This organization is Discriminatory towards African-American applicants I attempted to enroll both of my children at separate times and on both occasions the same woman told me on the phone that space was available but when I came to register them in person her story then changed and I was told there was a waiting list and that they would give me a call back. Looking around at the complexion of the children that attend the school It would appear that they don’t enroll many children of color here. I filed a complaint against this place with bright from the start because what they’re doing here isn’t right. If you have also Experienced the same thing I would suggest filing a complaint with bright from the start Just to have it on file...But if you Are a person who doesn’t want your children around people of color then this is the place for you.

I have a 3 yo and almost 1 yo attending and the teachers are beyond amazing! This is my youngest first time in daycare and he loves his teachers. It makes me feel good seeing how comfortable he is with them. Not to mention my daughter LOVESSS her teacher! There’s not a day goes by she doesn’t tell me anything but how much she likes her.

First let me say that I wouldnt even give this place ONE STAR but you have to so that you can leave a review. My child went to this daycare and had 4 lead teachers in the same classroom in less than 9 months. They offer the perk of paying $30 extra per month for access to their video cameras for your childs room however they lie and say that there are no available slots for viewing when there is a problem in the room and you ask to pay for this service. My child was being hurt by an aggressive child in his room- not just rough child play, but obvious aggression issues. This daycare provider was aware that the child has issues with aggression. The first time he hurt my child was at 8 am and they waited to call me until almost 5 pm, hoping the swelling and bruising on my childs face would go down. I had to almost force them to let me see the video from that day and it was appalling! The second time the same child attacked my child inside the classroom, he left a large bruise on his hip/side from where he came up behind him and pushed him into a table. I again had to almost force them to show me the video. Both times the child came out of nowhere and attacked my child. Also, in February when there was an incident on the playground, I asked to see the video but they said the cameras didnt work (they actually didnt). The director informed me that they would be fixed by that Friday. They remain in non-working condition in April. Dont believe that because they are part of the Kids R Kids franchise that the Corporate office is going to do anything if you call them- they will tell you that they are independently owned and theres not much they can do. There are some nice people there but for what they charge, they need to do better AND fix their cameras. I pulled my child from this facility and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. If you cant TRUST the director (owners daughter) to be honest and care for your childs welfare while in her facilitys care, who can you trust? She has her staff lie on her behalf as well and its so obvious- but hey, people have to work, right? Awful.

The lady that answered the phone was rude by ending the call on purpose. I was asking a question regarding the service they provide for parents that can view their kids on camera. She placed me on hold for a few minutes to see if I would hang up, but I can hear her releasing the call.

This is the first school i put my son in after visiting several others when i walked in the energy was amazing and the staff is very sweet my son teacher treats all her students like her own 😍 the director and office staff is also amazing !! Water pad for summer time fun, very hands on, they make sure your child eat and drink plenty of water 🙌🏾 takes time with teaching great prek program just simply amazing !! Keep up the great work

My daughter went here in pre-k and absolutely LOVED it! My husband and I loved the curriculum she was taught as well. Far Above and Beyond what was being taught at the elementary school that I was personally working for at the time. The teachers, owner, front office.... everyone was very friendly and attentive every time I was visiting. I volunteered for Many field trips as well.. and can say that I felt as though they did a great job of keeping their eyes on the children and looking out for each of there well being! ~ Thanks

My kids had never been in day care. Finding myself a single mom of 3 kids in the blink of an eye unplanned made it impossible to keep them out of daycare. It was hard for me to leave them. Mrs Elisa and her entire staff took my babies in and loved them. Even through special needs and emotional/behavioral problems they took extra steps to accommodate. I was so blessed to find this place. They are more like family now. We can’t protect our kids from everything and that’s scary but this was one less thing I had to worry about. Thank you Kids r Kids you are the best!!!!

I love this place and so does my child. So happy we were able to get a spot here. My son is only 6 months old and is already crawling & sitting up. He was rolling over before he was 3 months old. I know this is from all the work and attention he gets from the teachers here. Everyone is nice and helpful. Never any issues or concerns.The only negative thing I can say is some of the other parents who have children in this daycare are rude & ghetto. But this is Conyers. People have no common sense on how to drive or park in the parking lot. Or courtesy pulling in or out. But this is not the faculties fault. They try to manage it the best they can in the mornings with someone out there helping direct everyone.My son loves being there. It is always clean and orderly. They tend to his every need. All the children in his class are always happy and smiling. I have no he how that is possible in a room full of babies 😁

This is a wonderful place to work and attend school- it is a private preschool not a typical daycare. Anyone that is complaining about money or their child most likely owed money and I know the ladies complaining and they owed money all the time, which the Director always is understanding and works with families, and one of them they were about to be dis-enrolled for behavior. Its such a nice place.

