The Blue Elephant is far and away the best decision we made for our family! They made the transition so comfortable for our daughter and us - even in the middle of the pandemic. Our kiddo loves her class and teachers and comes home in such a happy mood telling us all about her day and what fun things they did! I cant recommend The Blue Elephant highly enough - they are amazing!!

We Love TBE! I wish we would have moved our daughter earlier! The teachers are always bright and cheerful. Everyone seems to love their job and our kids feel the love everyday. So thankful to be a part of their family.

In a word, The Blue Elephant Learning Center is Outstanding! Amazing School and Staff! Our company, Basketball Basics, has been involved with The Blue Elephant since 2011. I have been conducting weekly basketball classes for students at the school for the past four years and have enjoyed every minute! Our company goes to approximately 40 schools in the area, and The Blue Elephant is one of the best Ive ever seen.The teachers are warm, caring, and are truly dedicated to the children! The director, Ms. Jenna, is always friendly and her door is always open to the parents and staff! The owners, Clay and Meredith are completely devoted to the school and the children! The classrooms are perfectly laid out so that the kiddos can explore their area and work on lessons independently. The outdoor play areas are top-notch, including the outdoor basketball court that we use. I recommend this school without reservation! It has been a pleasure being a part of the school!

This is a great child care program. The teachers truly care about the kids; many teachers have been there for years and continue to take interest in your childs development long after they have moved up a class or even graduated on to elementary school. They offer great programs throughout the week including Spanish, computers, and music; the teachers for these additional programs are amazing as well. Everyone in the building works together as a team to help your childs development and success. Very impressed and so thankful to have had such great child care experience here.

This is by far the best preschool we have found so far in Frisco (& we have tried a few!). Our son loves each teacher and comes home having learned so much!! The school is neat & kept up, teachers are always extremely friendly and they send pics & videos of my little guy throughout the day. I cannot say enough good things about the owner & her staff. We are truly blessed to have TBE in our life! As a working mom its been hard to leave my child while I am at work, however knowing how happy she is going here and having the camera to spy on her all day is such a reassuring feeling! We love the teachers and staff, and the school always smells so nice and is clean and organized. We couldnt ask for better people to care for our daughter and be in her life every week! The lasting friendships we have made with teachers and other parents is undeniable!

We have been so happy with TBE! The facility is neat and clean and the staff is so friendly. The best part, though is the teaching staff. All of the teachers at the school know all of the kids names, which is so nice. My daughter loves her teachers! If I check the video feed or peek in the windows, she is almost always getting loved on or getting attention. (Thank you, Miss Gaby!) They just do a really great job and I can leave her there for the day knowing that she is receiving loving care. The staff has also done a good job of communicating with us if issues ever arise. I would most definitely recommend The Blue Elephant!

Our son has been attending this school since he was a baby. We have loved every teacher in each of his classrooms. All the teachers we pass in the hall walking to class each morning greet our son by his name, some of the teachers I have never meet before. Mrs. Kelly, Mrs. Berkley and Mrs. Meredith at the front office are so sweet each morning when we come in. I know that each day when I drop my son off that he is being well taken care of and this means the world to me. I can watch him on camera not only in his classroom but outside on the playground as well. As new parents this was something we were looking for at a school. They provide so many activities for the children during the day. We are very happy that we picked The Blue Elephant Learning Center as our sons school.

TBE is such an amazing place! Everyone from the owners to the teachers to the custodians are so passionate about what they do and truly invest into each child in this school. Coming in, everyone knows your childs name and its just like a second home. We couldnt ask for a better group of people to care for our daughter while we work.

Weve been a TBE family for about three years and highly recommend it. The staff is caring and the curriculum is fantastic! Because the teachers get to know the kids individually, they can really be an ally to let you know when something is off (whether it be a health or emotional issue). The school has had its fair share of turnover (as all preschools do), but their current staff has been fairly stable and is very responsive to any parent inquiry or concern.

This is a great place that take you children. My daughter started here at 6 months of age and she now is 10 months old. Since bringing her here, she knows how to do some sign language and interact with different people. Her favorite thing is music class every Thursday. I like how you can log on to the cameras and see how everything is going thru out the day with you child. I would recommend this school to new parents.

