I wish we could have found PCA sooner for our little one! Over the past 2 1/2 years weve enjoyed watching our daughter thrive at PCA. Every single staff member and teacher are wonderful - they always have a friendly smile on their faces and every single teacher in the school know our daughters name. I cant say enough positive things about this place...we love the curriculum, the daily activities they have planned, how clean & sanitary the building is, that they do Water Day in the summer, help teach basics and prep our little one for Kindergarten (they even have the most adorable Pre-K Graduation ceremony complete with caps and gowns!!), send updates throughout the day in a really cool app, and genuinely just care about whats best for early development. Now that we have a Kindergartener, well only be able to go to PCA on school breaks but not only are we looking forward to that, so is our daughter. We love PCA and highly recommend the Lindsey Rd. location.

I love this preschool! i just moved from Alabama and was struggling to find a safe place for my kids to attend while i was at work. when i found this place i was greeted by one the nicest teacher i’ve ever met, she then directed me to the manager of the building and she was also so sweet! i thought of going to other school but none of them matched this one. i definitely am considering i rolling my kids!

Even before we joined PCA we could tell they cared more about earning our business than any of the other daycares we toured. They were the only ones who continued to follow up with us and that ended up being a large part of why we chose to send our son there in the end as communication was a huge thing for us being that this is our first child.Since we started at PCA, our expectations have continued to be exceeded day after day. Not only are they even more communicative than we expected but they really care about making sure we’re comfortable and our son has a positive experience. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate our son’s super sensitive skin, they send us pictures and updates throughout the day so we know what’s going on, and they have fun days and activities even for the babies and parents! We love PCA and would DEFINITELY recommend them to everyone we know!

My son started here since he was 8 months old (2018). He has been in the Newborn A, Newborn B, toddler A and now toddler B classroom. This location is the absolute best! My son is always taken care of and the love that is given to him from one teacher to the next really shows. These teachers truly care about what they do and it shows. I appreciate them all. Taking my daughter to this school has been the best decision my wife and I have made this year! My daughter came in when she was 6 months, and the level of attention by the staff and her teachers is amazing. We love the Director and Assistant Director, and the family feel of the school is very evident the moment you walk into the school. I plan on keeping my daughter in this school until she goes to Kindergarten!

My children are 9 and 3, they have each attended Phoenix Childrens Academy since they were 8 months old. They are not students, they are family to the directors and staff. The kindergarten prep program here is phenomenal. They also plan special events on weekends and holidays that are fun and memorable. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful place to leave my children, 5 days a week; where I know they will prosper, learn and be truly happy each day. Well done Phoenix Childrens Academy and staff.

My daughter has now been cared for here for over a year and I couldnt imagine anyone else loving and teaching my baby girl. Their staff is experienced, loving, caring, and passionate about their work and their children. Camille the school director is amazing! She has a heart of gold and has continuously been there for our family and especially for my daughter. They treat their children with so much love and care. My son has been going here for 5 years now. And he has enjoyed every minute of it, and couldnt be happier. He has grown so much and excelled so far, and opened up so much from his time here, that I dont know where he would be today, if he didnt go there. The Instructors there are among the best I have ever seen. They are so caring and wonderful that I couldnt imagine my son in better hands. The Staff is so wonderful and understanding and extremely helpful when there is anything you need. We had just moved to Gilbert and my daughter was already enrolled at her prior year preschool in Chandler. I was looking for a preschool that offered drop in care during the week between summer camp and school.Lori, the schools Assistant Director, was over-the-top helpful and offered to accommodate our needs.During the week our daughter attended Phoenix Childrens Academy, she had so much fun every day! She was excited to go, and always happy when I picked her up. They provide a pro-social environment for the kids and excellent customer service for families. If I hadnt already paid tuition at my daughters current school, I would feel confident enrolling her here in a heartbeat! Very positive experience!

My little guy is excited to go to school every morning. And he is only 2! The teachers and staff are always welcoming and smiling. They take the time to learn about your child/children and make sure as a parent you are aware of their progress. I am very happy with our choice.

My child has gone to this school for four years and we have been extremely pleased. The staff is very friendly and always made him feel very welcome and safe. His teachers were great with him and always had fun things planned. They did a great job making sure he was prepared for Kindergarten this year.

My daughter has been going here since May and we absolutely love it! All of her teachers are wonderful and always have time to talk about how my daughter is doing in their class. Camille the director is always around and super friendly and takes the time to talk with us every time we come in to either drop or pick up our daughter. You can tell all the staff care immensely for the kids and I trust them to take care of my daughter. There is also always someone at the front desk as well so if you ever have questions or need to call they will be there to assist. I looked at many different daycare options in the area and I am so happy I chose Phoenix Childrens Academy Lindsay. They have exceeded any and all my expectations.

