My girls have been at this center for 4 years. Ms. Floyd, Mr. Michael & Ms. Rebecca have been there since their first days! They are awesome, patient and understanding. My girls love them. Thank you for making their time at Kindercare a wonderful one! Keep up the great work!!!

I absolutely love this center so much!!! My son started going to this daycare when he was a year old with Mrs.Rebecca & now he’s 3yrs old turning 4 years old.Thru out his time in this daycare he’s learned so much.. the teachers and and director Mrs.Ashley are the sweetest!!They are so good at communicating and and also the best with hands on for the kids.I’m so happy with how advance my son, he’s definitely ready for school! Thank you so much for all the time you’ve put on to my kids! They will miss you guys!

My daughter has been there from 8 Weeks old. I love the Frankford Road Kindercare staff and care the have for my child. When I leave her, I have comfort and the feel that Im leaving her with family that will look after her and love her just as if she was their very own.

I have had my son here for a year, and I am so grateful for Ashley and the staff here at Kindercare! They have taken great care of him, and he has learned so much. They have also done a great job of keeping the kids safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I must say this KinderCare is phenomenal! The staff members are so welcoming and caring which made the transition to going back to work so much easier. I really enjoy the daily pictures and updates that I receive in regards to how my children are doing in their classes. It brings me a sense of comfort to be connected to them without actually being in class with them. I would recommend any parents to this center.

The teachers and staff here are awesome and the new Director Ms. Ashleigh has really done a great job with changing the center with more structure. She is creating a culture that I want for my kids. I would definitely recommend, my kids have attended for almost three years.

My 6 month old has been going for 3 months and there has been so much improvement. The new director has upgraded so much including getting rid of a weird smell and introducing an app. Now I can check my daughters progress on my phone instead of keeping up with a sheet of paper. The ladies even upload pictures and videos of my baby which I love!

So I want to say thank you to Ms.Floyd how she helped us out with ccms, and how she went above to make sure that my kids got in to the center...My Kids enjoy all the activities that Mr.Michael and Mrs.Rebecca have planned for them every week, they come home telling us about the fun day they had as well as what they learned... I know things are crazy since COVID but I’m happy that my kids are in a safe place with wonderful teachersThank you Michael, Floyd, and Rebbeca

Just transferred my 2 year old daughter here and definitely would recommend bringing your children here, great communication with the app they upload pictures all the time, my daughter is happy to get dropped off every morning since day 1!

A few years ago my daughter attended this school. We left because of bad management. I reached out again to see if things have changed. Ms.Floyd answered the phone. Informed me that all of management was new. A few of the teachers are still there. She was so nice and helpful with all my questions and concerns ( one of my daughter has food allergies). I could tell in her voice that she has a gentle Heart. She reassured me on a few things that I was not happy about in the past. I am scheduled to attend a tour next week.

7/10/2019Unfortunately it was my experience it happened yesterday...& For someone to say it wasnt is a lie. Please dont respond to me stating something didnt happen if your facts arent correct.I use to Love this Place.... My child had attended daycare here since she was 6 months, She normally goes to stay with my in laws for a week or 2 during the summer which was always okay. The just got a new director okay thats cool. She was gone for 2 weeks and when she returned back to day she had been unenrolled due to missing 2 weeks. We have never had a problem like this. We werent notified by email, phone call, text or mail that the Director would unenroll her. Even though we have had 5 or 6 different director changes in a 2 1/2 year span, but we have always rolled with the punches. The staff has always been nice, courteous, & helpful. Even though there understaffed. Then for me to be told the Director stated she cant even return to that location is just pure crazy. For what reason. We have always paid on time and again have never had a issue or problem with East KinderCare on Frankford Rd.. New Director @ the East Kinder Care Location you Suck, & I hope you they find another Director soon.

Great school the new director seems to be growing a culture of learning. The kids and the staff seem happier as well

Edit:This place has done a 180 since management changed. Ms. Ashley is great and the reason that we have stayed with KinderCare. The teachers at this location are great with our kids and have provided us a pleasant experience now.Changed review from one star to five because of the experience that Ashley has provided us with.Before change in management:The teachers are overwhelmed. It is near impossible to contact them. And the after school pick up has been running over an hour late on picking up the kids for over a week now. We pulled our two kids out.

My son is 15 months and he’s been going here since 5 months and I love it. He loves his teachers.

My kids love staying here. The staff are absolutely wonderful and are really trying to improve this place from where it was a while back.

Do not take your child here. My two-year-old grandson has autism. He came home many times with bruises. These are not bruises from another child. No incident reports, or explanations. We called CPS they did an Droppin investigation. Do your research. What they did to my grandson is on unexcusable. This place needs to be shut down. All children need to be protected. We pulled him out in February. He was only there December through February 2019. and to top it off. After abuse was notated And we refused to let him go back. They sent us to collections. For refusing to let them continue to abuse my grandson. I wasn’t aware that a 30 day notice applied when abuse is involved. Please see photos of the baby.

Just moved around the corner. Literally just walked over to get more information for my 9 month old, and there was a lady watching the kids on the playground. When I asked If they have a pamphlet about the daycare at the entrance, she shrugged and ignored me. Very unprofessional, also witnessed her yelling at the kids and I definitely wouldnt want her watching my kid with that attitude.

The teachers are wonderful, but the office staff is lacking. They are constantly changing directors and assistant directors. The staff is not supported and are in fact under-staffed. I can see the strain and stress on those wonderful teachers faces. I would not recommend this places simply because the people running it are not doing it well. I put my daughter in a extra program and found out recently the program had been stopped and no one told me. So I paid for 5 months or more for a program that did not exist. That is basically stealing from me, the whole thing is just a huge mess, I have heard them yelling over the phone at parents, in front of kids with no regard.

Huge difference when walking in. The director is very welcoming and the kids seem to like it more.

My grandsons been here only a few months, my daughter and I we love it. staff warm and friendly treats my grandson with so much love you can feel the warmth and welcoming as you walk through the doors.BTW he came from another Kindercare. ..wouldnt and cant say which one but this one is much more caring. we have not one complaint LOVE IT!!!

I cant tell you all how much i love this place. Granted we had one incident and the Director Ashley Immediately handled it. My son talks about these teachers and kids everyday positively. To know how much he has learned in just 2 months is amazing. He has impeccable social skills. Thanks Kindercare and special thanks to Rebecca and Michael. They are amzing with the children.

This place is not safe! My son was bullied for weeks. when I asked the staff about it they simply said they were aware of the bullying and it was being handled. My son would let the staff know when he was being picked on and the new lady that would watch them outside would scream at my son telling him she didnt care! The bulling got so bad my son broke down and said he was tired of the bullying and wanted to talk to his mom. No one botherd to give me a call! The next day I got my boys out this daycare. My nieces also attend this daycare. The youngest is a little over a year old and she has came home with small bruises and scratches on her face!!

My kids are happy I put them here! The new director is amazing and is always there if you need her.

Do not send your kids here!! My oldest son was bullied and mistreated on an almost everyday basis which has left him with severe trauma. My baby came home with bruises one day when I reported it the director Neke tried covering it up by making a false report against me. Even the district manager was rude and assisting to cover up the abuse my son endured. This center needs to be closed.

Im giving 1 star because I cant give 0. Please do not send your children here, try another Kindercare Facility. The only people more neglected and mistreated than the teachers are the children. PLEASE - Dont send your children here.

They treat my daughter with LO VE and thats so important to me.

Rude receptionist or whomever she is called to inquire and she hung up in my face. I surely wont pay $229 to be disrespected .

Gone waaaay downhill in the many years my children have attended. Moving them elsewhere.