Blue Elephant has been a good experience for my family. Everyone knows our son by name and takes time to interact with my husband and I whenever we are there. I feel our son is growing and learning in a positive environment and his teachers are constantly in touch with us to make sure they are meeting his needs.

First off, FYI, they had all of their staff write a 5 star review to make sure they had a good rating, that right there should tell you a lot. My son was enrolled there for almost 2 years but I had to make a decision to remove him pretty quickly this week due to their inability to properly watch and care for him. On multiple occasions in a 2 week period my son was left too long without a fresh diaper causing diaper rash. Then this week due to lack of supervision, another child managed to poop on the play ground and then my son had enough time to go and play in the poop. The next day my son was but by another student so badly theres a small chunk of skin missing. I find out they never cleaned the wound and just put an ice pack on it! All I got was a sorry. I was also informed by previous employees the Assistant Director and Director like to talk badly about parents behind their back but they will be as fake and nice to their face as can be. I use to think highly of this center until it went way downhill, the staff have become questionable, and the some of the teachers they have hired shouldnt be working with children due to bad judgement, bad attitudes, and work ethic.

HI, am one of the teachers at The Blue Elephant! I have been working here for 2 years and I love it! I wouldnt change it for anything else! I work in the 18 - 24 month class... and I love these babies! I have two great kids that attend TBE! Its a fantastic place for a baby to start here and for after school kids too. My 15 month old baby knows sign language! I am so so happy to see him telling me if he needs more with his hands! Adan is 8 years old he comes here for after school care. Every time he comes he asks me if we are coming back the second day! Thats how you know know much your kids love it! .All the teachers are wonderful! The Blue Elephant Learning Center has been such a blessing. I am a first time mommy and was scared to death about sending my 3 month old baby somewhere once my maternity leave was up. I visited a lot of places (i mean a lot) and I never felt the love, compassion and security I did when I walked into TBE. Immediately Ms. Meredith and Ms. Berkley greeted me with a warm welcome and rubbed my back when I was sobbing in the entrance. I can literally go to them and ask them anything and not feel judged!Now, the teachers, AMAZING! My son who is now 1.5 years old knows sign language, the actions to nursery rhyme songs (the wheels on the bus, Skidamarink, row row row your boat etc.)and manners. I love that there are cameras, I can watch all day long and see the compassion and love they have for all the children. They treat each child like their own, truly! Each day I get photos of Carter and what he is doing throughout the day and each photo I receive he has a big smile from ear to ear!!I cant say enough about TBE, but to keep it short and simple give them a chance, really get to know the teachers and staff and I promise you will feel nothing but love for them.... it truly is a family!

Both of my daughters have attended The Blue Elephant for over a year and this is a special place. You can pay people to do a job, but you cant pay people to care and everyone here cares. From the owners to the teachers, I really cant say enough wonderful things about them. Entrusting your children to someone elses care is one of the hardest decisions a mom can make and I know every day that my kids are well taken care of. I also love that this place is not part of a large chain, its individually owned and the owners are there every day. I toured all of the best/most expensive places in Frisco before I decided on TBE and the difference was very apparent, the people working here were different, in a very good way. The Blue Elephant (TBE) has been a blessing to our family! I enrolled my youngest son at 5 months old. Now, 4 years later, we are happy to say that TBE has been like a second home! I love that all of the staff members know my son and make a point to speak to him even though he has moved on to other teachers classes. My oldest son has enjoyed going to Kids Club after school and participating in various summer camps. Even though my oldest son is only there for a small portion of the day, he is also treated like part of the family. When your kids beg you to work late so they can stay longer at TBE, it speaks volumes about how safe, secure, comfortable, and loved the teachers at TBE make them feel.

The Blue Elephant has been an AMAZING learning center for our daughter and our family! Our daughter is 4 years old now and has been attending TBE since she was 4 months old. We started daycare at 3 months old with her at another (cheaper) facility. I quickly realized that when it comes to caring for your child, you truly get what you pay for...We got her out of the first facility and into TBE as quickly as possible (we were referred by friends). Having the ability to log-in on my phone via an app and check-in on her in the classrooms via the cameras is always reassuring for me. The new Tadpoles app has been great for keeping us updated about our daughter’s day (it even includes the fun pictures and videos the teachers take throughout the day). It is obvious in the environment that the staff and teachers truly love your children at TBE. We are so appreciative and feel very blessed to be a part of the TBE family!!!

