I love this place so far! My 4 month old takes the baby swim lessons here and it wears her out for the day. Plus I can rest knowing she is going to be comfortable in water and soon learn life saving skills. The instructor seems to really enjoy her job and I was amazed that they remembered me and specific characteristics about my daughter after only having gone a couple times. Definitely recommend for anyone with young kids.

Excellent staff, expert instructors, perfect instruction! Our son, 3, started with a fear of water and nothing but tears in the pool. 6 months later, hes swimming on his own and loving every lesson!

The Swimhaus Swim School is a great place for your child or toddler to learn how to swim. The staff is also incredibly nice and thorough in getting you prepared for what to expect at the class. They even take you on a tour of the swim class when you sign up. If youre in the gilbert, chandler or Mesa area this the place to take your kid to learn how to swim. Also their prices are very reasonable.

Our daughter has been attending swim lessons here for around 9 months now. I cannot say enough good things about the school!! We started with the baby class, and when the instructor recommended it we moved up to the tot class. Evelyn was afraid without mama at first, but by the second lesson she was doing great. Miss Emily is her instructor, and she’s so caring and fun. Our daughter is gaining so much confidence and she even practices what she learns in swim when she takes a bath! The entire staff are attentive, caring, and involved. Gilbert’s Swimhaus Swim School is fantastic, hands down.

We love this swim school we recently moved to queen creek and still drive to this location because they are the best! We love the instructors especially chloe!

There aren’t enough good things I could say about Swimhaus. We had been coming for a little over a year. We didn’t realize just how incredibly awesome this place truly is until recently moving out of state and having to find a new swim school. From the staff, to the facility - you will not regret taking your little human(s) here. I never once felt that my child was unsafe or unsupported. He learned so many skills and every class became more confident. The staff treated us like we were more than just a client. The hours and days with the flexibility - are you kidding me?! Amazing! If only we could get one of these in Fort Worth Texas...

My two kids love coming here. The staff are very friendly and have helped my daughter overcome her fear of the water. I cant thank Swimhaus enough for helping my kids enjoy the water while teaching valuable skills.

Had a great first experience for my 2.5 year olds very first swim lesson. The staff was so patient and encouraging for him, as he was fearful and emotional for his first time. His instructor and one of the owners kept with him throughout the lesson and continued to try to get him comfortable. I really appreciated that as a parent and how understanding everyone was. Will be back! This place was spotless - the play area was super cute: chalk board area, coloring, tables, chairs. There are showers, bathrooms, hair dryers, lotion, etc that really goes to show this place is wanting the swim experience to be great for your kiddo. They even have a treasure box for a toy on your way out for your first time (or if your kiddo does great listening during the lesson, or graduates to next class). The pool is heated, impeccably clean filtered water as well!Edit: half way through his second lesson, my son did great!! He kicked his feet swimming, did rolls, blew bubbles, and found his fins 🐟

The owner of the school is top notch and goes the extra mile to ensure clients are happy.

SwimHaus is an awesome facility and very professional. From their facility to their staff, my family was very impressed. The was a mess-up somewhere on what time my daughter trial class was and they made sure they got her in anyways which involved a teacher staying longer than he was supposed to. This teacher was amazing with my girl and the other two students they put her with. He was patient and helped her quite a bit in the 30 minute class. They have a lot for the kids to do while waiting for class and after. Theres a giant chalk wall, coloring table, beach houses with toys etc. The environment is very clean and welcoming and decorated nicely with a beach theme. The owners have done a great job with this facility! We only had a trial lesson but will for sure be back!

Signed my twins for fast track classes, to the tune of $600+, they got sick one week and could not attend. Called to reschedule and was told they were not enrolled in swimhaus and no make up classes to be scheduled. After I withdrew my kids from swimhaus I was told they made an error and we had credit classes. No refund offered. Buyer beware.

My son started with Swimhaus a few weeks ago and absolutely loves it! My son is special needs and finding the right swim school for him has been challenging. Luckily, we found Swimhaus and he’s been doing amazing.The front desk, instructors, and management/owners are very friendly, thoughtful, and professional. In addition, they always make sure to keep the staff and family safe by wearing masks and maintaining the facility clean! It’s been an honor to be a part of the Swimhaus family. Thank you Swimhaus for making my sons learning experience fun and memorable!

