My 1.5 year old daughter just started swimming lessons here & we have been absolutely blown away, she swims with Ms Sophia & my daughter adores her! Such a well kept building & everyone we’ve encountered has been so kind, I love to watch my daughter blossom & learn!

Little Swim Fins is great. Our son has been going there since he was 4 months old. He is now 3. Everyone there knows him and vise versa. I feel that he would be safe if he ever fell into a pool or other water.

I love little Finns. They are so friendly, the instructors are great and really care. The administration also will do what they can to accommodate you and are reasonable. When my husband is gone for work, they allow me to bring my 2 year old to play by the pool so I can still take aqua babies classes with my baby! How wonderful is that?! They reply quickly and answer questions in reasonable time. Definitely recommend!

We started swim lessons about a year ago and it was one of the best decisions we made. We found Ms. Jill and she worked incredibly well with our son. She was patient with him and encouraged him to keep trying. It didnt take long for him to start passing levels and gain more skills. Ms. Jill also worked with our 2 year old daughter, who was not the easiest to work with because she refused everything. Ms. Jill was again patient but also made our daughter realize she could be comfortable in water. We also schedule with Ms. Suzanna and she is gentle and makes our daughter feel comfortable. Ms. Suzanna has worked really hard to our daughter improving her skills, she is truly a blessing! These two instructors have turned our kids into little fish!

We LOVE little fins!!! As an adult who is nervous around water, I found it extremely important to introduce water safety to my kids. I want them to be safe and comfortable around water and Little Fins is the key to that success.My children had and absolutely adored Miss Emma and were super sad to see her leave- but Miss Jill now works with my boys and is amazing and extremely knowledgeable in helping my 4 year old and almost 1 year old. I LOVE that she picks up on what motivates my preschooler, and uses that to her advantage. It’s GREAT! My sister in another state follows Miss Jill on Tik Tok and was very excited to learn my children have a “celebrity swim instructor.” 😉All in all- we ❤️ Little Fins, Miss Jill and the program they teach. If you want your kids learn how to swim, Union Little Fins this is the right place for you in Colorado Springs. One on one instruction is outstanding at an affordable price you will not regret. My kids have so much fun. My 5 year old, when he started, was afraid of the deep pool. But it only took 4 lessons with Mr. Art and he felt comfortable in the deep pool. Now he swims and jumps into the big pool. Amazing. My 4 year old loves her lessons with Ms. Alina. She can float and roll onto her back like a champ already. She also was afraid of the deep pool. No more. Management is top! They work with you and do everything to make their customers happy. Thank you.

We have absolutely loved our time at Little Fins swim School! Our amazing teacher Ms.Jill built trust with my kiddos and helped them become comfortable in the water. They are little fish now! I love coming here with my boys. Very outgoing and friendly staff. It helps to have instructors that are very interactive and encouraging to our boys. My son went from being terrified of getting into the water to jumping in and floating straight onto his back with joy. We saw a huge difference with Ms Jill and how encouraging and determined she was to get him there. Its nice seeing Jill take initiative and help other instructors with different techniques to help a child out. On countless occasions she has given pointers to my babys instructors. Ms Chelsea is great with the baby and very animated when it comes to cheering him on and encouraging him to get his back floats. Both boys always feel comfort with both Ms Jill and Ms Chelsea. We have had different instructors and each one is great. Its nice to ask the staff and figure out with instructors work well with your childs needs. They have gone above and beyond with guiding us in the right direction. Ms Lexi has always been great with helping us out as well as Ms Emma. Lauri is great to work with scheduling and questions as well. We love them all!

My daughter has been going to Little Fins Swim School since she was 8 months old. By 10 months she was water safe. 4 years later and she still looks forward to her weekly lessons. She is working on all her strokes (breaststroke, butterfly, freestyle, and backstroke) to get stronger and learn the breath timing for each. She loves Ms. Jill to the moon and back. Jill is so patient with her and knows how to encourage her each week. Ms. Jill makes learning flip turns and take offs fun for Angie each week. Play time is a highlight, especially when her and Ms. Jill practice diving together. Thanks to Little Fins and Ms. Jill, Angies confidence grows each week and she feels like she is seeing family each week. I would recommend Little Fins to anyone who wants their kiddos to learn. The management team has always listened and worked through any issues we have had. If I could give 10 🌟 stars I would.

