I brought my friends son to purchase a gift hes on a budget and he said it was his dads favorite store, so he wanted to buy him a gift at his favorite place. Amazingly we found a few name brand items at a great price. In return for my good deed I was repaid with flowers from the 99 store we were both happy with the purchase 😊 customer service was exceptionally great! and the cashier made this little mans day, super courteous and polite

Came in yesterday never having ANY problems, lucky me got a RUDE clerk., I was overcharged for ICE drink. I took issue with it & was ignored at 1st. 2nd lady tried to fix it then a 3rd. it was a big mess. Afterwards I checked my receipt in store and I was mischarged on 3 different levels. I knew ai wasnt charged enough. Bringing to another cashiers attention & manager I was charged another $7.52, I cant believe the hassle it was to pay you what I owed. Trying to keep this short, it was not worth the fight. Im not excited to go thru the trouble again to be honest. I should of just walked out. Your employees are underwhelming☹

I dont know why all the rearranging is going on but its not an in and an out at the moment. Honestly Ive been disillusioned with the place since they stopped giving change on 99¢. I couldnt believe they posted a sign telling me it was inconvenient for them to keep giving out pennies as change do they werent anymore. Now theres prices of all sorts in there and sizes of products have significantly shrunk but still. 99¢.

Store is bigger & they have astonishing range of merchandise. All for a cheap price! Good way to spend money when hosting a party.

Been to the dollar store sic the day they opened this location, great deals on anything that you are been looking for, and its the perfect place for doing some quick shopping for the money saving opportunities.

I gave this store a 2nd chance and it was worth the try. It didnt smell dirty this trip. I found alot of things I had been looking for at other stores at the right prices. I wasnt impressed with the produce, it looked wilted and warm, but there wasnt alot so maybe they have it planned that way. But over-all this stop convinced me that I might shop there again for some hard to find items.

I come here every now and then. Good place to buy bread, canned and frozen food, miscellaneous personal items. The produce here is kind of iffy, I recommend checking it before you buy it, Ive Come Away with moldy fruit from here before because I wasnt paying attention. And I dont recommend buying any toys here as they are likely to break within a day or two.

The new designs added to the store is great. Great prices, awesome employees. Although, the parking lot is a MESS. Literal mess... the floor is filled with bird po**. It’s disgusting out there, people dumping awful dirty water, making the parking lot reek. Therefore I will start going to the one in Visalia.

Its a good store to shop at but I think the employees need to be aware of their surroundings. A cashier and another employee were on the phone while ringing up my items anf I saw it as very unprofessional, they could have atleast been on there phones where the customer cant see them lol

They are all the same which means that they are an essential stop on the cautious budget shopper. I got heirloom tomatoes here that were as good as a farmers market 99 cents for four of them. With careful planning you can get all you need for a single person to eat a fairly nutritional diet for about 100 dollars a month.

I go here from time to time, they really do have good deals. I do have a couple of issues though. First and foremost is the name of the place, I realized that when they started, the name was true. However, they have since started selling things for more than a dollar, perhaps they should change the name to the 99 cent usually store, or maybe the 99 cent sometimes store.Also, is the staff. While most of the staff is fairly friendly and helpful, there is one person in particular who is not. I have only ever seen her working the register, but she has zero customer service skills. If she talk to you at all, is to tell you the price and thats it, she always sounds like she doesnt want to be there, and to make things worse, she doesnt wear a name tag so I cant complain about her either. When I first saw her there, I figured she was new and just learning, but its been a good six months at least and shes still there and still acting the same way

Was busy (as expected), we went on a Friday afternoon. However, they only had 2 registers open... checkout took 25 minutes - ENTIRELY TOO LONG! Store seems well stocked, couldve used a thorough cleaning tho.... with the limited choices of places to shop in our area Im sure Ill be back....

I am not exactly fond of value stores like this but it’s always a great time here! Definitely the best of its kind and I always love to come back

Has many items and food that are needed everyday at a low price

Most employees are great, BUT there is one specific check out girl in the mornings that is not friendly at all .....The company should watch how customers are treated, especially in the morning when opening......When I need to go early in the mornings from now on I will go to Dollar Tree where customer service is much better

Love this location !! My daughter and I go in pretty often due to it being so close when we need just a few things. The staff is so friendly, they actually make conversation with you while ringing up your items not just sit there in silence. And when you ask one of them where a specific item is theyll take you to it to instead of just telling you where it is. The bathrooms are even clean unlike most other stores. I was in the other day and teaching my 6 yr old about shopping and paying for items. The cashier was very sweet and patient as she counted out her change. When the staff says Hello to you when you walk in you can theyre very enthusiastic about it not just like theyre being forced to do it. A few of the cashiers recognize us since were there so much (lol) and know we sometimes walk for exercise and she balanced out our bags to help with the weight without me even asking. Im not sure if the manager reads these reviews but if you do KUDOS to you on the way you run your store and your employees!!

Go on Tuesdays and Thursdays they are promotion days where you will find expensive food for cheap. Usually good Customer service. But ... I hope they can fix the smell because its quite unpleasant at times.

The employees always go above & beyond to help me. I went yesterday Dec 9. I found a few new things & I purchased them. It took everything in me not to go back last night and buy more of one item! I loved!! I was disappointed not being able to purchase Chocolate Coconut Milk. I would purchase 15-20 at a time. I hope that is something that you will go back to carrying. So Delicious is the brand. I also noticed you only carry the small Zico chocolate coconut water. You did have 33 0z of another brand, but Zico is the brand we puchase by cases. I love the 99cent store in hanford! However we havent been getting good items as we used to, was wondering why not?? I have 11 children and this is the way i can budget snacks and other items they enjoy as well! We have been waiting for the canisters of yuban coffee, 24packs of jello, coffee pots, icecream, pizza, big bags shredded kraft cheese and may more toys as well.. im a 99cent faithful but i have been to store every stock day and found nothing new coming in for 3weeks now. Please add us to your list for these items as well.