My 3 year old has attended Swimhaus for 3 months. She takes a private lesson Saturday mornings, they are extremely flexible we switched from a separate time with no issues. We are always greeted with a smile at the front desk and acknowledged by the staff just walking around. Habib has been a fantastic match for us, because our child is well..... spirited and needs a firm but kind approach. We are very happy!

I love this group on people. They are very honest and transparent in so many ways. Their space is clean and very inviting. We took our 1.5yr old and he loves going even though he can be quite the stubborn one at times. Go check them out if you are considering keeping your child safe around the water. A business run this well is hard to find these days. The owners, instructors and all of the staff are wonderful. They have so much patience with our kids and we look forward to going every week. Swimhaus is the cleanest swim school I have ever been to. They can take your kids at any level of fear or excitement and work with them until they are comfortable. Everything is on your kids timeline and what works best for them, not a set # of weeks at each level. I cant say enough amazing things about Swimhaus, everyone should check them out!

We love Swimhaus! My son is greeted by name by not only his teacher but also the front desk staff and others in the building every week. He loves going to swim lessons and he has learned so much! It is amazing to watch him grow and be challenged each week and I love that he enjoys his time here. The staff who work at the front desk are always helpful and patient. We have experienced 3 different swim teachers and have loved them all.

We absolutely adore Swimhaus. Our son has been going there for the past 1.5 year and the growth and progress we’ve seen is astounding. He looks forward to every class and can’t wait to get back once his lesson is done. Swimhaus feels like a true family to us and we are so thankful we found a swim school that loves and respects our child like we do.

We love swim haus! I take my two boys, 4 and 2 here and they can’t get enough of it! We’ve had three different instructors and everyone of them have been so patient and caring with my guys. But you will find ALL of the employees are kind and helpful. It’s clean and safe and they communicate with me about everything!

If you are torn between ISR or Swim Haus’ survival swim classes- choose Swim Haus!We did ISR with my daughter a few years ago and it was SO HARD. She cried every day for 6 weeks and was afraid of the water for 2 years after that. They don’t spend any time trying to comfort your child or get to know them. It really felt like a sink or swim situation.This summer I knew I needed to do some sort of survival swim class for my 18 month old son but I couldn’t bring myself to put him through ISR. I’m so glad I found Swim Haus! My son is thriving! 7 weeks later he has the same skills he would have had in ISR but he LOVES it! He runs to class and gets right in. The entire process was incredibly gentle. She took the time to earn his trust and play games with him which was huge to me. I was skeptical when they said they had gentle survival lessons but it is so true.Also, my daughter loves swimming at Swim Haus now as well and was progressing very quickly. She is obsessed with swimming now.

We love Swimhaus! The facility, staff, and cleanliness are all fantastic. They really went the extra mile to make families feel safe during pandemic. Unfortunately we had to hit pause on my daughter’s lessons because she started in-person preschool. But my daughter made good progress here and LOVED her teachers. I mean loved. Especially Ms.Abby who she still asks about and tells me how much she misses her. Ms. Abby made a huge impression on her! We are grateful for our experience there, and look forward to re-enrolling next summer. Thanks Swimhaus!

Ok this is it. If youre looking for lessons, youve found the one. Theyre good at what they do, they helped my kiddo who had a scary water experience, they tolerate my rambunctious middle child, and they have incredible customer service. The staff are always kind and understanding.

Swimhaus is an extraordinary swim school! They go above and beyond. My daughter was terrified of swimming and would refuse to put her head under water and wouldn’t even put on a floaty to go in the pool at home. She was in regular once a week swim lessons at Swimhaus then we signed her up for fast track. She literally walked into swim lessons crying (and their amazing staff would pick up my daughter and comfort her until she was ready) and a week later is swimming! Not only did they make the impossible happen, but there are extra little touches as well.My daughter tripped and they immediately got her an ice pack and a balloon that said “one tough cookie”. What a way to turn it around. She also got a really cute balloon on her birthday!Swimhaus is an adorable facility with little play houses for the kids, individual changing rooms and lollipops for the kids after each lesson. Their water filtration system is state of the art and doesn’t flare up my daughter’s eczema.My daughter went from crying at the thought of swimming to now asking if we can go to swim lessons every morning. They are miracle workers!!

