was hung up on four times.I heard the person pick up the receiver then drop it to hang up!I finally called the copy department and asked to speak to the manager.She didnt seem to be concerned that an employee was picking up the ringing phone and dropping it back into the cradle, which leads me to believe this is common practice.No thank you - Ill take my business elsewhere or do it online.

Everytime I go to the printing center they are backed up because something is broken. There is rarely staff to help with the self serve printers that are constantly jamming up as well.

There always there to help when you need it I went in today and couldnt find what I was looking for so I asked a young man and he took me straight to it and carried it to the cash register and carried it to my car