Little Fins is one of the best swim schools we have been to! Their teaching techniques are focused on safety, confidence and skill, which creates strong swimmers. My 4-year old has been going since she was 1-year and can currently do multiple strokes, both standing and knee dives and is an incredibly confident swimmer for how shy she is. Much of this confidence has been due to Ms. Jill and her immeasurable patience and skill in guiding young swimmers. Look no further if you want to grow excellent swimmers!

My kids have been swimming at Little Fins for a couple years now. My 6 year old is perfecting his backstroke, free style and breast stroke and beginning to learn the butterfly stroke. My 3 year old is water safe, can do a back stroke and is learning freestyle. Ms. Jill has been a phenomenal instructor and my 3 year old will only swim with her. She is just the right amount of assertive and fun with extra patience. She clearly knows what she is doing and I have watched her successfully teach so many kids how to be safe in the water! I highly recommend her!

My girl started at 3 months in the mommy + me class, and after the COVID-19 shut down, got into the infant survival class with Ms. Jill at 7 months. We feel very confident in her training & love that our girl is practicing such valuable skills so young. She is now 11 months & doing amazing!! We love little fins! We have had our girls here since they were infants and now we feel safe and comfortable with them in the pool and around water! We love Little Fins and have been taking our children here for about two years. When we travel, I have such peace of mind trusting that my children know what to do in and around water. When other children are terrified of jumping in, mine are delighted. When my two year old son starts to panic because he can no longer touch the bottom of the pool, his training kicks in and he floats up on his back. All of the instructors have been amazing, especially Ms. Jill. She’s great with my children and knows exactly when to push them and when to relax and have fun. I thought I would stop our lessons after my kids learned infant survival, but we just keep coming to teach them how to actually swim now.

Gosh, where do I even begin? We absolutely LOVE Little Fins and simply adore Ms. Kory. We started taking our daughter there when she was just 15 months old and it blew our minds how quickly she progressed. Ms. Kory is so nurturing and patient (you can tell shes a mom) and walked us through every step of the process. Its not easy to trust somebody in the pool with your little one and I had full confidence in her from the start. Cant recommend this place enough!

My son and I started out with Aqua babies when he was around 10 months old (now 2.5).When I moved him to one-on-one lessons he started out with Ms. Brittany who was fantastic. We were sad to see her go, but she made sure to put my son with another instructor, Ms. Jill who is an absolutely fantastic fit for him. Ms. Jill pushes my son, but is patient and always encouraging. He passed water safety with Ms. Jill and is now on to learning how to swim-float-swim. We drive an hour each way for swimming lessons with Ms. Jill and it is well worth the time and money spent. My 5 year old has been going for several months and now my 8 month old and we finally found Veronica for my 5 year old and Chelsea for my 8 month old and they are awesome. So kind and patient with my girls and their journey to become comfortable with floating and going under water. They never seem frazzled or overwhelmed with the crying (from any kiddos they have who are nervous) and while they allow my girls to learn at their own pace they know just how to encourage them to step outside of their comfort zone so they can progress! Wow, how else can I explain how my wife and I feel about Ms.Cori and little fins swim school. My son Jayden is blind and has autism, for him to trust someone new takes just short of a miracle. We have always tried to get Jayden to swim before, but he wasnt having that. And now after only six swim lessons with Ms.Cori . He will jump in the pool, swim, dive for rings, float around on his back . We have seen our son grow so fast in just six weeks. Im so proud of my big boy Jayden, I have tears of Joy . I loved having my toddler attend this swim academy! They are so nice and very calm. Very good with kids of all ages! The pricing was decent as well! Although we only attended for 2 months, it was very much worth it!!

