The staff of Z-Ultimate put on a wonderful karate themed party for my 6 year old. The thoughtful and attentive staff are great with kids, impressive seeing as how we brought over 20 of them, ages 5 to 11. Despite the broad age range everyone found the activities engaging and fun. A great experience all around.

The Fort Collins Z Ultimate Studio is Amazing! Everyone there is so welcoming and understanding. I know that this is because of the amazing people that run this place! Sensei Josh and Sensei Heidi, they have created such an amazing place to learn, develop and become the best version of yourself!I am currently training here and I love it! I started when I was about 4 months post-partum. I had tried doing other workout but they were proving to be too much for my body at the time. They helped me regain strength in the areas that had been hit hardest from my pregnancy.I love the challenge not only to me body but also to my brain. Learning all of the different aspects of the art is such a pleasure. I look forward to my weekly private lessons and the group classes are an amazing way to push your and see what you have learned and areas that may need a little more work.I did martial arts as a kid and I remember how much I hated sparring! So when I started again, I kept trying to convince the senseis that I was willing to do anything to avoid sparring. They explained the importance of it for real world application, self defense. Sensei Heidi has been working with me on building my confidence by giving me the tools that I will need to succeed.We spar in some of our group classes and there are usually a good number of students that are a higher belt than myself. Everyone does an amazing job of adjusting to knowledge and level of their partner. I never feel as though I am totally out match and they dont judge when you mess up or care if you want to try something new.Thank you for being so amazing!

Ive been a student on Z for almost a year now and I can honestly say that it has changed my life in so many ways!my self-confidence spiked up as I gained so much knowledge of the arts and grew more respectful and disciplined by it. Z Ultimate doesnt only teach you how to fight but it goes beyond that by teaching you self control and discipline.If you are looking for a place to workout, make friends, learn, and simply change your life then dont hesitate to come try it out. Im sure Sensei Mike will give you a trial at the dojo.
