Unprofessional and unsafe! My child would complain about his teachers and how they would take him to a closet and spank him. My heart breaks knowing that there is more going on here then what theyre willing to share.

I can’t say enough about Fair Oaks Day school. My child started there at 3 months and went until he was 2. The staff at Fair Oaks are amazing. They are always helpful and most importantly they love the kids like their own. My child woke up every morning saying “school”. He loved going and learned so much. I would be so surprised when he would be home and start saying his ABCs, shapes, colors, animals, singing songs, etc… I am very grateful for the care they provided and we will miss them very much! We recently moved to another state, so our new daycare will have big shoes to fill.

After months of attending, and responding to all their wants and needs... I had one complaint about BUG BITES. They chose to not call and report my child was getting these bites and instead said they happened outside of the school. Little do they know how many cameras I have and how big my support system is. Even though I was handling it with respect and kindness they called CPS. CPS could not tell me who called fyi but I know. I was advised by a private person to remove them from the school and will remember that when my child needed you guys the most you failed him and disappointed alot of people. Even if the office was unaware that someone (probably Brenda) called cps it is petty to call over bug bites that have been confirmed for weeks! I saw the look you had on your face and know you treated my child terribly. Shame on you!

In 2013, I enrolled my oldest son in the one year old classroom. He loved it from the start. He had amazing teachers who taught him some sign language. I continued to use Fair Oaks for all of my boys (4 total) from 2013 to 2020 and there has not been a teacher or a room my boys did not have and loved. It’s been a year since we have been there due to the pandemic but the owner and I have continue to communicate as my boys still miss their school. This school year my youngest (4) started head start pre-K and the teacher said my son was bored in class and the one kid to know all the letters and numbers up to 10 as well as recognize his name. That was made possible by the staff at Fair Oaks. They are a dedicated bunch of women that love the kids as their own.I recommend starting in the infant room and going away the way to pre-K in either the Montessori or traditional classes. You will not be disappointed. Your child will love going to school every day and have so much fun. They will even talk about it long after they leave. This is the best school for babies to young children.

Fair Oaks Day school is a breath of fresh air. After withdrawing my 3 year old from 2 other daycares I am pleased to have come across Fair Oaks Day School. The staff are always polite and the teachers are great with the kids! The location is a plus. My daughter comes home every day eager to tell us about her day and anxious to go back the next day. She loves it there and has made so many friends. Thank you to the staff of Fair Oaks Day School. You guys ARE appreciated! Looking forward to my baby starting in October when she turns 1! 😁

We had our son here from 2 months-3 years old. He loved it here! He learned so much and always had fun! They truly are a loving and caring staff. Jack would stop by Ms. Tayla’s room everyday even after me moved up to the next room for a hug.Ms. Beverly, Ms. Yvonne, Ms. Tayla, Ms. April, and Ms. Patty were his teachers through the years and he loved them all so much. We will miss Fair Oaks!

This daycare let a man pick up my kid without receiving documents on who he is. Document as (Name and ID). The man who picked up my kid was not on his records at the school and was still given my child with never giving me a phone call. This datecare is unsave and unprofessional.

Spoke with woman at front desk to gather info about upcoming fall class. She was RUDE. Short with her answers and did not want to give me any further recommendations in the area. If this is how they treat prospective clients, I would absolutely NOT trust them with the care of my child.

Today was Aidans last day at Fair Oaks Day School. His beloved teacher, Margie Alvarez, stayed two hours late to spend extra time with him, paraded him around the school where all the teachers hugged him goodbye, and, with tears in her eyes, waved goodbye from the parking lot while Aidan shouted, I love you Miss Alvarez! out of the car window. Its not a fancy school, not a wealthy school, by any means, but Aidan has been so loved and learned more life and academic skills in the three years of Fair Oaks Montessori program than I ever could have imagined a 5 year old could. As hard as it was to put him into full time day care, Im so glad I did.

My son has been attending for years. At first, as a new parent things were shaky but now I can honestly say they’re like a second family to my family and I couldn’t imagine sending him any where else. The wait list is usually long at least for infants. With my oldest already attending, I put my baby on the list while I was pregnant and I’m still waiting.

The staff in the infant rooms are super nice. They are working on getting my little one ready to sit up and they are always so cheerful. They also make little crafts with them and send them home with us to celebrate the holidays. I couldnt ask for a better experience for our family. Miss Patti, Ashlynn, Selemawit, Brittney, Ignacia, and Dasha are just the best!

Through the kindness, patience and experience of the FODS staff, my son looked forward to each day here. While weve since moved across town and have placed him in another program, he continues to speak highly of FODS. My wife and I couldnt agree more. As a matter of fact, we hope to place him back at FODS for the summer.