Here to say we love Little Fins! We feel safe and their covid response is fantastic. The administration is so helpful with scheduling and finding the right instructor for your child’s specific needs. Ms. Joi is sweet, and simply great with my one year old. Mr. Kee is patient and amazing with my ADHD six year old. They look forward to going every week. We couldn’t be happier.

This is a ridiculous establishment. We have been loyal customers of Little Fins for over 4 years and have not had any issues with the instructors, however the management team has a problem with maintaining similar loyalty and respect to their customers. They have gone as far to default on our contracted plans in attempt to set new pricing rates at a higher cost for services. It is shame that the instructors and the kids are the ones to suffer at the greed and lack of loyalty by Little Fins Management. I would not recommend this establishment for any service and would recommend trying to hire privately with swim instructors in the Colorado Springs area.

Little fins is a life saver. I started my daughter at 6 months old and now she is four and swims every day. Miss Jill was incredible and helped her pass three swim levels and break through some of her fears. Jill knew when to push her and when to try a different tactic. I put my son in classes at six months as well and he is one and able to float on his back. We moved to DC and our place has a pool, but I know that because of Jill (and Brittany) my little ones are water safe. Thank you little fins!

Too many hidden fees and they never answer their phone. Don’t take your child here there’s a lot of other great swim schools in the area

Ms. Chelsea is awesome! She has helped my daughter fave her fears and learn water safety! She modifies her lessons depending on how brave she is feeling and my daughter loves lessons with her!

The instructors here are amazing. Very patient yet able to instill the fundamentals quickly. My son loves coming here. And i see big progression every week!

Our two kids started at Little Fins a little over one month ago and it is the BEST decision we have made for water safety! We have had Ms. Megan from day one and we absolutely LOVE her! She developed trust and rapport with my kids and our family right away. My children look forward to their swim lesson every week and have made an incredible amount of progress in a short period of time! As a mother, I am forever grateful for Little Fins and Ms. Megan. This company has horrible customer service and is soooo beyond unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could. I highly recommend looking for somewhere else if you care about your children’s experience learning to swim.When I reached out to the owners after an issue we were having when our instructor left we were met with insults and very unprofessional comments. Even if we found a new instructor, after that conversation I would absolutely never give these people my business.

Awesome experience. My daughter had been going to swim lessons at the YMCA for around two years and she just wasnt getting it (no fault to the y.) Ms Shay has gone above and beyond in teaching my daughter the basics of swimming and most importantly survival skills if she were to fall in to a pool on accident. I would recommend Ms Shay and little fins to anyone.

My kiddos have been swimming here for over 7 months and they absolutely love the school and instructors. They have gone from not being water safe to not only that but so much more. My 4 year old son used to be so scared of floating and putting his face in to now diving in the deep end and floating like its fun time. And I have to give credit to all instructors who have worked with him. My 6 year old daughter was just learning everything to now diving and learning all of her strokes. It has been amazing to see my kiddos show huge progress in 7 months. I would highly recommend this school. They are worth every penny. We had an issue with regards to a refund we were seeking due to lessons that we could not make up and after discussions with the owner - who really took the time to listen to our problems with navigating their return process they have in place - we were issued a refund - which we were very appreciate of! I also want to say that the instructor we work with (Jeanne) is absolutely fantastic in teaching/coaching our daughter! We highly recommend Little Fins Swim School!!

We have been really impressed with Little Fins! My daughter started taking one-on-one swim lessons at 5 and she is now 6. She started with some strong skills from years of going to a pool but Ms. Mel quickly helped her learn all of the strokes. She has blossomed into an amazing swimmer with Ms. Mel’s help! My daughter and wife have been swimming with little fins since my daughter was just a few months old. The mommy and me swim groups make both the momma and kiddo very comfortable. Moving up to the lessons, the first focus for the instructors is the safety of my little one. They teach basic water safety skills in a fun and relaxing way, and once again the staff makes it a very comfortable experience for the parents and the kiddos. My little mermaid is now 19 months old, and we go to Little Fins twice per week where she asks for her favorite instructor by name!Thanks for the fun, relaxing, and enjoyable time teaching these little ones all about being water safe!

