I have hosted 2 birthday parties here. The facility is very clean from the pool to the changing rooms and viewing rooms. The staff is very friendly, engaging and accommodating. In my experience they all go above and beyond. This place has seriously given me zero stress in planning and As hosting parents we are able to enjoy the party also. My children love it so much they request it as their bday venue again and how can I turn that down. I have several friends who have also booked parties and taken classes and are all very happy as well.

Kids first is an incredible place. They can potentially help save your childs life. They are great with our autistic son.

This school is great! Weve tried numerous swim schools in the area, and this is the only place that was able to give enough attention to my child so he was actually able to learn. The pool is not overcrowded like many other swim places, and it is very clean with plenty of changing rooms available. Vinny has been my sons instructor since we have been a part of the school, and has gotten him to go from level 1 - 4 in just one year! This was a child that was afraid to go underwater when he first started... and now hes learning back stroke and jumping in the pool on his own! We are so pleased with our experiences so far!

My 6 year old grand daughter went to a 5 week swim class here. An absolutely terrible experience from the instructors to the owner. The life gaurds and instructors are young with out any adult supervision at the 5:00 class we attended. One class we attended it was raining and the roof was leaking to the point where a ceiling tile fell to the floor right where the toys were. We did bring this to the attention of one of the young employees and they did nothing, thank goodness this did not fall on a child. As far as instruction they put my granddaughter in level 2, after 5 weeks they indicated that she needed to remain in level 2 because she had not mastered floating. Of all 5 classes, only in one class did they work on floating (after a complaint to the owner who was present) not one instructor worked on floating with her which was her only weak area. We did speak to the owner who had a wonderful excuse for all the short comings, she knew the roof leaked but did nothing to protect the children who played under that area. One instructor told my daughter my granddaughter would move up to level 3 then I was told by another instructor she needed to remain in level 2. There is a different level of instruction when the owner is on site. Unfortunately the 5 oclock classes had no adult supervision and we did not get what we were promised. I will say we did speak with other parents who questioned what was going on like we did. Would not recommend this swim class, the owner absoulty took no responsibility for any of these shortcomings.

If I could give a zero I would. My 3 year old daughter went for six weeks. The instructors are young (teenagers) and so is the lifeguard. I wasn’t too thrilled with her instructor because she lacked any kind of enthusiasm and seemed to get distracted easily, but i kept my daughter in the class because she loved it and was getting a lot out of the curriculum.Today, the inattentiveness put my daughter in danger. Her instructor turned her back to her to have a conversation with another instructor. My daughter started trying to float on her own but kept slipping backwards and going under water. My mother and I were watching and immediately noticed there was a problem, meanwhile all of the instructors AND the lifeguard were oblivious. We started banging on the glass and still nothing. Finally I ran in and yelled which finally got one of the instructors to help her.I spoke with the owner afterwards who said her instructors told her that my daughter was safely floating. My daughter is 3 years old in a level 1 class. She does not know how to float on her own, and even if she did, her instructor should not have had her back to her.The owner said she would talk to her staff but honestly didn’t seem that concerned. The right response would have been to seek us out when I grabbed my daughter out of the pool to make sure she was ok. Instead I had to get her attention while she was typing on her phone. My daughter is ok thank goodness but she said “nobody saved me” when we got home. This place is unsafe and needs to have better training and rules, or adults in the pool.
