Im so happy we chose to send our 4 year old to AquaSafe in Gilbert. The staff is very professional and also super-friendly. We have had 2 different coaches, and theyve both been amazing with our not-super-relaxed beginning swimmer. The standout feature is the manager, Steven. He keeps tabs on how all the students are doing so he can communicate with the parents or in case your child has a substitute coach on a particular day (only happened once since we started, not a big deal at all). He goes in and out of the pool area to talk to parents during the classes, and he communicates any pertinent information from the parents to the coaches. Highly recommend!

We truly love the staff at AquaSafe! We have our toddler son in lessons three times a week, and each week we have definitely seen his progress improve. All of the instructors are knowledgable and when he has had a sub or missed a class, both our son and instructor get right back into the groove like nothing was missed! My only concern is post lessons, multiple family members (extra people like grandparents and aunts and uncles) are allowed back in the changing area which makes things congested for parents trying to change their little ones.

We started using AquaSafe in 2015. Since then, we have put three children through their programs. I love the summer mini sessions the most! 30 minute classes, 4 days a week, in two week increments! Such a great way to get your kids on the fast track to swimming safely and independently! Staff has always been attentive, the facility is clean, open, and inviting, and the prices are comparable! The added bonus is its all indoors! No need to lather up in sunblock!!

My daughter is learning to swim at the age of seven and when we started three weeks ago, she would not even put her head under the water. The mini-sessions Aquasafe has for summer is fantastic! Not only is she comfortable putting her head underwater but she is learning to swim and enjoys being in the pool.The instructors are very caring and really work with the kids and take their comfort level into consideration. The supervision of the students by the staff is some of the best I’ve ever seen. I would recommend them to anyone!

This swim school is great. Facility is Clean. Plenty of room/ seats to observe your child in the pool. When children are moved up to their next level they are rewarded with a medal, like an Olympian. Instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and they encourage their students to excel. Go check it out!

This swim team is fantastic! We signed up for a mommy and me class to help out our 9 month old to learn how to swim. He is almost 2 and his confidence with water is touching to see. He jumps into the water (only with parents present), he yells at other toddlers “kick, kick, kick” to help remind them what he had learned and he can retrieve the weighted toys by putting his head under the water.Coach Tory is our coach and she is very consistent with lessons and keeps track of the children’s progress. We are excited to continue watch our sons progress with his swim lessons. :)

So glad I chose to take our 4 year old here. Its been almost 5 months now and hes come so far and moved up a class earning his medal. Maddie is amazing and Lucas just loves her to death. He always gives a big hug. All the staff is very friendly. The facility is kept very clean. I have no desire to even look elsewhere.

We have attended swim school since our son was 6 weeks old, and it has been one of the best decisions ever! This facility has an incredible team who truly cares about the kids and their development. They go the extra length to make their environment as hospitable and convenient as possible.Also, AquaSafe went ABOVE AND BEYOND with their communication and accommodations during Covid. I cant imagine what it would be like to be a business owner during this time, let alone being the owner of a child sports facility, but AquaSafe somehow kept it safe AND FUN!

My son loves it here and the trainers are all certified and really help him by gaining their trust and teaching him. He has progressed quickly and I have even signed him up for their mini lessons. It was more affordable than I thought it would be and Im so glad we decided to choose this school!

At first we loved this place. My daughter has been taking classes here since April, on June 14 my daughter switched to Semi Glider! July 5th I called to request a makeup because my daughter was going to miss that week the lady tells me that my daughter wasnt enrolled anymore since I only paid for one month.. mind you the last payment they took from me was June 10th so she still had at least one session left! Then I go to look at my bank account and see they took money from me on JULY 14TH !!! What kind of stuff is this ? First she tells me that I only paid for the month and wouldnt let me reschedule a makeup for my daughter then they go and pull another months payment out of my account !