Water safety is so important for kids of all ages and abilities. When I had a friend lose a child to a tragic drowning incident, I decided that I needed to make sure that my daughter was water safe. My daughter has special needs and has attention difficulties and sensory sensitivities, however all the instructors we have worked with have been great with her and let her learn at her own pace. We currently have one-on-one lessons with Mr. Art and he is amazing! He pushes her to do her best while also being compassionate and patient. My daughter has come so far in her swimming abilities! I can’t recommend Little Fin’s enough!

Ms. Kory is AMAZING! My 18-month-old son desperately needed water safety skills (aka no fear of the water!). He didn’t like the idea of swimming without mom, but Ms. Kory quickly made him comfortable. Moreover, in just 4 lessons she has knowledgeably and skillfully introduced him to basic water safety and built his skills - he’s already floating on his own for up to 30 seconds at time! I cannot say enough good things about Little Fins & Ms. Kory!!

My twins have been at little fins since they were 6 months old. They see Miss Kory who is absolutely terrific with them. She cares for kiddos as if they where her own. You can tell she loves teaching them and loves them. The swim school is so cute and I promise you they are the best in town. They really want your children to learn water safety and it’s importance. We have only had a few lessons at little fins, and we are already super impressed. Miss Brittany M. is absolutely incredible! She knows exactly how to adapt her lesson and approach depending on what mood our 16 month old daughter is in. Each lesson we see major improvement. Her patience is admirable and she makes learning to swim fun. You can tell she loves what she does and really cares about her students.

First lessons back since COVID19 very clean. Social distancing is observed and they removed the couch they used to have there and replaced them with plastic chairs that are super easy to clean. Also removed the tpy corner. Probable to remove the possibility of germ sharing between kiddos. Employees not in the water wear masks. Limiting lessons allowed to be scheduled at the same time. We are happy and satisfied and comfortable with the measures taken tp ensure safety and cleanliness to prevent the spread.

We love Little Fins! Our two year old son has been with Miss Kelly from the first day and she has patiently worked with him through his separation anxiety to the point he is close to being able to self rescue. With so many accidental drowning that we hear about in the news, we feel so blessed that this school exists and places so much importance on water safety. Gymnastics and soccer classes are great, but if youre trying to decide where to allocate those precious family dollars, why not invest in a life saving skill first? The staff is incredible and the price fits into our budget without breaking the bank. You wont regret giving Miss Kelly, and Little Fins, the chance to teach your children important, life saving skills.

We have had a great experience at Little Fins Swim School. My daughter is 5 years old and loves the water but was terrified of putting her head under. She has definitely been a challenge to teach but Ms. Kory understands how to deal with fear and tears. She has adapted her teaching to fit my daughter’s learning style. She is very encouraging and great with kids. She knows just how much to push them and when to back off. My daughter has progressed every class, even through all the tears and melt downs. She loves Ms. Kory and can’t wait to go back every week. I highly recommend this swim school and especially Ms. Kory!

The instructor we worked with Chloe, was fantastic! Overall, the experience was poor and I would not go back to this facility nor would I recommend it. Naomi does such a great job with him and is always adapting to his mood and where he is for that day. I cannot say enough about this company and how well this experience has been for my little guy! Little Fins is a great swim school and I live the location on Union. Miss Kory is the best instructor and I couldnt be happier. She is always smiling, positive, and caring. She is the perfect combination of pushing my son, encouraging him, nurturing, and cuddling. I my youngest boy is 2 moths o already have him scheduled to start his lessons at 7 months with Miss Kory. Little Fins Swim School is a wonderful place for families to swim! The have a caring staff who strive to teach and help each child achieve their swimming goals! I have two sets of twins. One is a water guppy and Brittany knows how to encourage him and challenge him without boredom. The other is terrified of water and Brittany does an amazing job of keeping her calm but still encouraging the lesson. Weve tried five different swim schools and fell in love with little fins! Very very satisfied!