We LOVE Swimhaus! My child was not an easy student. He screamed the first 4 weeks, but that didn’t stop the entire staff from being warm, comforting and educational to both be and him. Now my little guy loves it and we can’t wait to take our twins for their infant survival swim class!

My daughter started off screaming every time I gave her to the instructor so we decided to try a group swim. Not only did she find a mini best friend, Charlotte ended up getting very comfortable with Ally and she absolutely adores her. Every single person at Swimhaus is so welcoming and knows everyone by name! They’re so knowledgeable, we think it’s the most important thing for kids in AZ to learn how to swim and I love that they offer baby swim lessons to get those survival skills built up early on! My daughter is now 2 1/2 and we’ve been going for over a year and a half! We love swimhaus!

The waiting area is so fun! Kept my little guy distracted until it was time to swim. I love the smaller class sizes (3 students to one instructor) and the teachers are so interactive -not just going through the motions. We’ll definitely be back!

We started swim lessons here at the beginning of the month and my girls love it. They are 4 and 6. My younger one is very attached to her sister. I love that they let them be in the same class even though they are in different age groups. My girls both love their teacher and ask me if they can go to swim everyday. Very affordable and the ability to make up classes is great. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

My 2 year old has thrived in the water since starting lessons at Swimhaus! She is no longer scared to get her face wet and never wants to stop swimming now. She looks forward to swimming each week which makes me happy. I love having the open window set up inside to watch her during lessons and stay cool inside. The classes are small sizes which means more time to learn and grow. The owners are so nice and really care about each student. Would 10/10 recommend Swimhaus to friends and family!

I have been taking my son to Swimhaus since he was around 6 months and he loves it! All of the teachers are very friendly. The front desk staff knows your child by name which is really sweet.The best part about Swimhaus is their makeup policy. When you have a baby enrolled in a class, sometimes things come up (naps went wrong, crabby baby etc.) and you need to change around your schedule. Every time I have called about needing to reschedule they are completely understanding and help me figure out a slot that’ll work for us!Another thing I like about Swimhaus is it’s the only school in the valley where if you want to discontinue lessons, you don’t have to let them know 30 days in advance (not sure why this is the norm for all of the other places ). However, I don’t see us wanting to cancel lessons anytime soon ;)If you’re looking for a place to start lessons, I definitely recommend checking them out!

We took our twin toddlers today for their first swim lessons. We were all a bit nervous, not knowing what to expect, but it was great! The girls warmed up to it eventually, and they kept trying to get back to the pool after class. Cant wait to go back. Thanks, Swim Haus!

Swimhaus is AMAZING! The staff, facility, and owners are all on another level. They accommodate our schedule, know our kids by name, have taught them life saving skills, and are people we now consider friends! There is room to play before and after lessons. The pool is gentle on the kiddos skin. If I ever forget anything they always have extras. It honestly is hands down the best swim school around!

We love the Swimhaus! We started at this location about 2 years ago before it became the Swimhaus. Since then, the new owners Erin and Jim have done wonders with the place. Not only are they super friendly and always around to greet you and make you feel welcome but they have taken a lot of pride to make it a place where kids want to come. They have given it the much needed makeover it needed and have hired quality swim instructors that work their magic in the pool. My little guy has always been a bit fearful of the pool and isnt one to just jump in head first with much of anything. Having semi-private lessons with his friend and a very caring, understanding swim instructor were just what he needed. His swim abilities and confidence have grown so much. He is comfortable in the pool and loves showing off his new swim moves any chance he gets. Not only did the swim instructors teach him a much needed life skill but they gave him a little boost in self confidence and work ethic. I highly recommend the Swimhaus to anyone who is looking for a family owned feel with quality swim instructors. You will not be disappointed. The staff is nothing short of amazing!

