We had our first lessons last week for my boys (ages 5 and 2). It was fantastic. The instructors and staff were amazing and super friendly and I really liked the facilities. The small class sizes and one on one attention was perfect. I am looking forward to having my kids in their weekly swim lessons for years to come.

I have two boys with lessons twice a week. We have been going for a little over a month now. Our experience has been wonderful and they really help my oldest work through some of his fears of the water. We have worked with 3 different instructors and find all of them friendly and encouraging.

The reason I give it 1 star is for a major reason. There is no continuity of care between the staff. If you have to reschedule or even get your first lesson there is no contact after. When you do make contact things are not put into your student file and the next staff member has no clue what transpired. For example they do not keep track of who you do your first class with so then if you call back it is a mess. If you have to reschedule a day one lady may know but the lady that is there when u arrive has absolutely no idea and it is a mess for 10 minutes until they figure it out. The instructing is good but not worth the head ache

Our kiddos are making great progress at SafeSplash. Weve done lessons at a number of other places but this has been the best by far. The entire place is clean and inviting. Staff is very friendly. Goggles are available for purchase along with drinks and snacks.

Our 6 month old had her first swim lesson this week. Laura, one of the assistant managers, was fantastic. She was so patient and enthusiastic as she answered our many questions and made us feel so welcome. Miss Rachel, our daughter’s swim instructor, was equally welcoming. She took extra time explaining things to me and made me feel so comfortable while in the pool with my daughter for the first time. We signed up right after the class and will be going to many more classes in the future!

Fantastic environment and energy!!! Small class sizes. Everyone is so upbeat and positive. I was very impressed!

We cannot say enough about the entire team at SafeSplash. Our boys have taken swim lessons here for nearly two years and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Friendly and patient instructors are the standard at SafeSplash. We would absolutely recommend SadeSpalsh to anyone looking for swim lessons for any age or experience levels. Great front desk staff! But not the best swim school if your swimmer needs the extra push. My swimmer has been swimming for 2 years at a different location and passed his water safety before coming to Safe Splash!We had heard such great things about this location & decided to give it a try.. I told them about about his current swim level, even showed the instructor multiple videos of him floating and other techniques he had learned. After a month the teacher said she still didn’t feel comfortable enough to make him float..I will be going back to my old swim school.. hopefully he doesn’t forgot all that he had learned. Definitely don’t push the students & move at a slower pace.

I love how much personalized attention my kiddo gets. The coaches really know her, and focus their lessons on working with her, rather than just going through the motions.

My children love going to Safe Splash! They have noticeably improved their swimming skills. Amber, Laura and their team consistently provide outstanding customer service.

Great staff and facility. My daughter went here for several months for group lessons. We only stopped going because it was a 30 minute drive for us. Over the course of a few months, she was able to float on her own and also started learning a few strokes. She always was excited to go to class and had a great time. The instructors there are very patient with the kids. I love the monthly Splash and Tell where you are able to talk with their instructor to hear about the progress theyve made. I highly recommend SafeSplash!

Love, love, love Safe Splash in the Springs. The staff totally make this swim school safe, fun, and enjoyable! We love Coach Elizabeth, Amber, Laura, and Tracey the owner who always make us feel like family! My kids both started when they were babies and I love seeing how much they progress!

Such great quality swim lessons and Im picky! My 3 yr old and my 8yr old have been going here since last summer and they have NEVER let us down and always gone out of there way for us if we needed. The staff are amazing and always helpful. The facility is awesome! Love that the kids go in on their own and the parents have 100% perfect view of the entire pool through the glass. Literally do not have ONE thing to say that i didnt like. LOVE THEM!

My kids love SafeSplash! I love that they are being challenged and making improvements in their swimming. The instructors are caring, but also get down to business of teaching swimming. They aren’t going to put up with kids doing things halfway. I love that. But they still make it lots of fun. The warm water is a huge plus. I feel like the kids learn so much more because they are comfortable in the water.

My kids were both terrified of the water - the instructors are so sweet and patient with getting kids comfortable in the water. Also, the small groups are great because it pushes the kids to do more with a little competition and it isnt too many of them to feel intimidated or like they arent getting enough attention. This is our second year using SafeSplash and we have had different instructors to fit our schedule and we have never had one that my kids didnt love. My kids now look forward to swim every week! Whats great is they are learning and improving this life saving skill but they just see it as having fun in the pool!

We absolutely love bringing our daughter here. From the time you walk in to when you leave, the staff makes you feel very welcome. The front desk staff are so accommodating when it comes to make ups and altering classes. My daughter has absolutely adored her instructor and made incredible progress with him. He recently left but everyone was very communicative through the process which made us feel so much better about the transition. I have never had a negative experience here!