Ive just started taking my 17 month old to swim class. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I think everyone that works there loves kids, as it should be in this kind of business... I started with mommy and me then switched to a private infant survival class. I can say both types of classes are excellent. I love the tutorial my son receives and am confident he will be water safe in time for our vacation this summer!

I brought my 3 year old here for a pack of 10 swim lessons. His instructor was Dakota and she did such an amazing job making my son feel comfortable in water. By the end of the swim lessons, my son was able to jump in the water and float himself to the top. All of the staff here is great and super friendly. Even though there are some kids/babies that are screaming crying because theyre terrified of the water, all of the staff that Ive seen here are always so calm and caring.

Our son is almost 15 months and has been swimming here for about three months now. After a bit of a rocky start due to unforeseen circumstances with various teachers, we finally landed with Ms. Brittany and couldnt be happier. We were told to get on her schedule when we signed up and she was completely full. I dont even know how we got on her schedule but somehow we did (good luck seriously if you want her) and if you need any proof of why you should learn with her, just read the reviews on this place. She is so good we would probably leave if she ever did...we love swimming with her that much. She is kind, patient, sweet, but works your kiddo hard and they learn really quick. One of my proudest moments as a dad was watching my 15 month old do things in the pool that 4 and 5 year olds next to him just starting couldnt do. No fault of theirs, you have to start somewhere but a testament to Ms. Brittany and Little Fins. I am confident that as my son progresses, he will be ok if he ever falls in a pool and I am confident that swimming will be a life long love of his. He still cries a little when we first get there, but most days he is happy and swimming within the first five minutes. If you are just starting out just stick with it, it is hard to hear your baby scream for 30 minutes straight but it does get easier. I feel bad for the instructors they probably have migraines every day after work. Little fins as a business is very professional too. They will make up sessions with you if you miss due to sickness or vacation and are very nice about welcoming you and helping you get into the swing of things. Thank you Little Fins we are so happy we found you!

My 2yr old has been going here for almost a year now and he has made so much progress. Ms Antoinette deserves ALL of the credit as her coaching style is phenomenal. She knows just how to get my son focused and motivated, does not coddle him or sugarcoat his progress. She knows just when to praise him and is always finding new ways to better communicate what she wants him to accomplish. My sons love of the water can be directly correlated to the confidence she has helped build in him. We are so happy to have found her and my only regret is telling everyone how great she is Bc that means we have to share her. :-P

Best place to bring your children of all ages to teach them to respect the water. The instructors are trained to handle infant survival through competition swimming. The one on one teaching concept is so much more effective than group classes. Their prices are very reasonable. We love Miss Cori, she is the best.

We love Little Fins! Both my kids are going there now. My oldest started out with Tyler who did a great job with her in the group classes. Alice was terrified of the water and Tyler got her settled and confident enough that she couldnt wait to come back. We moved her to one on one classes with Jessika just this last week and Alice was super comfortable with her! My youngest Theo couldnt wait to get in the water with Ms. Ciara and is already showing confidence with her in the water!

Our primary instructor is Ms. Antoinette; she is extremely patient, she clearly cares about her students and is very dedicated to making sure that every session counts. Weve also used Mr. Art for a make up session and what he was able to accomplish in a single class was amazing. I highly recommend Little Fins for any age child.

Ms Mary was our aqua babies teacher and is now our lessons teacher. We love Ms Mary! She makes a deep connection with each of her students and you can tell how much she loves to teach. My daughter has come so far with Ms Mary in a short time, it’s truly amazing!

Love this school. They have been flexible with my constantly changing schedule and are super loving to my LO! Couldnt be more happy with their patience and care they provide. I love seeing my LO look for Ms. Antoinette before his lessons and during Mommy and Me classes

My husband and I took our sons to Little Fins Swim School to take their confidence in the water and not only grow it but also make them safe. Brittany and Rachel were amazing with our boys and we truly grew to love them each as they formed a relationship with our family. Definitely would recommend the incredible ladies at Little Fin’s to all our friends.

