My children have went there for years. I have never had my children come home and have something bad to say about HCLA. When I go to pick up my kids, they dont want to leave. In my opinion, when your children want to stay longer, thats a sign of a great daycare/preschool.

My 4 year old has been going here for two years. Best daycare and preschool. Not only has he learned so much, but they have affordable rates. The teachers are always friendly and quick to sit down and answer any questions or concerns you have. At a daycare, you’d expect your child to come down with normal sicknesses from being around the other kids, but they are such an intuitive clean facility that they are ON TOP of illnesses and keep parents updated when there is an outbreak of a sickness. My son has had normal colds and such, but nothing like you’d expect from being enrolled full time. They text parents and keep everyone up to date. Their teachers are consistent which says something about the business. I am proud my son is apart of a community with such high standards and values.

Negligent staff, on more than one occasion they have intentionally hid incidents that occurred with my children from me and then lied about them. Embarrassed and shamed my four year for having an accident. Incapable of account balancing so they can overcharge. Told me there are places for kids like mine. Not a very Christian environment, certainly not evident in the service values or mission.

Apparently in an attempt to get extra money for their already over-priced child care services.Old food, dead bugs, and giant dust bunnies under every piece of furniture/ bookshelves lining the walls and play areas. Staffed shamed and embarrassed my four year old for having an accident. Does not communicate with the local preschool about odd holiday closures.Actually told me there are places for children like mine. NOT a Christian environment, nor is it demonstrated in the service values or mission.
