Dont use printing department at this location. Came in to place an order and they wanted me to do it online. Well the reason I came in is to get some assistant with my order. What happen to customer service? Not at Forest Lake store. Im going back to the Roseville Store that has always giving me a 5 star rating for customer service. I was trying to save some drive time. Not anymore.

I came in late with an emergency print Jov got my dads funeral program and David was helpful and patient. I am so grateful he was able to help me. Thank you Office Depot Forest Lake and David.

This is the third time I’ve been to the store and they don’t have what I want. today I came in for a all in one laser printer and they only have one on hand and it’s $529 this store is a huge disappointment and I will never be back.Update to owner. I’m not going through the trouble sending emails to a place that I will never visit again. You are local but I will drive elsewhere as (staples). I spent $800 on a new color laser printer and toners. You really dropped the ball and lost out. Looking at other reviews, your store has issues.

Dont review often but went to get simple menu proofs printed... normally takes 5 minutes took 20 + minutes. Done this many times over several years. He couldnt find my business account, said he had to enter info into system (been an office max customer with rewards for years!) The man with no name tag just sat and click the mouse for 5 minutes until I finally had to ask what the issue was, anyway after all the monkey business and wasted time I left with my prints...I get home and the prints arent even set to fit the page, missing 1/8 of the page! Beyond frustrated, go to a different location or another company!

Stopped in to purchase masks for my company. I waited at the counter to check out for 5 or so minutes without being helped. I have no issue wearing a mask but I did not have one, that’s why I was purchasing some. I walked over to the printing area and asked the employee if she could get someone to ring me out. She was extremely rude and demanded I have to put a mask on for her to help me. Clearly they need more staffing and a customer service class for their employees.

Very polite and courteous. Identified my problem and offered positive solution. Did not have the part I needed new so offered a good albiet used part which was as good just cheaper

Bought an office chair, had some issues with it and it then went past the official return date. Contacted corporate, who then sent me back to the Forest Lake store. They were WONDERFUL to work with. Very pleased with the manager, Sam.

Worked with Brian. He helped me to order the printer I wanted. Was transparent about how nationwide there were shortages due to high demand, but still helped me through purchase and was very friendly. Once I selected the product, he had me out the door in less than 5 mins.

We are not from this area and came in with a friend who is handling one of her family members estate. We had a 11x14 picture of the property from the air. No one had a scanner big enough, except for OfficeMax. We came in and told Dani we needed a digital copy of the picture. She said, I can do that! Then we asked about copies, she asked regular paper or picture paper?!!! Then after she was done she asked if we would like the copies with the protective card board shrink wrapped? She had heard our story as we were there and was extremely kind! The price was less than $15 for everything!!! Excellent Customer Service!!!

The store is always clean and organized. The staff is really friendly. I go to this store often to make copies. I have a lot of old papers from my parents house Ive been going through. They have a shreading service there. Its affordable too.

I have been dealing with Office Max ALL day and have now cancelled my printing order and still don’t have what I need! I had to call customer service 4x today. The first person told me my original order that I had accidentally placed for home delivery could be canceled and re submitted for store pick up. So she helped me do that and took my payment information for the replacement order. Then I got a message an hour later saying it couldn’t be cancelled because it was already sent to production. Neither could the new order. I spoke to a new customer service rep who finally said she would connect me with a supervisor when I said I would not be paying over $80 for a duplicate order. She assured me a supervisor would call me when they were off their phone call. They did not call me. When I called back again the woman refused to let me talk to a supervisor and hung up on me. Then the Forest Lake Store called me 7 hours later to tell me they couldn’t print my order. Very poor customer service!

Tried to ship a synthesizer back to the manufacturer. The girl at the counter freaked out, asking if theres a chance it could have a battery in it. Said they cant accept it. That Id have to drive 20 miles to the next FedEx store. If you bought any electronics at the store, that has any possibility of an internal battery, they cant ship it? They have batteries in the store, how did they get there? Office Max has made an enemy for life.

The service in this store is pretty good. The people who work here seem to want to help. The prices are slightly higher than prices online, but its a trade off because you can usually walk out of the store with what you need rather than waiting. This store has a better selection than other stores in the area.

Sent hubby to get label tape for bother label printer. He was confused so on the phone with him I had him give an employee the model number of printer (that I bought there) and see what is compatible. They responded with all of our label tape is over in that section what is the point of having workers if we need to look online for any product info ourselves?

Everyone that works here has been super friendly and helpful. And they always have a great selection from school supplies to computers and desk.There prices can be very high on some items. I have checked Amazon and got the same colored pencile sketching set for $10 less. They run awesome sales on their computers though.

I sent a digital file for printing that I purchased. The next day I stopped in to see if it was ready since I hadn’t gotten a confirmation saying it was done. Once the women behind the counter realized what order it was she notified me they couldn’t print it because of copy right laws and that she had called me the day before to let me know. I said I didn’t get a voicemail (otherwise I wouldn’t have stopped in to see if it was ready). Apparently she called me 3 times (she called once and left no vm) and I didn’t get back to her so they cancelled the order. No big deal, I forgot about the copy right and have already put an inquiry in on a release. What makes me mad is her attitude and condescending tone. Along with her exaggerating the number of times she called and that there was no voicemail left. Once I get a release I plan on having it printed else where just to avoid any future contact with her.

I really needed help today after I had bought a new key board. The woman I spoke with was very rude and would not ask the tech who helped me this morning with my purchase call me. It so happens that the tech who helped me, Dan Tiger and I share a love of dogs and rescue and I just needed some over the phone tech support. Frankly, the woman who I spoke with was a total witch. I was planning on buying a lap top and a small printer for my trip out of the country, but now, I will NEVER go back.

Friendly employees, went looking for erasers for my mechanical pencil that the Walmart by me no longer carries; and they had them. They have a lot of items there and employees willing to help if you have questions about anything.

They have messed up binding my planner on 3 seperate occasions now! The first one, the girl didnt punch holes correctly so she threw out pages to my planner, the second time holes were punched on the wrong side. Now I have to run up there with a flash drive of files so they can re print part of it. 3rd strike you are out Office Max print services. You clearly need to have better training going on. I wont be coming back.

Office max almost always has the items I desire in stock and the employees are always helpful but being in the store itself makes me feel as though Im on borrowed time.

I do like shopping there, but everything there I cant find anywhere else. And with that being said, everything is very expensive. So I dont shop there much just when I have extra money to do so.

Nice customer service and they had all office supplies I needed.

Needed help sending fax, it was my first time. Employee was not helpful and fax machine is too high for short people to read the machine.

Someone is always there ready to help you find what you need and we never leave disappointed. :)