This is the worst daycare ever. Not even a name change can fix that. Elisa Fray is a rude BI**h that shouldnt be working around kids. Its sad you have to give your self a good review Elisa Fray.

My grandson went here. He did not like it. Plus the front receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I stood in get face for over 5 minutes while she gossips on the phone about another staff member before receiving assistance. We moved him after 3 weeks.The children who attend their are more friendly than the staff.

Elisa Frey is the director and is still extremely rude including the front desk staff. I am so happy my kids are out of there. What daughter of the owner leaves a review on her mothers center and talks about parents this way. So very unprofessional. It doesn’t matter how long you have been in business, that does not mean that you are not rude and classless. Poor staff that has been there so long do t know what to do because they love the kids and do t want to leave after so many years. I hope these ladies find an outlet. Since leaving that nasty infant room that could not possibly be sanitized properly my son has been so much better. He was sick every week at Kids R Kids. If your kids go here please watch out and make sure they are treating your kid right and the center is being ran the guidelines. Eliza thinks because her moms daycare has been in business a long time that the state doesn’t know her tricks but us parents don’t have a problem reporting your mess.

Best preschool and learning academy in all of Covington and Conyers! Lovely, genuine staff! Excellent curriculum!

After inquiring about the school i probably will not send me child here for the upcoming year. I didn’t like the energy and the front desk and director lady Lisa was really rude, unwelcoming, and i just didn’t get a good vibe here.

My daughters went here last year and loved the place. To this day they still talk about their wonderful teachers Miss Marydell (Miss Monica) and Ms. Jessica (Miss Ronese). Also the wonderful ladies who ran the desk (one I believe was the owner) were always so kind and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful year!!

My daughter LOVES this place!!! Every morning she wakes up she is like are we going to Kidz R Kidz today? Even on the weekends!!! The 3 year old teacher Che is OUTSTANDING!!! She has helped my daughter learn to read and I really love her.

I cannot help but leave a review after reading the horrible things written about this daycare. I have had four different children in this facility and still have 3 there. They have moved all the way up from the infant room to the afterschool program and I have NEVER had the issues that are being reported below. Let me start by addressing the infant room which has been deemed unsanitary - I have had two children in that room and the oldest is going on five years old - that room is as clean as you can get it without spraying your child with bleach upon entry. You have to remove your shoes to even go in the room, and then everything is labeled and each child is given their own crib for daily use. Sickness is something that is going to happen to your child no matter where they go if they are surrounded by other kids, no matter what daycare, no matter what school - its a fact of life. The ladies in that classroom, and any classroom for that matter, LOVE the kids in there. They are the same teachers in that room for as long as I can remember, which says a lot about the woman running the place if she can retain her employees at a daycare for that length of time. I find Elisa to be to the point with a smile on her face, and furthermore, she is always available - when you need something she provides ASAP and I think shes just fantastic! You cannot run the best daycare in Conyers AND Covington and be a pushover. My guess would be that if you are not happy with Elisa you are doing something that you shouldnt be doing - like poaching teachers for your personal use. I would be curious where the people with the negative reviews have taken their kids because believe me, you get what you pay for. To the former teacher, there have been some teachers there that I have not liked and they did not last long at all. I expect Elisa demands a level of professionalism that many people do not meet and I am thankful for that because if they dont meet her expectations as a teacher, then they sure as hell wouldnt meet mine as a parent. There is no other place in our neck of the woods that I would even consider dropping my kids off at. If you are on the fence about this place - dont be. The women here love the kids, love the parents and in return I love them for that. We all want to know we are dropping our kids off somewhere that they will be loved and taken care of when we cant be there for them, and I firmly believe that is what happens when I drop my kids off on a daily basis at Kids R Kids.