We love TBE! Our family moved to TBE after a traumatic incident at a previous daycare and TBE has been like home every since. The teachers and staff care about the children and you can tell they are happy to be there. The owners and managers treat the teachers with kindness and they have great incentives for teachers. Our only regret is that we didnt start at TBE but we are happy to be there now.

Our family has been with The Blue Elephant since August 2014. The staff at TBE have become like a second family to us and we couldnt be any more appreciative for how much love and support they have shown to our children.The curriculum at TBE is beyond that of surrounding schools. Our son is 3 years old and is speaking Spanish, counting to 30, knows all of his alphabet, and so much more. Our favorite part of TBE is the stability that they provide with their familiar staff. There are multiple teachers that have been there since before we even started. They have watched our babies grow and are always there to give them hugs when we arrive in the morning.An important note is that this isnt a franchised daycare! The owners are 100% hands-on and Ms. Mer absolutely has a passion for facilitating a healthy and happy childrens learning center. Ms. Mer is probably one of the sweetest women I have ever met. She cares about the families and staff of this daycare immensely. You absolutely cannot find another daycare like The Blue Elephant!

One of the worst schools ive encountered. They are very disorganized. Meaning, if you have an infant or Toddler that is moving up to a different class or move during end of day collaboration; no one will know where your things are or what you should have and they wont be in the childs cubby or class.They enter personal data in incorrectly. My baby gets hurt with incident reports weekly. The Director and Owner are very unprofessional. My toddler knew sign language before going here and now no longer participates and lost some words.

We absolutely the love Blue Elephant. The teachers are warm, caring, and truly enjoy working with small children. Almost every teacher in the facility knows my child by name and hugs her everyday. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is impressively clean. I feel like my child learns something everyday, but they still make sure that she gets enough time to play and create and just a be kid. They also do a very good job of keeping communication lines open and keeping parents informed. I always know if there is a change in our room, what the menu for the day is, and what my child did each day. It helps tremendously to feel connected.I also appreciate that they offer enrichment classes for things like soccer, basketball, etc, if you choose to participate. My daughter LOVES soccer day. It isnt always possible to join outside activities with two working parents, so I appreciate this immensely.And I would be remiss to not mention Mr. Sheppard or Miss Gabriella. Mr. Shepard comes in each week to each classroom with an instrument. The children learn new songs and get to play guitar, drums, etc. Miss Gabriella comes in for Spanish class. In the kids eyes, these two are the stars of the TBE show :) Little things like make a huge difference.My child began attending TBE around her first birthday. We had been at a different preschool before that I was very pleased with. I cant say enough good things about The Blue Elephant (TBE)! My kids are excited to go to school everyday! Right when you walk through the doors you immediately feel that your child is safe and taken care of, you enter a code to get in the building, sign your kids in/out. The classrooms are structured, bright and colorful, clean, the curriculum is amazing, and the teachers truly care for each child as if they were their own. I love TBE! My daughter transitioned from another daycare program before her Pre-K year and I was so impressed with the curriculum and processes they had in place to transition her to the FISD. My boys have been there since they were infants and have had a wonderful experience as well. I couldnt have taught them 10% of what they have learned. We love The Blue Elephant and all the teachers there! Our daughter has been attending TBE since she was 12 weeks old. She is now 9 months old. From our first tour of the school, I knew TBE was the right fit for us. Here are a few reasons why:The Blue Elephant is very secure and very clean. Each parent has their own passcode that they use to get through the 2nd set of double doors leading into the daycare, to check in and then to get through the doors leading into the classrooms. You check in and out using a touch screen ipad up at the front desk. There are also cameras in each room that can be viewed from an app on your phone or desktop. The level of security and knowing we can check in on our daughter gives us peace of mind.The Blue Elephant really does go the extra mile when it comes to friendliness and making all parents and students feel welcome and loved. We are always greeted with warm smiles and hellos when we enter and leave the school. All the teachers throughout the school greet my daughter by name and most know our names as well. The school does a great job of recognizing stand out teachers and families each month.Each day we receive a report that includes details and times of all diaper changes, naps and bottle/food given. It also includes a note about what they did that day and their overall mood. The teachers are very loving and attentive to each child.The Blue Elephant also has a music teacher that comes to all the classrooms once a week, and I believe the older kids have a computer and Spanish teacher come by weekly. There are also extras for the older kids to enroll in such as soccer, basketball and dance class. Sometimes I sit in during music class because I love to see how excited my daughter gets when the music teacher plays the guitar. The music teacher brings in drums, maracas, etc for the kids to play with. The kids love it! TBE also has three age appropriate playgrounds that are covered and well maintained.Overall, TBE is very organized, clean, secure and friendly. A lot of thought and care goes into making the school great. My friends recommended TBE to us as we were looking for the perfect daycare, and now we highly recommend The Blue Elephant to others. The Blue Elephant is a bad school please stay away some teachers are so rude and the front desk ladies love to gossip about there pearsonal life nobody needs to knw especially parents and the owner does not do anything. Some of the teachers are great and some of them are not so mux. Ms. Jenna is one rude person and likes to talk about parents behind there back.