This school is everything I had imagined a superior Pre school to be and then exceeded expectations..To see my child grow so much socially, and learn to love school is so important ... it has been such a relief to have confidence that the elementary school he attends, he will be excited to meet new friends, learn new things and begin a new chapter... I can’t thank the faculty enough for such dedication and focus they have for the children..

Our son has gone here since he was 11 weeks old and loves it. The teachers are caring, creative and very engaging with the kids. We love the learning that occurs at the earliest levels including sign language, developmental skills, arts and music. By 6 months my son was signing to us at home. Its comforting to drop our son off and see that he and the teachers are excited to see each other. We toured several places before selecting this daycare/school. Phoenix Childrens Academy was the only place that made us take off our shoes or put on shoe covers before entering the infant rooms to keep germs and dirt away from the babies who are often crawling and playing on the floor. That impressed us. They even wash the infants hands after diaper changes, which installs great habits from the beginning. Each month they have spirit dress up days, a family event at the school and other fun ways for the families to connect and the kids to learn. We love PCA - Lindsay!!!

After a few different daycares, we landed here and absolutely love it! The director is amazing and really keeps the family atmosphere going here! The teachers are all friendly, educated, and invested in the children! And the set up with the rooms, the huge playground area, splash pad, and intelligently organized environment have done wonders in my boys. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been going to this school for the past 4 years. She is 5 and in pre-k. The staff gained my trust quickly as a new parent. I get daily reports of her activities along with pictures of her. We both have grown to know the staff very well. My daughter loves her teachers and the front desk staff, Ms. Colleen, Ms. Moira, and Ms. Shaquetta. They are always extremely helpful. Recently, they put together a dinner to go. It was so awesome. They had garlic bread, salad, and options of spaghetti without meat, with meat, or meatballs. It’s so nice that the staff puts together things like this to make it easier on parents. I was able to pick up a to go container and not cook for the next couple of nights! They also do a parents night out once a month which helps us parents out a lot. So not only are they great with the kids but they help the parents out as well, keeping the family well balanced.After reading a couple reviews from other parents, I wish I could respond to their reviews. The teachers are extremely patient. It is written in the contract, if your child is disruptive, they reserve the right to take your child out of the school. It shouldn’t affect the other children just because yours is “naughty” You should be handling that as a parent if your kid is bad. So shame on you. Also, I have lunch with my child at the school once a week, and all of the children eat what the school has made for them. They aren’t going hungry. My child is picky so the school allows me to bring her own lunch. The staff even heats it up for her. Don’t blame the school for what YOU as a parent aren’t doing!

Finding a Daycare/Preschool is not an easy task but the second we met with the Director and Teachers we were sold! Both of my daughters have been attending since they were 12 weeks old and I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff has been over the past 6 years. It warms my heart to know that my girls look forward to going to PCA everyday to learn. I thank all of them for becoming such an important part of my girls development.

I have been to many preschools and this school has some great teachers that love the kids. The front staff is always there to do their best to help. Just like every where, there may be some bumps in the road but you can clearly see the staff does the best they can to provide an excellent experience for the kids. Especially seeing the kids are the most important part of the preschool. I know when I have a problem I can sit down with the director and express my concerns and she will do her best to fix any issues. I truly believe in the learning my child has received with this preschool. Great job to all the staff!

My daughter loves PCA. She has been attending for 6 months now and shes almost 3.5 yrs old. At home she sings songs and likes to play pretend like shes the teacher and Im her student. She has loved her teachers and has made some great friends. We love that everyone says hi/bye, has known her name since the 1st week, and is excited to see her too.

Staff and teachers are great! Theyre always prompt to respond whenever we have a question.

My child has attended Phoenix Childrens Academy since March 2015. Since then, he has been in 4 different classrooms as he grows up (young 2s, older 2s, young 3s, and now older 3s). Each classroom experience has be amazing. The teachers truly care about the kiddos and work hard to make sure the kids are learning while still having fun. The ladies at the front desk are great too! Miss Camille and Miss Lori always greet us with a smile when we come in, take time to ask how things in our lives are going, and always work with us if we ever need it. I wouldnt dream of my kiddo attending any other daycare!