Our kids have been going there for a bit of time now and all I have to say is fantastic! The instructors are phenomenal and are great with the kids. Friendly and helpful staff and a great place for the kids to learn and enhance their swimming skills!

They did a good job helping my wifes nephew learn how to swim. He had a blast.

Super clean!!! Thats not the most important aspect of this swim school... but it got you to read further :)Comfy seating area for waiting parents (and patient siblings), with a wall of windows to see your wee ones achieve greatness. Tons of food nearby when you realize you forgot to take that thing out of the freezer. A ton of showers for the students, and floor to ceiling changing room walls.Now for the important part: the instructors. Folks can say theyre all high energy and super enthusiastic, and that works for some kids but not all. Ive borne witness to their characters change per the needs of the students, but still maintain focus on the training tasks at hand. My kiddos have fun with them, and want to make their parents AND instructors proud. Theyve learned so much, and the learning tempo has never skipped a beat. They look forward to class so much!All in all a fantastic learning facility, bounds above the rest, and weve certainly tried a number of them. Totally worth it!

Ms. Amanda was FANTASTIC!! My daughter normally feels incredibly uncomfortable with anyone but me in the water (especially without her floaties), and getting to see her feel so comfortable, safe, and having FUN with a friendly, completely competent instructor made my whole world glow. Rosemary cant wait to come back!!

This is an excellent swim school! My kids both progressed nicely. The instructors they had were exceptional with kids and made learning fun. They always praised them for a job well done. It really meant a lot to me to watch my kids interact with them and be able to watch them learn without being a distraction. I would most definitely recommend this school for your swimmer. The staff is so fun, caring and all around spectacular!

Safe splash is so good with my kids I cant believe it. My son was scared of getting in the pool and the safe splash team new just what to do and helped him build up confidence to get in the water. After his lesson my son told me he was so proud of himself and he really loved it. Great teachers and staff here, youre kids will love it.

Our 3 year old had never been in the pool before until Safe Splash. She was incredibly apprehensive at first, but once Ms. Julie got her into the pool, she immediately felt at home with Ms. Julie. We had to pry her out of the pool. Same with Ms. Elizabeth. The instructors are calm but fun, energetic and encouraging. Taylor loves her swim lessons. I would highly recommend to anyone and the prices are good.

Wonderful facility with a friendly inviting staff. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate any requests/ reschedules/ class times/ class changes. My children have been enrolled for 4 years now and we have yet to come across any conflict or customer service issue. Exactly the opposite, they have always gone out of their way to schedule my children at the same time (different class levels) making it more convenient for me. I can’t say enough good things. I love the small class sizes and personal attention my child receives. The instructors are all amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. We became members when the Monument location opened. After an entire summer taking lessons at a pool where the class size was very large, my child would still not jump into the pool or put his face in the water. After 3 lessons at Safe Splash, he had no fear of the water at all and was starting to learn swimming strokes. He is now working to toward the level 5 certification and loves to swim. We couldnt be happier!

Small swim lesson groups. Water temperature is perfect. Other indoor pools maintain water temperature cold for lap swimmers and younger kids shiver or are cold the entire time. Prefer Safe Splash lessons and indoor pool.

We drive all the way from Lake George for this swim school. Isaac has both of my girls in different classes and his is so patient with them. The water is so warm too, which helps :) we will continue the drive for this great swim school.

We’ve only had two classes but my daughter has gained more confidence in the water in those two classes than spending an entire week in my parents’ pool. I’m telling everyone I know about safe splash because I love it so much!

We love this place! Everyone is friendly and kind and go out of their way to make you feel welcome! Its very clean and instructors are fantastic!! I have a toddler with a Mind of his own and they always to get him to participate! I cant say enough good things about the facility or people.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. We have been going since they day they opened and will be here for years more. The owners and staff are exceptional, friendly, caring, and helpful. My kiddo absolutely loves going there and has learned so much. The owners are almost always there and are so friendly and always take time to say hi and see how you are doing. The teachers are patient and fantastic at what they do. Classes are small at 4 students max so you know your kid is getting plenty of attention. The instructors are fabulous about working with each student on what they need in a addition to the general things they work on in each class. They have multiple instructors, a life guard, and a deck supervisor at the pool at all times so you know your child is safe and being closely watched. The facility is always kept extremely clean, and provides multiple showers and individual dressing rooms, a play area and tv for the kids while they are waiting, and they are always awesome about lending a pair of goggles or other items if you happen to forget yours. This school goes above and beyond in every aspect. Highly recommend!!!!!

The staff are amazing here. Each and every peeson from the front desk to the instructors never fail to have a smile on their face and its infectious. My child learns quickly here and loves her lessons. Highly recommended.

Good small classes but as a result they fill up and it can be difficult for your kid to progress. If youre with the same instructor though the teacher can remember to just teach your kid more advanced stuff.
