I contacted Kingsway to enroll my toddlers. I was told they would have spots for my wanted start date and they had me email the application. For 2 months my fiance and I both attempted to follow up to complete enrollment. We called multiple times, left voice-mail, sent emails. Eventually when calling we found out the voice-mail was full. 1 week before their intended start date, we called the church directly to see if there was another number. They provided us the same number we had and assured us they would give the director our contact.... We never heard from anyone

We were so fortunate to have our daughter secure a spot at Kingsway! The teachers and staff love and care for all of the children so much. We would recommend this daycare to anybody.

Both of my daughter go to Kingsway. We have experienced every room from Infant I to Pre-K 4. We have been very happy with this school. They provide a hot nutritious lunch every day as well as breakfast and snacks, which is great because it savings me the time of packing and hauling 3 meals a day for each child. They have a playground and when the weather is poor they have a full size gym that the kids go to to run around and ride bikes and stay active, twice a day. It also has cameras in every room so that I can check in on my kids throughout the day which I love. It is also one of the few daycare centers actually in the city of Germantown. I feel like everyone there cares about my children. All the teachers, even ones they havent had seem to know their names. They are a great balance of learning and play for the older children as well.

This was our first time at a daycare and my 2 year old is very shy and cried every time he saw a stranger. I am thankful that i came across kingsway which was not in my list of day care centers at all. The first one week was very tough on me and my kid because he kept crying. Of Course he would as the people and environment was completely strange/new to him. But he showed improvement. He is more independent in just one week and learned a lot. My daughter has been at Kingsway since she was 6 months old. Even though I was nervous about leaving my baby at daycare, the teachers for her first classroom were great with how they handled her and provided me with updates about how she slept, ate and played. That was important for me as a first-time mother.It certainly doesnt hurt that the daycare gives parents the option to pay a small fee so that they can access a webcam in their childs classroom throughout the day. Its great that I can check in on my daughter and see her crawling around and playing with the other babies.The teachers in my babys new classroom are great too because all of them get to know the other children, especially the ones graduating to the next level. My husband and I would recommend Kingsway to anyone who needs childcare in the Germantown or East Memphis area.
