I worked here for a year and have worked in many preschools. This has been my favorite preschool to work at. It is a lot of hard work but thats because they hold high expectations for their teachers to truly do their best for the students. The director, Jen Wright is the best manager you could ask for. Her managing staff is wonderful as well. She truly cares for the students, teachers, and parents and does her absolute best for the school. I was so sad to have to move and be done there but it is a great place to work, and to have your child go. Trust me, Ive worked at some not so great preschools with terrible teachers. This school is amazing and so loving towards the children.

Our family had a bad experience with this daycare so we left. Our 1-year old daughter had multiple accidents in the course of a month. She had bruises around in her arms, legs and one of them was big enough that left her bruises around the eyes and a permanent scar in her forehead. Added to this, our daughter was bitten by another child a few times. One of them was in her face and others in the arms. We had many meetings with ones in charge but these accidents kept occurring. We were constantly concern at work fearing to receive another call from the center to inform us about another accident. It wasn’t a safe environment for our babygirl. We moved her to another daycare down the road and it was the best decision we made. She was surrounded by great caregivers who provided a safe environment to her.

We chose The Learning Experience Fort Collins as the daycare for our first child. Knowing he was going to daycare at just 4 months old, I toured many facilities and knew that TLE was the place for us. The Center Director, Jen, was so helpful in making me feel comfortable as I made my decision and was available for any questions throughout our decision process. That, combined with the clean facility and the curriculum they have for the kids even starting in the infant class, are what made our decision easy. His first week the staff was so warm and supportive, though it was still hard to leave him they made it so much easier. They work closely with us to make sure that were in sync with his needs and are respectful of really taking our lead in care.

We go about our days without having to worry about how our son is doing. We appreciate the open communication and detailed information we get from his teachers as well as the owner, director, and all the staff. Marcus loves his school, his friends, and his teachers! Thank you for being awesome!

Our now 5 year old has been going to TLE since day one! Sarah and her team have done such an amazing job with supporting and teaching our daughter! Everyone of the teachers have been outstanding, they have helped our daughter grow over the years. We would highly recommend TLE to anyone looking for a place for Early Childhood Education!

TLE is just so great. My son loves going to daycare and I love the comfort of knowing hes well taken care of while Im at work. Teachers and staff are professional, caring, proactive, great communicators, and they have done everything they can to keep our kiddos safe during COVID. Highly recommend!

Both our girls have been enrolled with TLE since they were Infants and have grown-up with the loving care of the TLE family until they graduate for Kindergarten! We love the safety, engagement, structure and diversity the daycare can provide to set our children up for future successes in education and friendship! The staff are truly wonderful! Thank You!

My daughter started at TLE when the pandemic began in March of 2020. TLE staying open throughout the pandemic saved us! Not only did our daughter love it there right away, she thrived! She started talking more and more and it has been the best thing for her pandemic or not! She comes home everyday saying how much she loves the teachers and the school!

We love The Learning Experience!! The staff has provided our two kids with enriching opportunities in movement, music, art, pretend, and academics since day 1 of our attendance! We have been a TLE familiy since Feb. of 2017 and could not be happier with the quality and standard of care that our children receive here. I am a teacher in Fort Collins and have very high expectations for communication and age-appropriate objectives and purposeful education, and TLE delivers in ALL areas!!

Its always a difficult decision to choose a daycare. I looked into several places before selecting TLE Thornton. I was VERY impressed with their curriculum and their attentiveness to my needs since I was putting my baby in daycare for the first time. We were able to do a trial for a couple hours and get a tour (pre-covid). Sarah and Brandon are responsive to my emails and phone calls. They are flexible and understanding (especially with covid concerns).To be completely honest, it was a tough adjustment for my 1.5 year old to start daycare. The teachers didnt give up on helping her adjust to daycare, especially Miss Destiny. Once a connection was made with her teacher she LOVES going to daycare!

This place is Fantastic! We are more than satisfied with the care and attentiveness shown to our children everyday! The admin staff here are top notch and genuinely care about creating an outstanding atmosphere for our children to go to. I appreciate the effort the staff puts in to make us as parents comfortable sending our kids here. Our kids come home happy everyday! Thank you TLE!

I had my infant son enrolled with TLE for about 2-3 months and the only reason I had to pull him is because I had to move for work. But I’ve been really thankful for their service. All of the ladies I’ve interacted with are very nice and accommodating.They have 2 infant rooms A and B. My son was in infant room B with Dawn and she was wonderful. They have a maximum of 5 infants per caretaker (not sure if that’s too much) but she and the other caretakers were able to call the front desk to ask for help if needed. My son was the youngest one in his room but still well taken care of.If I or my sons father ever forgot anything like sheets or extra clothes, they’d always have extras to use and gently remind us to bring more. Their part time care does seem unnecessarily expensive which is why we opted for full time because we needed the flexibility and the difference between part and full time isn’t drastic enough to make a difference to us.If I didn’t have to relocate, my son would still be attending.

We absolutely love it here. My children are safe, happy, and they learn a lot! The indoor play gym is awesome for cold days and the app keeps me connected to my kids while Im away. The owner and directors are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. You wont find a better daycare in fort Collins. I can tell you from experience .