Today was our first time at Swimhaus and it was wonderful. My son is almost 20 months old and I must admit I was nervous for the lesson. The facility was inviting, spacious changing area and clean. The water quality is a plus, not like other places where the chlorine is too strong. Our instructor was kind, attentive and patient. The best part is I’m able to feel like with time and effort he will be safer in the water. After all that is the goal to keep our children safe. I liked it so much I signed him up for weekly classes. Thank you for making it a positive experience for us!

We love this place. Besides having a wonderful and well kept facility, the staff is always wonderful and friendly. The classes for 3-6 month old are free, easy to rescheduled classes, no fees once you start paying for classes, and the swim teachers are excellent with babies and older children.We absolutely love coming here and are very happy that we found this swim school for our son.

We started our daughter at SwimHaus when she was 6 months old because drowning is responsible for more deaths among children 1-4 than any other cause (except birth defects).We absolutely love how confident she is in (& under) the water at home & in class. The staff all greet us by name (since Day 1), they’re incredibly friendly, and they’ve always helped us move things along at our own pace.Our girl was born a few short weeks before COVID shut things down, so socializing with other parents was non-existent for me until SwimHaus. I can say with confidence that they’re probably the cleanest business in all of Gilbert, so we always feel comfortable going there. I also know they have a state of the art water cleaning system (you’d have to ask them for more details, but just know, it’s fancy).I will be recommending to every parent I know in AZ!

We love this swim school! The facility was amazing and has so many fun activities for the kids even before you hit the pool. Although my toddler knows how to swim, the lessons we took at Swimhaus improved her confidence tremendously! The changing and shower areas were clean and bountiful. This location was a little too far for my family but I would love to come back and utilize their creative, fun swim space for parties in the future! If you’re in the Gilbert area, I would highly recommend this year around swim school!

Fantastic swim school! I have 3 kids ages 10, 5, and 3. I tried other schools and even tried city classes and was never impressed and my kids seemed to actually hate it. We finally gave Swimhaus a try and have never looked back. My two youngest had a lot of anxiety around water, would cry and even panic whenever they got in it. Upon walking into Swimhaus I immediately felt a sense of calm and could tell they really cared about my kids learning in the best way possible. The facility itself is ridiculously cute, and the cleanest facility we have ever been to. After my girls first lessons they immediately asked when they could come back even through tears. This told me that they enjoyed their time there and I knew this is where they needed to be. I have watched my girls grow tremendously and thats all thanks to the caring instructors at Swimhaus.

Today was our first visit to Gilbert Swimhaus. It was really easy to schedule a time for my son. You get a free 30 minute trial class. My son is 3 and has never been in a swim class. The staff was friendly and inviting. My son was very comfortable with the teacher and she was very patient with him. They offer the smallest class sizes in the valley which made me feel better! Cant wait to see how he does next week!

Jim & Erin have done such a fantastic job at Swimhaus. Love the culture and community they’ve created- truly different than any other swim school around. PS They’ve got a FUN social media, too!

We loved taking our son here for swim lessons. He was 1 and we were out in a class with 3-4 other little ones. The swim instructor worked with us when he struggled to be submersed underwater. She was very sweet and our little boy loved her! Definitely glad we found this place!

My two-year-old son just graduated from Swimhaus survival lessons. Initially, I was skeptical about survival swim because I’ve seen some shocking videos from other swim schools that (in my opinion) look borderline traumatic. However, this was not the case at all at Swimhaus. They take the most gentle, yet effective, approach to teach littles to roll and float on their back. My son’s instructor was Ms. Ellen and she was the best teacher I could’ve ever chosen for my son! She catered each lesson based off his body language. He never shed a SINGLE tear throughout the entire course! He was all smiles and looked forward to seeing his teacher (and all the front desk staff who greet him by name and with the biggest smiles). Cannot fully express our love and appreciation for our Swimhaus family! They truly care and go above and beyond for each of their students.

My grandsons are 1 1/2 and 2 1/2. I was looking for weekly lessons because I have them together every Monday. Swimhaus was happy to accommodate this schedule. The boys had an initial complimentary lesson so the instructor could determine what type of lessons would work best. They customized semi-private lessons for the boys with Grandma in the pool until they both follow directions reliably. Both boys love going for their lessons, and they practice blowing bubbles and kicking in the bathtub. The facility is very clean with large viewing and play areas. There are nice, big areas to change clothes. The lessons are very affordable. The owners, Erin and Jim, have been great to work with. If you need swim lessons for anyone, check them out!

