All my three kids went here. This school is the best even now my two boys are in high school they still love cedar Valley. All the teachers are nice and helpful always thank you guys . my daughter ibtizam goes now and soon my other little one will enrol.

EVEN INMATES GET TO USE THE RESTROOM WHENEVER THEY WANT.Absolutely appalling! Just found out that our sixth graders cant use the restroom and have to sit on the floor if they dont have enough Monopoly money. These kids are 12. I think us as parents need to speak up about this one. The more parents the bigger the voice!

It was a good school for both my children.

My son Jason Altizer goes to Cedar Valley Elementary school in Covington, WA and is in the 3rd grade. He has been bullied, harassed, assaulted and emotionally traumatized by a child in his class. Cedar Valley is aware of what is going on and has put a “plan” in place where the child is not supposed to have contact of any kind with my son. This “plan” was put in place in November and is still in enforced today. Jason’s teacher Peggy Miller didn’t take the plan seriously and put my son in a group with this child only a day after our group meeting where we all signed understanding there will be NO CONTACT between the two boys. This child has told Jason he will get a gun and shoot him in the face, get a machete and stab him. He has told Jason he is going to kill him on many occasions in front of school personnel both teacher and principle alike. This child has chased my son with a pencil, tried to poor glue on my child and has hit him on the neck on several occasions. Today the child came back to school after the last incident (3/15/19) and proceeded to tell the class that my son got him suspended and he is going to kill him. Flipped my child off and my son was removed from class and I was called. I asked the school if the child would be removed and they said yes. I then said then there is no action from me that needs to happen if that child will not be returning. If that child is returning Jason will not be. He then told me the child will return on 3/25/2019. I called 911 and had a police officer show up, she told me the school is limited in what they can do and ultimately if this child has an IEP and emotional problems there is nothing they can do. I can try to get an anti-harassment order but she has never seen one done for a 3rd grader. At this point our hands are tied. This child has interfered with my son’s education, he doesn’t want to go to school because he doesn’t feel safe. The school personal are not doing anything to this child. My son is the one who now suffers and he didn’t do anything wrong!

I went to Cedar Valley Elementary for 5 years! although I miss Cedar Valley, im having a good time over here. Ive made AMAZING friends with lots of students and got along with my teachers very well at Cedar Valley. It was fun and I recommend your child goes to this school. Not only will they make awesome friends but they will learn so much here. I know I did! With my best friends Makayla and Ember they were the people made my day even better when we were partnerd for assignments. Together all three of us completed so much. This is an amazing school and I truly love it with all my heart

I would liked to know if this school is k-6th or k-5th?

I was i student here last year and it was an amazing year with all my friends i would recommend going to Cedar Valley Elementary because you will learn a lot of stuff i got better and better at this school this is a school that will be amazing to make great new friends and i know that because i made friends in 3rd to 6th and they are still my friends my bffs in 4th were Katherine and Chloe and in 5th was Shelbie and Makayla and 6th was citlali and Emily and more it was amazing here i love Cedar Valley Elementary