TBE is our home away from home. The Blue Elephant staff is our family. Ms. Meredith, the owner of The Blue Elephant, goes above and beyond to make our three daughters feel loved at school. There are many times when she has contacted us after hours to either fix a problem or just check in and see how we are doing! Ms. Jenna, the director, has handled every concern/question I have had about my children in the most professional way. On multiple occasions, I have seen Ms. Jenna loving on my children and other students in the school. Ms. Berkley always greets me with a smile and is another great asset to the front office!I have three daughters at The Blue Elephant and we have been with TBE going on 2 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their teachers.I have a daughter in the infant class. The entire infant staff is EXCEPTIONAL! From the friendly welcome in the morning from Ms. V to knowing my child will be well taken care of and loved by Ms. LaToya and Ms. Melissa and then in the afternoon with Ms. Christi, who is always loving on my sweet baby!My middle daughter has been with Ms. Kelsey, who is an amazing teacher. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is excellent with her students. She has also had Ms. Maddy and Ms. Trinity who are amazing! She is now with Ms. Veronica who has been amazing at communicating with me about what they are doing on a daily basis.The after school and summer program is awesome! My oldest loves coming to TBE after school. They help her get her homework done so we dont have to worry about it in the evening. The summer program keeps her busy doing all sorts of fun activities and field trips! One of my daughters favorite field trip was to The Samaritan Inn. Its wonderful knowing that they are teaching their students to give back to the community.The best part about TBE is knowing that my daughters are being taken care of the way I would take care of them. I know my children are loved, nourished and celebrated each day they are at school.The Blue Elephant sets the bar high for preschools in the Frisco area.Thank you for continuing to be amazing!! Both of my children attend TBE. I have a son who started in the 3s room and is now in the after schoolers program and I have a daughter who just turned one who has been there since she was 3 months old. I cant say enough great things about TBE.I transferred my son to TBE after spending 3 years with another local preschool. We decided to transfer because of teacher turnover and the affect it had on our son. While at TBE, he has had consistent teachers and they have all been fabulous. They take the extra time to individualize the curriculum to his needs and truly care about his development and well being. He used to cry when we dropped him off at his former preschool. He jumps right out of bed and is excited to go to TBE! He has had such a great time this summer. Ms. Jenna does a great job keeping the kids engaged in fun themed weeks and exciting field trips.Our daughter just transitioned to the walkers room. So far we have had the best teachers possible for her. Ms. V is wonderful! She loves the kids like they are her own. She sings and dances with the kiddos and is passionate about what she does. I have never once felt bad about leaving my little one in her care. My daughter loves going to TBE.I have also had nothing but positive experiences with the office staff, director and owner. They take time to hear my concerns and take immediate action to correct them.All in all, TBE is the best! Having a great school to send your kiddos to sure does make leaving them a whole lot easier. This is a bad school i had my child here and she would get sick constant...teachers would be sick and wont even send them home...Ms Jenna is really rude and always has a mean face...instead of working and looking out for the kids they are gossiping in Mrs Mereths office...and they also fire people who speak there mind...and they dnt let there teachers go to the restroom cuz they are short on people one time a teacher pee on them selfs cuz they did not let he go to the bathroom they are the rudest people to tachers and student wont recommend to no one