My two boys have been going to AquaSafe for about three years. It is the absolute best! They are so patient, kind and the swim coaches really care about the kids and water safety. Steven, the Gilbert Manager, is truly the best! He came in early and got in the water to help my son work on some extra skills to get him moved to the next class - 100% above and beyond!! Not to mention, AquaSafe is super clean and has been following all COVID guidelines!

We love Aqua Safe! The parent seating is comfortable! The staff is SO on the ball! And my kids were so much better in the water after only a few lessons.

Have nothing but positive things to say about AquaSafe! Staff and coaches are all so friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter started at 6 months old and now at 23 months old she is already able to swim on her own and is starting to dive for rings under water!

Aquasafe is amazing. They really take the time to get to know you and your child. My daughter was terrified to go under. They took their time with her but also was sure to challenge her appropriately. Our baby loves the parent and me class. I enjoy watching both of them grow in their comfort in the water. The staff, especially Steven, is incredible. Highly recommend.

Great swim school! All the coaches are skilled and friendly. My child is never pushed to do anything she feels uncomfortable doing, they just keep working with her until she wants to try it.

Excellent swimschool!!! My 2 older kids had great results, great swimmers after aquasafe swim lessons. I have 2 new little kids and brought them here again. Steven is awesome! Very thorough and keeps parents updated on kids progress. If the kids are struggling, he jumps in to assess the issue and helps the kids get back on track. My kiddos are enjoying swimming here! Beyond grateful to the instructors at AquaSafe for teaching my kids to swim. We tried a few other places when they were younger and were frustrated with the lack of progress. Totally different story here. They do an amazing job, are reasonably priced and provide an overall great experience. The manager Steven is great, super passionate about swimming and very communicative about what and how kids are doing. One of my kids has some special needs, and without me ever saying anything about them, the coaches were all very kind, accommodating and worked with him on his challenges. They are always willing to work with changing schedules too. I cannot say enough good things about everyone there. Highly recommend!

We have been bringing our son here for almost two years and have really enjoyed coming! The staff are very friendly and caring even when our son was scared and didn’t want to learn they were patient as well as understanding to help him get through it.After they reopened from being closed due to COVID-19 we felt the safety measures they had in place made us feel comfortable enough to come back. They are doing what they can to continue to help us feel safe and make changes if needed if a process doesn’t work.I would definitely invite anyone looking to get their children lessons to come here it’s really worth it.

Aquasafe has gone above and beyond to make this place safe. We started lessons a couple months ago and started with a trial class. We signed up the same day after seeing the safety precautions they have taken during Covid. My boys absolutely love Coach Steven and he is great with them. The front staff/ deck supervisor go above and beyond to clean and sanitize in between classes. I highly recommend that you at least try out the free trial class!

Great place for kids to learn to swim. They have several different classes and are open at all kinds of hours to fit your schedule. The facility is clean and well maintained. You can sit in comfortable stadium style seating while watching your child learn to swim like a pro! The kids get medals each time they go up a class and they seem to love it!

I fully recommend the swim classes at Aqua Safe Swim School. Friendly staff and excellent coaches (teachers) make this the perfect choice.

We have been with aquasafe for about 6 months now and we could not have chosen a better place for him to learn his techniques. He would not put his face or head underwater ever before. Now he has leveled up 3 classes and absolutely loves going to swim. His coaches are amazing and so patient with him. We would strongly encourage anyone to try them out if you are looking for a new swim school.

Our family has had such a wonderful experience at AquaSafe. My daughter at 3 years old was so afraid of swimming. Now she is 4 and swimming on her own with the awesome support and through the teaching she got from the coaches. Great class times and customer service.

We have really enjoyed the swim lessons here. The classes are small, the communication is incredible, the kids are learning to be water safe while building confidence and having fun. I am so glad we found this place!

Aquasafe has done an outstanding job of giving our son a sense of accomplishment and Teaching him lessons that will save his life one day. You will be amazed at how accommodating they are with schedule changes and allowing make up classes at no added cost. It is worth every penny.

