Son at this Staples location was such a great help! I ordered custom wedding invitations and placement wasn’t right and some of the information would’ve been cut off. Instead of not caring and printing 100 of them, Son called me and walked me through how to fix it and they are PERFECT! I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this guy deserves a shout out!!!

In a time when most people are buying things online and particularly me who has been buying ink cartridges online, Staples just won my business back for ink.Recently I bought a new printer from Staples and the Brother printer comes with a very small 500 pages B@W cartridge.That being said I went out and bought replacement ink and I thought I got the right replacement but when I got it home it was the wrong oneOpened it up it wouldnt fit--Bummer -- Back to the store I go.Typical frustration but here is the good news ...I took it back to Staples and they took it back and helped me get the right one. I was very impressed with the service. Try that on Amazon.Memphis, the young man that helped me went an extra mile to make sure the cartridge that I got for the MFC all-in-one laser printer was absolutely correct and he assured me that from time to time the confusion Is not unusual.In an era of Internet buying its nice to talk to people and have the exchange done so smoothly I didnt wait in the store Memphis saw me come through and realized that the print cartridges that I purchased were wrong.I was in and out super fast and I decided to pick up some paper while I was there.This is a fantastic store its got great service and you will enjoy working with people at Staples in Cool Springs

Had my Christmas cards printed today and Son was so incredibly helpful. He worked with us to make sure the color was right and that we were 100% happy with the cards before printing the whole batch. I felt like he really went above and beyond, and we are thrilled with our cards!

Some fun times shopping for school! Was greeted pleasantly and asked if I needed help and told the salesperson, no problem wandering in and about. Smiles and into the fun of school supplies as a teacher. Found what I was looking for some reams of paper on sale and a low cost scientific calculator to show to my students next week for a minimum for chemistry. As I was in the back stacks a salesperson asked if I needed help and since I was wearing my teacher badge asked if I was a teacher (YES). Oh we have a gift for you from Staples he went and got it. A small folio notebook with a pen and a card with a $5 gift card extra....nice! Used it at the front to cover an extra 16GB USB memory stick, you never know when you need one! Lots of supplies for parents, students and the occasional grandparents helping out.

I wanted to make some color copies and I was told that they would only help me if I could get my document on a thumb drive. I do not have access to a thumb drive from my phone. Even if I had a thumb drive, I was told I would have to schedule a pick up for another day. This was not a large order, less than 50 copies.We decided to ship around in the store and in the 30 minutes we were ther, not a single employee offered to help us.The ladies room was out of toilet paper as well.All in all, it was not a good experience

Pretty good office supply store. Ive been here several times and almost always find what Im looking for. The store is clean and well lit with friendly staff. Plenty of parking and a good location. Items are well organized and reasonably priced.

Do not ask someone to increase a picture. They do not know how to do the math,Two weeks ago I was able to have a manager (female) teach a young lady how to increase a pattern 100%. Well today, increasing a pattern meant just print $7.00 worth of the pattern at the same size. It just kills me that a (male) manager just keeps going around with the same written speech of no one has an issue with language, mistake, 100% means the pattern should stay the same size. Well, Staples, get yourself female manager back or retrain you’re male 19 year manager to quit beating around the bush.

Amanda was awesome! Rather than selling me an unnecessary printer I was about to buy, she instructed me on a setting on my computer that solved the problem! Saved me 200 bucks! Honest people here!!

Actually, very very excellent customer service. Very responsive. They had product that they had not stock down yet and he went out of his way to find what I needed with a great attitude. The only reason its at 4 is because they hadnt pulled down the stock that they had available. Delayed my stay another 5 or 6 minutes.

Son is the manager of the print department and he’s so wonderful! He will work hard to make sure your printing needs are printed and cut perfectly. I will definitely be back here the next time I have a printing job; Son really cares about his customers.

Had some stuff that I needed printed in a jiffy and I had a nice gentleman help me do this. They were pretty busy and he took the time out to help me because he saw how flustered I was over the fact that I needed the stuff done quick. I highly recommend the Staples supply store to anyone looking to do some print work

We do all of our printing through Staples. Son, in the printing department, is so wonderful! He makes sure all of our document prints are perfect. If something doesnt look right or doesnt print clear he contacts us to find a better solution.

Printing service team was less than friendly. This after 2 different experiences. Very short and snappy. Very different poor experience each time. Won’t be returning next time.

Great customer service. My friends Bday is coming and I had to print out the card today tho I was pretty late. They waited for me for 10 more min even after their closing time and all friendly attitude! I really appreciate it. Thanks Amanda and Dany and other staffs

I was in a bind as another Staples store messed up my order. Thankfully I tried this location and got Son. He is the absolute best for customer service and quality! He got it done faster than expected and over compensated for another Staples locations shortcomings. I was ready to write off Staples entirely until I found him. Now I wont be going anywhere else for print jobs. Thanks for saving the day, Son!

Went in to scan some documents and for an office store they only had 1 scanner. Not free for an hour because someone was making copies of huge binders. You should really implement so many pages or only so much time per person so that it does not hinder other customer and get more scanners. Can’t believe you have all this equipment behind the counter and no could accommodate2 pages of scanning due to your poor management at this store!!!!

I recently went in to have my computer tuned up, virus removed and wasnt expecting it to go well. I bought one of the expensive packages a year ago to cover anything that went wrong with my laptop and at times it felt like it was at Staples more often than my own home. I would take it in hoping it to be there for a short amount of time but that was never the case util recently.The new Manager Chris is a breath of fresh air and he is the reason I will continue to give him my business. He has a solid team now with Zack and a young lady supervisor whom I cant recall her name, who are always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Lets get back to Chris personal time to review my concerns and fix it while I watched making sure I saw the issues I needed to avoid. I have not had such good service since they lost Dawn so things are most definitely looking up. Thanks Chris for being so helpful and to Staples I really hope you do all you can to keep Chris with your organization.

Walked in this evening, granted 10 minutes before closing. Only 1 register open and its acting up. 5 other employees too busy to open another register as they are just standing around.
