My 3 yr old son has been attending the Commack location for a few months now. They have been nothing but wonderful. His swim teacher, Stephanie, has been patient, caring, and kind to him. He takes a while to warm up to new people, and Stephanie continues to build a connection with him at each lesson. We will miss her, but wish her the best of luck at college!

Their new location has soooo much potential but its not ran properly.Theyre understaffed, its impossible to get the same swim instructor, also if you have any make up days, they cant look past the present week to book that make up, so if there are no spots available that week then you have to keep calling to see if theres a a cancellation.I wish my daughter could have the same instructor but every time is someone new, so no one really knows if she has advance or learned something in her class.This is also the 3rd time her instructor calls out and they dont give you a heads up when you walk in or a courtesy call. So now my child is with an instructor shes never met and crying during her class (shes 15 months)They moved to this new location in January 2021, it is October 2021 and they STILL only have 1 changing table available. How is that possible? At least get some extra folding tables from Home Depot in the mean time. But anytime my daughter gets out of her class we have to wait in line for a changing table. Absurd.

My grandaughter had a wonderful experience with miss Ashley at her first lesson at safety swim. I highly recommend this facility !

The 2 coaches my kids have are great and very understanding of my kids needs. the Staff is always willing to work with our schedules.

We brought our daughter to Saf-T-Swim in Commack when she was 3 months old and it was the best decision we could make. We received a great promotion to get her started to make sure she liked it and we have been going there ever since (shes turning 4 in January)! We just started lessons with our 3 month old daughter, thats how much we love this place. The staff and teachers (especially Dylan) are outstanding. Theyre professional, outgoing and really work with the kids to teach them important lessons in safety. Our daughter has grown into a very strong swimmer; we couldnt be happier. My wife and I highly recommend them!

We travel from Nassau to this location because of how great the staff is! My son has been with Dylan since he was 2 months old and has so much fun with her. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule as my work schedule changed. Definitely recommend this location!

Both of my boys have been going to classes here since they are 6 months old. The teachers are OUTSTANDING! Every teacher they have is warm, encouraging and very supportive. I cannot praise this amazing team of teachers more - especially since they is by no means an easy job. I do agree with other reviews that the management is difficult to work with sometimes but this is not a reason to have your children miss out on working with the wonderful teachers!

Instructors are pretty good, but management is constantly cancelling lessons--very annoying!

I was really impressed by the progress my little boy made here. He absolutely loved every session and the instructors did a great job helping through the things he struggled with. Its crazy expensive though, but a great way to get your kids ready for the water in quick time.

This swim school makes you feel like give us money and well work when we feel like . Waste of time and money.

The instructors are good the problem is management. For instance, I would sign up for a package and then they would give my sessions away to another client. This incident happened a couple of times. Ive heard the same complaint from other parents.

I was taking my girls for a little bit over 3 years to this facility. One of my girls teachers was amazing, very encouring and friendly. But I have to say that most of the staff including managers are very unprofessional and show a Huge lock of costumers servise. My youngest daughter was stuck in the same level 3 for a very long time and when I asked why she was not moving, they would never have an answer for me. Is just a way of taking out money out of your pockets every week. It is totally Impossible to talk to a supervisor or a general manager if you ask to. Im very disappointed that I had to leave this place because the lack of costumer service in this location.
