I love this school. My son has been going since he was 1 yrs old. They do activities within the school and son is socially opening up to other kids. He is 2 yrs old currently and is in a class with 22 other kids. But there is always 2-3 teachers in the class. If you have any concerns they are willing to address them and cater to your child. GREAT DAYCARE!

Discovery Point Conyers treats children in their care just like they treat family. They go way beyond the call of duty when it come to caring for each child. This is a locally owned business and its owners truly care about this community and the families and children they serve.

My daughter who is 10 has been going to this daycare since she was 6 weeks. My son is 3 and I wouldnt put them anywhere else. Every place has their issues, but I wouldnt trade this place for anything. They are like family. You have your problems but when you work together its awesome. If you are looking for a caring place this is that place. The only time I see people say bad things is when they are asked to leave or have a disagreement. So if that issue would not have happen would you still be there. Sometimes you have to read within the anger. I love it and would recommend them to anyone.

I don’t know what everybody else is experiencing but my granddaughter been here since she was about one and she will be 5 next May ..This school has done a good job to me 👏🏾

They flat out abuse children here. If you care about your kids dont take them here. Cheaper is not worth kids getting hurt.

This is one of the worst place ever to work and send your kidsAs a concern parent like myself I was always involved in my son education and this the WRONG PLACE FOR YOUR PRECIOUS BABIES MRS BEVERLY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL SHE REFUSED TO LET ME SEE THE TAPE OF MY SON AFTER SHE TOUCH HIM THEN SHE PUT HIM OUT A 5 year old wit 2 weeks remaining cusring at him saying you getting out of my school how rude is that to tell a child in your center but worst place ever to send your child try the school system it’s better than any of these places and it’s coming from a parent that’s has an early childhood Associate degree !!! Please choose better I wish I did

Do not send your children to this school. The staff is unprofessional except for a couple which is Ms.Betty and Ms. Sarah. I chose this daycare on a whim because I was having another child and I needed something a little more affordable. Biggest mistake regarding choosing a daycare. So, I walked in to visit the location a few months ago and the director had a unfriendly demeanor about herself but after introducing myself she was a tad bit more courteous . (Her initial disposition didnt change much though, in the mornings when I dropped of my kids, she would just look through the glass window as if she hates her job and not say anything to you, unless you spoke first) So after having my second child, I had to drop off my oldest who was around 17 months. Imagine walking in with a two week old in a car seat and another holding hand while hes trying to get away. . I was struggling and yet Mrs.Graham just sat there and looked at me on multiple locations. While this may be small it confirmed that their customer service was something that needed huge improvement. Im a stickler for great customer service.In addition, Im very big on semantics so I choose my words wisely and they dont understand the importance of that. I told Ms. Rita not to call my new baby spoil and she turned around and corrected me. I was livid but I chose to bite my tongue because I didnt want to argue. In addition to that if your breastfeeding they are not knowledgeable of the guidelines of feeding. I was asked on several occasions to bring in extra food, or even suggested formula after telling them multiple times that exclusively breastfeeding babies only need 1-1.5 oz for every hour. Ive also expressed several times that my oldest doesnt drink milk and that almond milk was preferred, Beverly agreed and then on multiple occasions they continued to give him cows milk. Thank God he wasnt allergic.The owner(Beverly)is also very unprofessional and untrustworthy . During hurricane Irma, Conyers school district were out of school and they sent an email to say school was out but we will get an email regarding the next day. So around 7 pm I checked my email so I can plan accordingly, nothing, so I replied back to the email and the owner said, check Facebook. How unprofessional is that? The same amount of time it took for you to write that you could have said yes or no! Also, lastly I have to question the safety of my child because my oldest who is now 2 dreads going to schools since Ms. Betty is on leave. One day I saw a mark under his arm that looked like someone pinched him so hard that it left a mark. Beverly was suppose to get back with me on her findings via video and she never did. I held my tongue on that as well because I didnt want conflict with someone who was watching my child. My oldest child also contracted the Hands Foot and Mouth disease that comes from other children or adults who have questionable hygiene. My child has not gone anywhere in the last two weeks excepts for school and home, and no one in our household has it! Even after all of that the only reason why i took so long to pull him, was because I didnt have proof that they hurt him and he had a really hard time transitioning to this school, so I didnt want to have to put him through that so soon but the inevitable happen today and I decided to tell the owner that I would seek other options and I needed a week to research other daycares to ensure my next decision would be the right one! However, she decided to tell me not to bring the kids back( another unprofessional move). I was courteous enough to give her notice when I didnt have too but again what can I expect from unprofessional person? There are tons of stories but Ill save that for the email I will be sending Bright from the Start and corporate. Bottom line, if you dont care about professionalism, and the well being of your child then be my guest but I would never base my decision on money ever again!
