I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes! I am also totally motivated to continue to move forward in starting my business. The class was very informative and the trainers are very open about answering and encouraging questions. The hands on helps so much with what is being taught. The best part is these women KNOW what they are talking about and inspire all that cross their path to always do their best with any customer. The curriculum is well thought out and prepared to take students through step by step. I used the last of my savings traveling to Atlanta to attend Device Master Course/ W.I.S.E. at Cellbotics Performance Training Center. 3 months later, I have went from just one source of income to five. This is REALLY GREAT Training. I completed the Cell Phone Repair course this past Thursday and had to drive back to my store in Tampa right away. I went into my store on Friday and within an hour a customer walked in with a cracked iPhone 8 screen. With less than 24 hours out of class, I simply followed the procedures that Nicole, Tabatha, and Zack trained us. In short.. I FIXED IT! I took Nicole’s mobile phone repair course and it was totally life changing. The information that I learned was invaluable. She taught more than just phone repair but also how your run your business. If your starting out in the phone repair her course is a must take.

Where do I begin? I am from Northern California (east bay to be exact). Yes, there are training facilities ALOT closer but distance wasn’t an issue. My Experience with Cellbotics Training Center was great.I had some experience coming in fixing phones self taught from youtube. I quickly found out that it was so much that I didnt know and it was so much more to learn like the why and how Nicole and her team broke down everything. We jumped right into disassembling smart phones my favorite ones I liked working on was the galaxy and iphone X series phones. My favorite hands on moment was the soldering. By far the best investment Ive made in myself. I traveled from northeastern Nevada hoping to get some technical skills abellnd I got so much more than that! You even get a textbook that I use as my personal Bible for repairs. Nicole is such a great woman and I love her teaching style because she just gets it. For me It’s always kind of hard jumping in a new Field or learning something you had no knowledge of in the beginning but Nicole gave me the courage and the confidence to know that the road ahead is paved in gold just trust your process pay attention to detail never trust yourself when fixing any Customer device no Matter how good you think you are you still can make mistakes so read and watch videos to prevent any unnecessary issues EVERY TIME before u start the work! Where do I even begin. Be prepared for a book. First of all I debated doing the cell phone repair business for about 2 yrs. While going back and forth I was in contact with Nicole from Cellbotics the entire time. She was there to answer any question I had, day or night. And it wasnt hours later its was instantaneously. She could of been giving info to a competitor who was posing as a possible future student. But thats just Nicole. She there to help anytime and anywhere. Fun fact her middle name is actually helper! Anyways once I decided to go i was still a nervous wreck. I didnt know what to expect and I was scared i was on way over my head never learning or knowing the first thing about cell phone repair, business or electronics.Well I worried for nothing. I have never in my life seen a structured class of any type as easy flowing and dumber down to where anyone could learn it. Nicole wen above and beyond with her class of cell phone and tablet repair. From the moment I walked in the door I felt the compassion and dedication. She leaves no one behind and the pace is for the fastest learning or the slowest. Nicole and her team is 100 percent hands on and like I said she wont move on without every student understanding whays going on in that part of the training. This amazing woman has even made a cell phone and tablet repair BIBLE. Literally any and everything you could thing of related to repair is in there. Anything from venders, sim unlocks, dc current codes, business plans and how to execute them, to all repair on all models and how to troubleshoot. She covers tools, suppliers, cell phone sales reps, literally everything. The book is ridiculously thorough but so easy to read and laid out remarkably. After graduating I figured I may hear from her from time to time but nope! She checks in on you as much as you need her too and her help afterwards and for as long as you need her is still 100 percent on cue. She is such an inspiration and role model for any type of small business owner and Im so glad not only for taking her class but making an amazing friend for life. Cellbotics hands down is the best investment and best cell phone repair school in the nation. Thank you Nicole and your amazing staff for such an enjoyable, educational and lasting experience.

Nicole, Chris, and Michelle are truly hidden treasures. At first, I was very apprehensive about taking the first course, mobile repair. After reading the great reviews, I decided to take a risk and it was well worth the time and money!!! Nicole and Chris were very knowledgeable and patient. My GREAT experience in the mobile repair course made me feel as if I was missing out on something if I didn’t attend the second portion of the training available so I attended the PC repair course with Michelle. I’m ever so glad that I did. She is absolutely awesome - simply amazing!!! Michelle is also an author so don’t forget to place your order for your little one from the Mommy Readers Collection! I can talk all day about how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to attend and graduate from the Cellbotics Training Center. The hands-on experience you will receive is sure to provide build your knowledge in various subjects and prepare you to open your business. It may seem too good to be true to learn about all the topics listed on the website, but you will truly leave with a wealth of knowledge. Not only will you be working on numerous of cell phones, tablets, PCs (based on course) one after another, you will also go on field trips to connect with what’s going on in the industry from a behind the scenes approach! I can stay on that topic for quite a while as I was so impressed with what I saw. When you leave Cellbotics you may have left the building physically, but the trainers are still there for you. Unlike some training centers, as a graduate you will receive lifetime support! No doubt you leave with the tools/knowledge you need to succeed, but they are there if you have any questions or concerns post training. Speaking of tools, did I mention that Nicole and Michelle give you tools and supplies to take home?!?! Who does that? Cellbotics does! Michelle gave us so many items we had to ask for bags and would you believe my bag was so loaded that it ripped! If you’re still reading this review, I hope it’s not because you are still debating. I took this training course about a year ago. And I must tell you that this is the most hands on interactive training you will ever get! Thats the best part about taking this training is getting to repair these cellphones on your own. With the trainers at your aid of course! Anyways having hands on training is the best way to learn I believe because you get to experience what you might run into in the real world. If you are thinking about getting into cellphone repair Cellbotics is the route to go! The trainers are very instructive and interactive. I took my old phone into Cellbotics for a screen repair and battery replacement. A few days after repair, the touch on the screen went out. I called Cellbotics back about the issue and Nicole has gone above and beyond to fix the problem. She has even helped me diagnose and repair other issues I was having with the phone, that were there before I took the phone in original. She has been great through out the whole process and saved me from having to buy a new phone, which are outrageous! Affordable repairs and great service!!

I took the three day class in February.Nicole was great,You get the same training as the five day course.

Recently I had a phone of mine repaired and I was charged $250 I thought that was really high so I looked up the part...shame shame! To make so much off 1 repair? I wondered if I could do this too...so set out for a school and found ALLOT of training schools but only 1 had nikki...she helped me from start to finish and spent every day in training ..she even let me take a phone to my hotel at night to do more practice! Oh and they booked the hotel for me! I just showed up...it was great from beginning to end and she showed us how to advertise for free and I already have 3 repairs lined up for when I get home...cant wait..thanks Nikki and cellbotics!!