My kids have been in childcare since 2 months old, and we had terrible luck with them, until now. The curriculum that this place is offers is only a bonus to having the most amazing staff. I NEVER worry about my kids and if they are being taken care of. The staff is like family. What my kids have leaned from them is amazing! Me and my husband both work full time, and always felt guilty about leaving our kids full time with someone else, until we found the TLE. We know they are in the best, most capable hands when not with us. We are grateful for the TLE, so grateful.

We toured many centers around Fort Collins. This place had one of the best, their staff happily interacted with the children, the rooms were not cramped, it was clean and did not stink. We were on 5 waiting list’s around town before we found TLE.They were willing to do cloth diapers, they clean all the toys daily in the infant room, they had nursing rooms. Plus they were a few hundred dollars less a month for full time care than 2 centers we saw.They also had part time options for infants which is not always allowed at other places.

We are very happy with The Learning Experience for our 1 year old. Hes been there since he was 4 months. Sarah and her team take great care to ensure safety and happiness of all of the kiddos there. Our little guy loves going to school! Highly recommended.

Our son has been going to The Learning Experience since the 1st month they opened! We transitioned in from another center in town that we werent pleased with at the time and let me tell you Sara and her staff made it the easiest change not only on us but our little one as well! Here we are over a year later and couldnt be happier with them even through their growth in that time! If you are looking for a center that is laid back but on top of their game when it comes to knowing your little ones are cared for like they were at home you wont be disappointed with Sara and her staff!

Both of our kids attend and care has been excellent! Our older child has been very engaged in their prepper program through art, music, and many other activities!

This is a fantastic place to take your children. The building is clean, safe, and very child friendly. My preschooler could read coming out of TLEs preschool curriculum into kindergarten. The staff are awesome especially the owner and director Sara and Jodie. I cannot say enough good things about the learning experience. I love it, my kids love it, and it is well worth our time and our money.

This school is incredibly clean, modern, and the teachers, director and owner are amazing. We reviewed the material the kids will be learning and we know it will allow our little 2.5 yr old girl to roll into my sons charter school material with no issues at all. It will be an incredible few years here and until she enters the school system in kindergarten!

We feel so lucky to have found TLE in Fort Collins. As first time parents, we werent completely sure how to navigate the whole daycare landscape, but the providers and all staff here are genuinely kind and wonderful with our 7-month-old. They do an amazing job!

The Learning Experience has been my grandsons awakening!He has become more sociable while making many friends. His teachers have captured his attention with their great teaching skills. He has come into his own with his verbal and writing skills.In sum I could not be happier with TLE!

We love TLE! We have been going here for almost 2 years now and can honestly say that our daughter has thrived in her environment. She is always excited to go to school (we call it school rather than daycare) - well MOST days. She is a toddler! :)I love the fact that they do art almost every day with the kids (even in the infant room!), the fact that they teach and encourage sign language at a very young age and the fact that the facility is clean. Not to mention the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I also love that they have Ipads in the classrooms where they give you updates throughout the day of what your child is doing and most days they even attach pictures of your child interacting (upon permission of the parents of course).My husband and I toured a total of 4 facilities in our area before we selected TLE and we have no regrets.

I can not say enough good things about this place! Its extremely clean! The staff is great! Jodie and Sarah take the time to talk to parents and really listen. This month my 3 year old starts learning sign language and Spanish. Their enrichment programs are included in tuition, which is a hard find in Fort Collins. This month is yoga and next month is science! I could not be happier with the things they are teaching my little man! I would recommend this school to anyone!

Since we called TLE to request information about their programs everyone was so helpful and super nice! Then we visited TLE and we noticed that everyone was so professional and really nice not only to our daughter but for the whole family as well. Ever since we are pleased to have enrolled our daughter at TLE. We absolutely recommend it! Awesome place!

I love this school, teachers and the admin staff. My son is ahead of kids his age from the care, kindness and teaching of everyone he comes in contact with at TLE. Most importantly he is treated as if he is family and I feel assured with the care he receives.

The most recent review is the assistant directors husband and another one is from the owners husband. One of which filled with lies as he has never had a child attend TLE. This place is constantly understaffed and moving kids around without parent knowledge. I would never send my child here nor would I recommend anyone to bring their child. Staff turnover is very high, so there is little to no consistency for these children.

Second time of my son in TLE! Every time is better! These people know how to take really care of my son. Great place, great management!

Im so glad my time with this school is coming to an end. They have been so unprofessional... Blurting out my financial information in a packed lobby, lying about having a graduation that was never planned and raising my rates without any notice and never providing me with a new price list to show everyones rates got increased and not just mine. Finding out my daughter was pushed down the slide by another students only because I happened to show up early to pick her up, which never ended in having an accident report written up. She came home with scratches down the side of her face! It makes me wonder what else happens at that school that I dont know about! I would not recommend this school to anyone.

TLE Fort Collins has great teachers who love the kids, the curriculum is super impressive, and my son cant get enough! We are loving it!

TLE is not the regular daycare. They actually teach the kids about planets, growing veggies, recycling, etc. My daughter loves it and I highly recommend it.

We could not be happier with the care our daughter receives here!

I do not recommend working here! Bosses are terrible and the place is filled with drama