It is unfortunate that this lady has come back and left another negative review 4 months after being gone from this school. I encourage everyone to make their own decision and I invite you for an unannounced tour anytime. You will see what a wonderful and caring family we are. We go above and beyond to please everyone but unfortunately there are some people that cannot be pleased. Use your own judgement and come in!!!!This last review was given by a lady that has completely fabricated the out of ratio accusation. She was a gossip in the school and created many problems among the teachers by meddling and is well known to be a chronic, daily complainer. The cook can write and read, how would she ever survive in a massive kitchen with labels, allergies for children, etc. A perfect example of the credibility of this woman. I have asked every teacher in that room if they are ever out of ratio and they all agreed absolutely not. We have 4 Directors and they are here to fill in whenever needed in order to keep ratios from being over, the 4 administrators have been here for 13 years and the other 3 for 27 plus and Melody and MIchele can work with any age group and do when necessary. This lady also has been soliciting all 4 teachers in the baby room and is currently using our 2 year old teacher at night without my knowledge until today when I asked all teachers about ever being out of ratio and the problematic parent. It is very poor character to solicit or try to steal a classroom teacher for your own. This shows her character entirely, self-motivated without regard for the other families or children. This all began because I addressed her incorrect accusations and gossip about incorrect ratios and it made her mad. There are other great reviews here and we have made many families extremely happy.

Daughter received a bite from other kid and they didnt call me to let me know, got there to pick her up and they had a report about the accident.As a parent I started to ask why and where was the teacher. Requested to speak to the owner and she never showed up. Got a call from the owner one day after and didnt say sorry and started to call me ridiculous when I said coul sue them since they didnt call me when this happened

I donot recommend anyone place their child in the care of this facility. They claim they are a 5 star facility but I’m not sure who is rating them because that is a lie. My son and daughter have been on the care of this facility since June of 2017. My 1 year old has been sick every week running a fever because he has a virus every week. I took my child to numerous doctors and they continue to tell me that something is going on in the daycare. They don’t take the infants outside at all which they are suppose to per state regulations, they also do not sanitize as they should. They have lots of rockers that have cotton material that are not washed on a daily bases. I have been told by staff that it is impossible to sanitize the entire room and hat the infant room is always over ratio. I have seen it with my own eyes but 4 staff members have now confirmed it for me that this center is always out of ratio. The director Eliza is very rude and disrespectful to parents and her staff per her staff and i have heard her 1st hand being rude to then and parents. She also has a review on here where she took her cooks phone and wrote the review herself per her cook at the center. The cook can’t read nor right and stated that Eliza took her phone and wrote whatever she wanted to make the center look better than it is. I have always loved the franchise Kids R Kids but this location in Conyers Ga Honeycreek is a disgrace to the franchise. Eliza does not know how to speak with parents nor her staff she referred to me as (This Woman) when I had questions regarding ratio and sanitization. She was very rude and I will be reporting my findings to bright from the start the agency that is over all the childcare centers in Georgia. I care about not only my children’s health but all the children in this center and this center needs to be investigated and put on a probationary period for a time frame to get things right. My children will be leaving the center as of today. I have proof that this center is out of ratio at times and also have no real evaluation plan for the infant room. Eliza needs to be replaced, she is not good for the position of director any longer. They feed the children candy for breakfast but claim to provide healthy meals, candy as in sugar pop tarts. She is money hungry and is not focused on the children she Eliza is focused on making money for the center. If you receive any type of assistance to pay your childcare from any agencies she also treats you less than. We are a military family and we expected more from this center than what we received.

I always knew that they were very money hungry but I stayed because I was new to the area and my daughter really liked her new friends there.... My daughter attended pre-K there but after coming back the next year when I signed her up for the after school program they had pretty much a whole new staff and it just was not the same. I had one that was very rude and to top it off I came to get my daughter about 6pm...looking all over the school cant find her, freaking out....the staff just sat there not really concerned telling me well she was checked in....seriuosly:-/ just to find her in a dark classroom by herself in the corner because the teacher left her there I guess forgetting about her after gathering all of the kids to put them all in another room..NO accountability!! Nothing! Very disappointed!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone

Unnecessary rudeness and unorganized.The owner rudely confronted me because she thought i didnt pay due to their paper and pencil record method.I have always been a no problem parent for years but she is rude and money hungry.earlier in the year i confronted them about letting my son watch TV and play video games on a school day but nothing changed.Homework was never done. Ive decided to move him to another daycare next week.Very unprofessional and lacking structure.

I am frustrate because the Teacher is not a teacher. I will be submitting more details later.