Really loved the staff and facilities. It was our first time doing swim lessons with my daughter and the experience was smooth and effortless. The staff at the desk was immediately helpful and showed us around so we werent left wondering where to go or what to do!

Love them! They have been very good to 5 of my grandkids and one graduated last week! Hoping to add atleast one more soon! Nice faculty, staff is great, they listen to you when you have requests and try to accommodate the best they can. Make up policy is great! The kids all love it there!

We have taken classes here since our son turned one and have loved the experience! The pool is always clean and temperate, every teacher has been caring and skilled, the waiting area is THE CUTEST and Erin is truly amazing. You will want to be her friend. I could not reccomend them more!

Our two year old had a class and they let my 9 year old join a class for free instead of waiting. They have a great facility- I like that they use very little chemicals in the pool. And they have cute play houses for kids that are waiting. I definitely recommend.

My usually-cautious daughter felt immediately comfortable at Swimhaus! She had such a blast in the water and she didn’t want to leave.I super appreciate their all-inclusive/no-hidden-costs pricing AND how flexible they are with scheduling and rescheduling, I just wish they were in a lower price bracket; cost is the ONLY reason I won’t return. We loved Swimhaus!!

I needed to get my timid 3 year old in swim lessons but was hesitant because he gets overwhelmed with lots of noise and I have a busy baby to drag along too. The first lesson was great! He received so much attention and reassurance that he was all smiles! The viewing area is perfect for us to watch him and see him progress as well as my baby to crawl around and play with the toys. The owners take great pride in running a swim school that has the students best interests. They are also very accommodating with scheduling.

We have done swimming lessons before but my son really loved his lessons here! The student/teacher ratio is low (3:1) which helps kids learn faster and it’s indoors so you can learn year round.

The pros: Both of my children are now safe around water. (Mission Accomplished) Our instructors Habib and Carter are amazing... both are fun and incredibly patient. They found a way to connect with my children. I am forever grateful. Clean establishment. Nice amenities.The cons: Billing was never done correctly. How difficult is it to charge 1/2 to my card and 1/2 to the other parents card? Owner blamed her absentmindedness on her pregnancy the first time it happened. I am not sure what the reasons were for the rest of the time.The one and only time I had an issue, I was asked if I wanted to speak to Erin (the owner), I said sure. I was placed on hold for a few minutes and her husband Jim took the call. (I was told this happened because Erin doesnt do direct conflict.) Lets just say that Jim needs classes in customer service. He was curt and rude. His tone was hostile and he gave me the impression that he could care less if I gave him business or not. ($160 a month is what I spend...) He at one point stopped me mid sentence and stated I am going to stop you right here. What is it I can do for you? What do you want?Did my issue get addressed... yes. Do I have warm fuzzies about Swimhaus... no.January is our last month at Swimhaus... we will be going to EVO. They are closer to home and offer better schedules. And frankly I feel appreciated when I walked through the door.I am giving Swimhaus 3 stars because at the end of the day both of my children are proficient in swimming. As long as you dont need to speak to management about makeup classes and dont have special billing requests your experience should be fine.

The kids didn’t want to do swim lessons at first because they “weren’t babies and already knew how to swim.” After the first lesson they were excited to be perfecting their different stokes and were having a blast! Great school with a very clean environment and great coaches.

What a beautiful swim school!! It’s newly renovated & VERY clean! The owners and instructors are great- highly recommend this place!!

We are very fortunate to have found Swimhaus Swim School for our six-year-old daughter who recently finished her leukemia treatment (Sept/2018)! Our daughter, who was initially scared and combative, turned into a competitive swimhauser. Staff was awesome, scheduled us right in, gave us a tour and we sat and waited for my son’s name to be called for class.. I will say, my son did NOT want to go to “swim lessons” because he swims fine and in his mind, he was going to be swimming with babies... HOWEVER, they put him in the appropriate higher level and he was smiles the entire time! He came out wanting to go to SWIMHAUS on all the days he doesn’t have his other practices!