We started here in the infant mommy and me classes and have stayed through for the past 4+ years! My daughter has learned so much both about technique as well as pool safety, which is great since we have a pool at home. She now wants to swim in the Olympics when she grows up she loves it so much! Never had a bad coach, all staff is enthusiastic, encouraging, patient, and truly care about the kids. Love it!

Aqua Swim has been great. They have different programs to help all types of kids and provide a safe environment. They take care to watch each kid and provide education based on what they need to work on. The manager, Steven, has always been attentive and personable. He takes the time to know each kid that come through the school by name along with the parents. I highly recommend using them to help with kids of all ages or even adults that need to learn to swim.In the current climate of Covid, they are doing the best the can to take health precautions and limit the spread. They have social distancing set up and temperature checks for all that enter. I don’t think there is anything more that needs to be done and I feel completely safe going in with my son.

Our 2 kiddos (3 and 4 years old) have been swimming here since 6 weeks old. They currently swim with Coach Steven and love their weekly lessons and they skills they have in the water are fantastic!

I love AquaSafe! My special needs son has made SO much progress in the 10 lessons hes taken there! The facility is completely CDC compliant, the instructors excellent, and the management is interactive and responsive. I highly recommend!

Steven is amazing! Things have taken a turn for the BETTER ever since he took over. I’m so impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail and customer service. He doesn’t hesitate to take time with parents to educate them, explain expectations and notice the progress my kids have been making. He has calmed my sons fears of moving to a new level and given him courage. He has really taken off!

Great staff! Exceptionally trained to teach my son how to swim. My son has learning disability and they taught him at his pace. Highly recommended!

I would recommend this school to anyone looking for lessons. It is very clean, and the staff is always very friendly, professional and helpful. Extra precautions have been put in place with the covid 19 pandemic and I am very comfortable having my two young children coming for lessons.

Thorough and great with kids!

My daughters have only been going here a couple weeks but I’m blown away by the personal experience we’ve received and the great communication from the staff. They were very patient with my daughter who was having a hard time transitioning from a different swim place and now at her second class she is doing better then ever. The whole place is set up to make the process of taking your kids to swim lessons easier for adults. From the seating area, to the changing rooms and the snack bar. Also, while I was there last, a young boy leaned too far over the water and fell in..the supervisor practically flew over and pulled him out in what seemed like a half of a second! I am very impressed with their high level of safety, personable staff and facility. We plan to continue here for a long time!

Very nice and clean. Great place for aqua therapy.

Gracie was a wonderful instructor!But the over all business is dirty, confusing, and poorly ran. The front desk staff are timid unfriendly children, and On several occasions I have witnessed This facility not enforcing city and state mandates for face coverings.When asked to enforce the social distancing guidelines set forth,the front desk staff refused to ask patrons to wear masks.

We’ve been taking our toddler here for the past few months and it is awesome to see how much she has learned from her instructor Tyler. He is very thoughtful about his approach to each child based on how they react to the water. We’re already thinking about her Olympics dreams due to her skills! The whole team has been welcoming and say hello/goodbye to my daughter which she loves. I highly recommend trying AquaSafe Swim School.The pool is really warm too for those of you parents who need a relaxing time to learn with your kids.Looking forward to learning more next week!PS: The tiki bar should be used for after hours adult swims and cocktails too. Just an idea! Could be a big deal.

I love this place. The teachers are great and my daughter has learned so much. She has been swimming since she was 1 and a half she is now 7. I was looking for a swim school that was going to be fun for her but also able to learn new strokes. Very reasonably priced also.

Today was my daughters first trial swimming class here at aquasafe and the coach was good but wish she hadnt put water on her head or took her deep inside the water like a dip. The place was clean and staff was great explaining the details of payment.

We love AquaSafe! I took my infant here for the babbles and bubbles class, and the staff are very welcoming, the facilities are clean and they have everything we could need, and our instructor was knowledgeable and so sweet with the babies. Its definitely worth the drive.

This was the third swim school we have tried for our 4 year old daughter. She has by far enjoyed this school so much better than and learned a lot more at this school in a shorter period of time. Highly recommended!
