I cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. Im a new mom, in a pandemic, so its been stressful trying to maneuver some things. The teachers write notes (since we cant do face to face with the covid protections) to keep me informed and find out what I want to them to do as things change. I can also call the office and talk to a teacher if I need to. They have a curriculum for every age, developmentally appropriate.I can tell they really care about my child, and thats so comforting to know when you leave your baby with someone. I know my son likes it here, too, because he always smiles when I see him with a teacher through the door and when I pick him up.This is a great place! Its clean, full of amazing and caring teachers, and well suited to helping your child throughout development.

We have been sending our kids to the Germantown Kindercare for 3 years and we absolutely love it. Our children’s safety is their top priority. They connect great with our kids! The staff teach them age-appropriate lessons and they tailor it to their individual personalities. They are always willing to work with our family and our ever-changing needs. Their hours are great, too! I cannot say enough great things about them. Our kids enjoy it there too - each one of them!

My Son has attended this location for about a year. The engagement with the teachers and children have been positive from what I have witnessed. My child likes to go to school and hasnt had any problems learning, in fact he has been considered advanced for his age. He has great relationships with his teachers and everyone knows his name. A sheet is given at the end of the day explaining the activities performed, this being helpful on what to work with our children after the school day. I appreciate the care and concerns this particular staff has for the children attending.

We have had a great experience at KinderCare. The staff is great and genuinely cares for my child. They always keep us up to date about our child’s progress and about his day while at daycare. I would definitely recommend KinderCare.

The best company I have ever worked with. The most wonderful bosses (Director and Assistant Director), the adorable children and loving, ever ready to help colleagues. A perfect, responsible environment which provides restroom breaks whenever a teacher need to and a lunch time wherein a teacher can eat and take a nap in the staff room. I love KinderCare. No discrimination, everyone is treated equal.

My child is happy and well taken care of. All the teachers and staff are SO friendly and I am very pleased with our experience!

All of the staff members are very caring, and they get to know the children very well. The children have free time to play and have time for lessons. It is hard to leave your children, and sometimes there is an adjustment period, but the staff and Christian Kids KinderCare does a great job helping the children adjust. We definitely recommend this school.

Excellent place! My little baby has been there since she is 3 month old, so far she has been there 4 months and I can tell the teachers for the infant rooms are amazing. The teachers are so caring and they get to know very fast with the baby. They let you know every day how your baby is going with everything (feeding, behavior and also the develpment with the activities). Catrina, the director is excellent, she knows the babies and she is update with everything. She is always there taking care of the child and available. The location is so good, it is in a very quiet and safe area. Finally, I can say the center is a very good place, so far I just have the experience of the infant teachers, which have been great.

Love this place! by far the best school weve put our son in he has learned so much and isnt even three yet, not only that but all the teachers know him and greet him every time he comes in. and he runs to his class and teachers every time he comes in the school. and even gets excited to go to school every day!

Our family loves Kindercare in Germantown! Our kids recently started care with them and they felt so comfortable and loved right away. They offer a few extra activities that you can sign up for. Our 4 year old daughter is in Phonics and she’s doing great with reading... and enjoys it. She’s also loving the cooking class. Our 2 year old son is in music and he’ll actually sing songs with me now, and I can understand him more as well. It makes me happy to know that they are under great care and enjoying themselves while we are at work.

I would love to recommend anyone to this Kindercare location! Staffs are so much caring and they take care of the babies as their own. Never had any major issues except some like missing entry in the my day card (sometimes). They help babies in development in different areas like socialization, playing with different texture etc. Center administrators are also very friendly and flexible in changing full time to part time when ever you need!

KinderCare in Germantown has taken amazing care of our little boy. It took him a while to get used to being in daycare but the teachers and staff were so patient in helping him get adjusted and comfortable.They do so many fun actitivites with the kids and families (parties, events, etc). My son is also learning so much and loves playing with his classmates. His speech has developed so much faster since he started school. Overall, I highly recommend KinderCare in Germantown!

Kindercare Germantown has been a true blessing for our family. Our son started when he was 8 weeks old and he will be 2 in a few weeks. The teachers and staff have been nothing but wonderful and we are beyond thankful for their love, patience, teaching, and overall care for him. We were offered a spot at another daycare when he was 5months old and quickly returned to Kindercare. We can not say enough positive things about them and hope that everyone’s experience, no matter where they go, is as pleasant as the one we have had.

My kids attended a kindercare in Florida that was amazing! When I transferred to the kindercare in Germantown I expected the kindercare name to hold true. I quickly found that all Kindercare’s are not created equal. My kids as are no longer enrolled at this center. I will note that the teachers in both the infant room and the 3 year old room were incredible. The teachers at this center are not this issue at all. The daycare is run in a very disorganized fashion, and does not follow the rules the way that it should. There have been issues with billing, a shuffling and corralling of my three year old between teachers and classrooms with little stability and issues with communication with the director. My reason for leaving the center was a safety concern. On two different occasions my children were allowed to leave with people other than myself without identification being checked or the access list being checked. Even though my children knew who were picking them up, only one of the two was on the access list, identification was not checked, and the people picking them up had never been seen by this center before. Normally I am not one to complain, but if this center is not ensuring that our children are safe and appropriately making sure that my children are leaving with the correct guardians, this raises a HUGE red flag for me. This issue was reported to corporate as I would not be able to sleep at night if a kid disappeared because identification and access lists weren’t checked. Sadly, we had to leave some really nice teachers and go to a daycare that enforces policies and rules.

This daycare started out okay, but within a month my child had bruising on his face they could not explain, came home in the wrong diapers, had another child use his blanket, pacifier and sheets during nap time, and never had his card saying what he ate/if he slept that day. Awful place, awful staff, awful director (Trish) Please look elsewhere.
