The food quality is good, too.Just before moving, my friend highly recommended this center.After meeting with Kellie, seeing the staff, and facility, we enrolled our 2 year old son.He loves it. Every month has a theme, and days of the week have specific activities.All the teachers and staff are excellent. If I miss someone, I apologize.Ms. Yan - Teaches yoga (with meditation!), potty training!, etc. Very helpful. My son often mentions her.Ms. Danielle - Science; does interesting and fun experiments with the kids.Ms. Farzi - Works with the kids on cooking, singing, etc.Mr. Dwight - Maintenance and Cleaning; Friendly guy who keeps the place clean. Often have a good chat with him.More people interact with our son, but these are the primary people I have gotten to know.KinderCare has been extra cautious and supportive during the COVID-19 crisis.We looked at our other options in the area, and chose this one based on programs, staff, and facility.I wish I could have gone there.

Our family cant thank the incredible staff enough for the love, care, and learning they provided for our little guy. Since moving from GA to Maryland in January, KinderCare has treated our family like family, we are forever grateful. We will truly miss all of the great people there.With the purchase of our home we felt it was best to find a daycare center closer to home, and thankfully our son will be staying in the KinderCare family, just a bit further down the road.We highly recommend KinderCare at Town Center!

I cant believe that my lil princess now eats and enjoys her food. She loves her school especially her teachers. At her age, she tells us about geography - weather conditions etc. While shes outside KnderCare family, most parents ask us which school does she attend, thats very reassuring. My daughter started a new school and KinderCare in the midst of a pandemic and so much uncertainty. Thankfully, the KinderCare director, teachers and staff have provided the BEST care! They continuously provide great support for virtual learning (organized, chrome book setup, teacher assistance, communication with school teachers, homework help), as well as her emotional well being and sanity during these times (fun & educational activities, good breakfast/lunch/snacks) Their COVID precautions and safety measure are impressive, and to date, I have not had any kind of Covid scare in her classroom. I cant thank them enough for all their dedication, hard work and consistency!

The director and the staff are wonderful. Im an over protective mom and I can assure you that the director has taken every step necessary to ensure that the children and staff are safe especially during these unprecedented times.

My wife and I have entrusted this center with the care of our children for over 5 years now. We feel comfortable having our children in their care knowing they are in loving and competent hands. The development I’ve seen in my kids over the years while in their care has been outstanding. The director and assistant director are wonderful and never leave our questions unanswered. The past few months have been stressful due to the pandemic. However, the school has implemented competent and strict safeguards in order to keep kids and staff as safe as possible. I highly recommend choosing this center for the care of your little ones!

Love, love, love!Our kiddo has been going to KinderCare at Town Center since she was about two months old. Shes grown up with their teachers through the Infant room, the Toddlers, and now the Twos.She ADORES it. She loves her teachers, talks about her friends, seemingly always comes home with crafts, and sings new songs all the time. I love that I can see the same familiar faces every day that I know and trust. The teachers really care about the children in their care, and it shows in everything they do!The center is always cheery and very clean. Ms. Kellie, the center director, is excellent about communicating important news (reminder emails, holiday closures, etc.); Ms. Farzi, the Infant Room and Special Activity guru, always has something warm and kind to say. The KinderCare app is great -- I love seeing pictures of my kiddo during the workday, and all the fun things she is doing! -- and you are able to grant access to your childs photos to a select group of folks. Since COVID has prevented her grandparents from seeing her in person, and Zoom calls with a toddler are impossible, the app has been a big bright spot in their days, too.PROS: New learning activities all the time, great staff, neat app, fastidious adherence to kindercare COVID protocols.CONS: Wish kcare would add bill pay on the app!

Wonderful director and leadership which meant excellent teachers working with our kids over the last 2+ years. Knowing they were in safe, caring hands was the priority, but everyone here taught the children so much and were truly loving in their care. Excellent opportunities for additional experiences such as music and cooking classes as academic classes. Hard to see how any daycare could be better. This is a gem.