Weve had kids going here for over 9 years. The leadership is excellent and my kids of all ages are still really attached to several of the teachers. Every night my youngest son comes home and reports that hes had fun. Hes also learned how to count and knows most of the letters as well. I know my kids have all felt happy, safe, and loved at our school and we really appreciate that.

We have been taking our daughter here for several years. She learns so much everyday and the teachers work so well with the children. She comes home everyday excited about what she has learned. We love this daycare/school.

I feel pca has definitely help my daughter in the best way that she will strive in school. Everyone there is big part of why I love my daughter being there. Phoenix Childrens Academy Private Preschool is a daycare that I have come to love so much when dealing with finding quality care for my children. Camille, kim and Maria have become an important part of my childrens lives as well as my own. I am so happy that I ultimately chose this daycare as our primary childcare provider outside of the home. This place is like a prison for our toddler. We thought maybe he just needed to adjust, but months in, and he still dreads going. As soon as we pull into the parking lot he starts saying, No, no,no! Then every time I pick him up he appears to have been crying for hours, and theyre never honest about it (when he cries for a long time he gets red blotches on his forhead). Then when I ask about his day, they can never answer me. Most times it is not even the same teacher who was with him when he started the day. EVERY TIME I pick him up, his diaper is full.They claim to teach them curriculum, but I have yet to see anything to prove this. I always find them in a cramped room just wondering around playing with toys he brought with him.We are suppose to get daily reports, which we have not gotten. Even after setting up our online portal, we get nothing.The staff is nice, but its that nice where they truly do not care, because they have hundreds of other kids making them enough money.We will be withdrawing our child, and I do not reccomend them.

Phoenix Childrens Academy (PCA) is an absolutely amazing school! Camille and the entire staff are outstanding and I know my daughter is in great hands while there. The curriculum keeps the kids engaged and eager to learn . There is a large shaded playground with a Splashpad for lots of fun all year round.Need I say more?

All of the staff we have encountered have been so sweet. My son used to cry when wed drop him off, and now he runs away from us when we get there, hes so excited to go play with his friends! When we pick him up we literally have to drag him out he would love to stay longer! Miss Camille, Miss Lori, and Miss Gustina at the front desk are so nice and so accommodating, we are so lucky to have found this school!

A great school they treat our Daughter so well and every teacher and administrator knows her And the other kids by name. They do fun activities on the weekends for the whole family as well.

Every once in awhile well see one of the teachers at PCA out at about. My kids always run up to them to give them a big hug and say hi.As a parent, thats the type of reaction you want your child to have every time and you cant pay for that kind of confidence in your childs early education. That is why I gave 5 stars.

This school is AMAZING!!! My children are 7 (before and after school program) and 4 (pre-k). They have both attended Phoenix Childrens Academy since they were 6 weeks old. I am so thankful for the directors and teachers here. They have truly turned into family to us. The amount of love that the staff have for the children here is just one of the many things I admire about them. I think a lot of the love stems from Mrs. Camille and Mrs. Quetta (the schools director and asst. director). These 2 have such giant hearts and are always smiling and so happy to see the kids when they come in. I am so thankful that I can go to work and have no worries for my children. I know that my kids are ok and are being loved and taken care of. I have visited other schools where the staff seem lazy and uninterested in the children. I can come here anytime of day and i look in the classrooms as I walk back to my daughters class and see the all teachers sitting down with the children having just as much fun with the activities as the kids do. I could never thank the staff enough for all they have taught my kids and the happiness they have brought to our family with all the events and daily activities that goes on.

Both of my boys attend PCA and we couldnt be happier! The staff is amazing and treats them like family. They have a great time while here and have learned and grown so much. The education is outstanding!