The Director is amazing and makes you feel right at home. The teachers are outstanding. They take the time for each child and accommodate accordingly. My kids talk about their teachers in a daily basis and try and imitate them when they are playing at home. I am very pleased to know that my kids are in good hands and loved by their caregivers regardless if they are in a particular class or not. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

We have been with the KinderCare family since 2016. As soon as my daughter joined the center (2 years old at the time) her teacher told me to bring underwear; she was potty trained in two weeks! My son joined the center a few months later and all the teachers have been nothing but patient. He was born extremely premature and still demonstrates developmental delays. All the teachers and Directors have been so helpful and understanding with his needs and additional therapy he receives from the County. This Center has been our “village” for two+ years and we will always and forever be grateful!

We have LOVED our time at Kindercare! They are so supportive and work so well with us to ensure our kids are getting what they need.

We love this center and all of our kids started attending as infants through toddlerhood in a span of 10 years. The director is wonderful, along with the awesome and caring teachers and staff make us feel that our kids are learning and having a blast at a safe and fun environment everyday. The attention to detail care for each individual childs needs and development is astounding and really speaks to the caring nature and knowledge of all of the staff. Although far and few, weve never had any unresolved concerns that went unaddressed, which gave me the peace of mind that these folks care about my children like their own.

The directors, Kathy & Lisa are wonderful! Ms. Estefani and Ms. Christine have been amazing! My son is learning so much, having fun, making friends, and learning positive behaviors, all thanks to the great teachers there. All the staff are so kind and caring, and it feels like “family.”

We joined the KinderCare at Town Center family in 2004 when our oldest two children were ages 1 and almost 3. We had come from an in-home daycare where they both started as babies. Our almost 3 year old was ready for more interaction, stimulation and activity than the in-home daycare could provide for her, but we were nervous about being in a larger environment with many more children, especially for the very younger ages/babies. But when we saw how clean and cared for the baby room was, the care the teachers and staff took in keeping both babies and toddlers in a safe, clean, active, and age appropriate environment, and the plethora of activities that our 3 year old could engage in, our nerves were immediately calmed. Our older 2 children continued at KinderCare, working their way up through the various age classrooms to the school age group. Through each age and classroom, the teachers and staff were remarkable in how they helped the kids and us, as parents, transition to each room, and especially work through the various challenges, stages, and phases that each age brought with it. When they got to be school-age, KinderCare transported them to and from school which was a huge relief and help from a parental perspective to know that they had a safe way to get to and from school, and a seamless transition for before and after school care. Our kids loved going to KinderCare every day.In 2009 and 2016, when our younger two children were born, there was absolutely no question in our mind that we would enroll them at the Town Center KinderCare. Each time, the director, Kathy, as well as many of the teachers were still there, and are still there now, and that consistency in itself speaks very highly of how the center is run on a day-to-day basis. We saw, and still see to this day, the same caring, fun, and safe environment for our children. Our third child also grew tremendously with the phonics program which has rewarded him well in school. We fully intend to enroll our youngest in the same program when the time comes.When we say we joined the KinderCare family, we do mean family. Our children spend a large portion of their day, and their growing, with the KinderCare teachers and staff and they know our children very well. For us, choosing a daycare was much more than the logistics and cost. It was also very much about the character of the person(s) taking care of them. The care, thoughtfulness and partnering that the teachers and staff at Town Center KinderCare have done with us as parents on a daily basis is amazing and they truly are an integral part of our family. We couldnt feel more comfortable and confident leaving our children in their care and we are so appreciative of everything they have done for our family!

We have had both of our daughters at the Kindercare at Town Center since they were three months old, and we are now passing our seven year mark today. We cannot begin to imagine a better day care facility. All of the staff provide the utmost care for our kids. They also provide an excellent curriculum for both of our daughters and allow our kids to participate in many different classes to include cooking, phonics and music.If you are looking for a first rate child care facility that really engages with the parents and creates a community, Kindercare at Town Center should be your number one choice!

We have been part of the Kindercare family since 2001. Our kids were well prepared to enter kindergarten academically and socially. Having well trained teachers who have been with the center for years made a difference. The before and aftercare program allows our daughter the chance to unwind afterschool, socialize with her friends and still gives them time to get their homework done. The summer programming is also excellent. The kids to learn about different topics each week which includes great field trips to places like the Nature Center and the Aviation Museum. It also doesn’t hurt that the kids get a chance to have fun at the pool!