If I can give 0 star to this school, I will. My son had horrible experience in this school. I feel so bad to bring my son to this school. This school teachers are not patient and nice to kids. They do very bad at disciplining and guiding naughty kids. When your kids do some bad behaviors in the school, they show weak ability to take care of the bad condition. What they will do is to call parents to pick up kids and let your kids disappear from the school as soon as possible. Because they dont want other parents to see they do very bad at taking care of fussy kids. When I was called to the school in the noon, I saw the truth in this school. More than five kids were crying in the classroom and two teachers were too busy on getting food on table and didnt have extra teachers come to comfort crying kids. And the teacher didnt lead kids to wash hands first before lunch. At lunch time, many kids didnt try their lunch at all and just threw their lunch into trash cans. Teachers didnt encourage kids to eat their lunch at all. In a good school, teachers will be patient and encourage kids to eat five bites at least. I think the food provided in the school are not liked by kids. not yummy at all. Parents, do you want your kids stay hungry every day? And when your kids get troubles in the school,what the teachers say is they cant do this, they cant do that...blah, blah. I just want to ask them, as a teacher, what can you do? You dont show patience and love to these young kids. And just make kid feel bad on themselves and lose confidence on themselves. I feel lucky for my son that he left the bad school in one month. And by the way, their payment system is bad. they should refund me two weeks plus one day tuition and they made so many mistakes on refunding.Add:My son attended this school in Jan 2017. It was a horrible experience for him and my family. My son was not happy and was scared to attend this school in one week. He was a very open-minded and happy boy. But after few weeks in this school. He was very easy to get angry and crying. So I think there is something wrong with this school. And I found out that the teachers are not patient and kind to these young kids. If your kids get fussy and crying, the teachers wont comfort your kids at all and just let them cry and cry. And the lunch provided in the school is not good. A lot of kids show no interest in the food and just throw away their lunch. They stay hungry all day. And the classroom looks dirty. Every time when my son didnt listen to them, me or my husband will get a call from the school and push us to get kid out of the school. In one month, I was called by the school for over 5 times and finally one day they told me today was your sons last day. I was angry with the directors attitude. They talked about kids like wild dogs or garbage. These things really hurts my son and my family!!!! In the beginning I kept silent and took my son away from the school as soon as possible. But they made me and my families very angry when tuition was not refunded correctly. And we talked with the director over the phone more than 5 times and went to the school for over 3 times about the tuition refund mistakes. We explained very patiently where the refund error is and why the school still should refund us one-week tuition. But the director didnt pay attention at all even though she shew she understand what we were talking. Finally we wrote a serious letter to the director and the school about filing a small case to the court to get the issue fixed. Then she really decided to take care of the tuition refund problem. And she admitted she made the mistake!!! The whole process was a nightmare for my families. We wasted a lot of time and energy on this issue. But the hurt on my son cant be removed easily.So Cadence Education should do a really check on this lindsay location daycare in case something bad happen inthe school even though they did very well on google reviews. I just doubt it is true or they paid someone to write good reviews for the school.

I’d like to start off by saying this school is the best around!! The director and assistant director are amazing! Every time I walk into the school they greet me with a warm smile and are very welcoming. They always ask me how I am doing. This is a big plus for me. The school is very family oriented and it assures me that my kids are being well taken care of. One thing that I enjoy most about this school is that they have had the same teachers for a long period of time. High turnover is something I worry about when choosing a daycare but the fact that their teachers are staying tells me they enjoy what they are doing and where they work. Many of their teachers have education and are certified in child care. The ciriculum is upstanding and they schedule a lot of crafts and events to support what they are learning. My children love going to school and seeing their teachers and they have learned so much. I have struggled trying to potty train my 3 yr old... because of the teachers strict routine and positive encouragement I was finally able to get him potty trained. Thank you PCA, your an amazing school and I wouldn’t choose any other place for my children to be!

Our daughter has learned so much from PCA. She comes home singing new songs and talking about the activities she has done that day. Our son just started there and they take great care of him in the infant room. He hasnt told us what he is learning yet :)

Our family absolutely loves the staff at PCA! My son loves the academy so much and everyone feels like a family member. After trying 3 other daycares, we are so great full to have found PCA.

There are some pros and cons to this PCA... pros... well a lot of the teachers are so pleasant and nice, your child is definitely learning a lot... CONS... well where do I start... the regional director angel hasseltine is so spiteful and extremely rude... I, and Im sure other parents have heard her saying rude and disrespectful things about the employees at this specific location. She has also said some horrible things about parents too. . Its all about money for her and not the kids...as a parent thats not good to know your child is around that unprofessionalism ... I have also been told she is extremely notorious for favoring certain people so unless she is your friend then shes treating you like garbage. The director is also taking part in this and it needs to stop. These teachers work their butts off and are being talked about behind their backs...

I have had my kids at PCA for the better part of 5 years. So my kids have gone through all of their curriculum--the 2s, 3s, 4s, and kindergarten prep. PCA excels in early education and found that my children were well prepared--socially, emotionally, and academically--when they entered kindergarten. But most importantly, when given the choice to go elsewhere, my kids always pick PCA. That is really important to me because their comfort level at PCA tell me that they are being treated well there. The only recommendation that I have is that PCA should incorporate more extracurricular activities like dance, music, or sports for the school aged children.

My kids attended from 4 months old till Kindergarten and they both loved it. Reliable, fun and positive environment!

My daughter who is now 3 has been attending there since she was 6 weeks old. I Trust the Care and Love they give my child!