Our daughter absolutely loves this school! She learns a lot from her teachers and while she has one main teacher, Ms. Sonie, who she adores, she has various other teachers that are amazing! She takes phonics, music, and cooking in addition to her standard learning and enjoys all of it. It is amazing all the things she knows and is even teaching us! She is excited to tell us about her day each day and always seems to have a great day. She has one special teacher that was her teacher when she was 3 and is there in the mornings at drop off, Ms. Estefanie, who is phenomenal with her. Her 2 year old teacher will always hold a special place in my heart because she single handedly did the potty training for us. Without her, I don’t think it would have been as smooth!

Our family ABSOLUTELY loves this school. They are professional and very caring towards our daughter. They also help reinforce potty training. We have had nothing but a positive experience since we enrolled. The loving and caring environment provided by all the teachers in the Discovery Pre-school class is a welcoming sign of peace of mind. The creativity and excitement in my daughter when she talks about what she did in circle time is motivating. Ms. Brandy, Ms. Nosheen, Me Efat and Ms. Nancy, we are very grateful and thankful for the time, love and effort you have invested into Mia. We greatly appreciate it.

In my understanding, a daycare running-well-or-not is much related to the director. Before enrollment into KinderCare, I totally have no idea what should look like a good director. Now my answer is “finding Cathy”, Ms Kathy’s style completely conforms to the definition of a perfect director in my mind: energetic, responsible and committed.Ms Sonie is the first teacher of my daughter (2nd grader now) 6 years ago, and very possible be the last teacher of my son (TK class now) in this daycare. Ms Sonie may not be a perfect teacher, but I truly believe that she’s a wonderful teacher. The reason I say that because she likes kids, you can read it from her eyes, and she works hard to take cares of kids well every day. Yes, there’re also many good teachers in this daycare, I definitely recommend this daycare!

We couldn’t be happier with Kathy, teachers and the center in general at Kindercare. We started with our first daughter there in 2010, from 2 years old till she entered kindergarten. We came back last year with our second daughter and will be here till she enters kindergarten.The thing we love the most is the consistency in staff. Kathy has had staff here for years and the kids get attached to them. The staff are caring and loving, makes us feel like our daughter is in good hands. I figure, if the staff stay as long as they have, Kathy must be doing something right!We love that this is an all inclusive set up, you don’t just get child care but the kids learn, play and grow. Our oldest left here with a great foundation for kindergarten! She is a great student and it all began here. She developed life long friendships here too, she is still friends now with kids she met at 2 yrs old. It’s also hard to believe that lunch and snacks are included in the weekly tuition... one less thing for us to do and my girls love the food here as well. With the family style set up at mealtime the girls learned independence and sharing. The program here is all centered around the kids and helping them grow educationally, socially and physically.Before coming to Kindercare we tried the in home day care and we have been to other centers, they just don’t match up to Kathy’s center and that’s why we came back. We don’t even live nearby but the commute is worth it, knowing that my daughter is in good hands and is being cared for as we would. Hands down we wouldn’t be any where else.

Updating my review from a few years ago:We currently have two children in KinderCare at Town Center. Due to the COVID pandemic, we ended up putting our 1st grade-aged child back into KinderCare along with our toddler. They are both THRIVING! We had kept both of our children at home from March through June to reduce exposure. This center is considered an essential worker daycare center. They really doing a wonderful job keeping all of the children safe, happy, and well-fed. My wife and I are very grateful for their commitment to the kids safety, happiness, and learning. Shoutout to their new admin staff - Ms. Kellie and Ms. Jessica! They always have a smile on their faces and our kids love them! We really couldnt be happier!We have been extremely happy with KinderCare at Town Center. Kathy Cook, director, and Lisa Rivera, assistant director, lead an awesome pre-K center for all children. Our daughter has loved every single teacher shes had so far. Shoutout to her current teacher, Ms. Sonie! Thank you for caring for our child. :)