My little autistic boy is obsessed with water and we knew the only way to make him safe is to teach him how to swim. I knew he would need one on one attention. I tried a few different instructors looking for the right person to work with Isaac. The first time we had the opportunity to have Kathy Brocious as our instructor I knew she was the right person. She’s the perfect combination of giving him enough support yet teaching him a respect for the water and how dangerous it can be. I cannot believe the progress he has made in a couple months. He looks for Kathy as soon as he comes in the doors and is so excited to jump in the pool with her.

Little fins has taught all three of my children to swim and we would never go anywhere else!!! Haley has been absolutely wonderful in teaching our 8 month old to be water safe! Art and Haley have been wonderful at teaching my daughters stroke development. I couldnt imagine trusting anyone else with my babies!!!

I have been taking my son to the mommy and me classes since he was about 8 months old. (Hes 2 now.) Just recently we went on a camping trip at the lake. My son was in a paddle boat with my husband and he fell out of the boat. He did exactly what he learned to do and went right to his back and stayed calm until my husband grabbed him and pulled him back in. (He did of course have a life jacket on too.) I was so proud of him. Little Fins is amazing. Every instructor we have had has been awesome. Water safety is so important and I am so thankful for the skills Little Fins has taught both my son and I. We will be doing lessons very soon. Id highly recommend Little Fins to anyone with a kiddo.

My two children both attend Little Fins Swim School. We LOVE it! We started with the free trial lesson and are still with the same instructors! Ms. Tamika and Ms. Antoinette have been amazing. So great with the kids and always willing to reschedule if necessary. We were only planning on going for a month or two but have changed our minds and have no plans on stopping now!

We have been going to the Little Fins Swim School since my baby was about 8 months, he’s now 16 months.My son has been learning with Mrs. Mel and he loves her! She is so patient and nurturing and you can tell she truly enjoys her job.I am so thankful for Little Fins Swim School because these are important skills to have and my little guy is getting the best from the best!

We love Miss Kelly at Little Fins! Shes so patient with our two year old son and has helped him learn some important water safety skills that could save his life one day. Great staff and great pricing for private lessons. Theyre very flexible and make us feel like part of the family.

We are so happy to have found this place! My kids are becoming little fish and it’s amazing seeing them learn the necessary skills to save themselves if they every wound up in a water accident as well as developing confidence around water.

We have been going for one on one lessons to Little Fins at the Academy location for about 3 years and recently to the Union location. Ms. Cori is amazing. My 5 year old is very shy and weary of other people and took to Ms. Cori almost immediately. He has a blast and looks forward to each and every class. She motivates him while still making it fun and he’s now an awesome swimmer. We don’t actually live near either location but wouldn’t even think to go anywhere else! Love Ms. Cori!

Miss Brittany is an amazing teacher! In just three short months she took my 6 and 8 year olds who couldn’t even pass level 1 (water safety) to passing level four (breaststroke and backstroke). My kids are now safe and confident in the water instead of timid and scared. She was patient but challenging. Fun, but focused. I highly recommend lessons with Miss Brittany!

Miss Jen at Little Fins is an Excellent Swim Coach. Her patience and care for her students is one of a kind. My three year old Loves going to Little Fins and has improved with confidence of being in the water after each lesson. I am beyond impressed by Little Fins and the teachers. I started my first child in the Mommy and Me class when she was 9 months old. She was floating, grabbing on the side, and rolling in the water on to her back before she could even talk/crawl/walk! It was amazing! It made me feel so much safer around pools and water as we went into the summer months. Since then we have gone back each spring to continue and she picks up right where we left off. She is now 2.5 years old and swimming the length of the pool. She passed the survival test and is working on her swimming skills now. We have also started in the Mommy and Me class with my 2nd baby and hes learning just as fast and beginning to float like a champ! Dont worry mamas, it is way more scary for us then it is for the kids. They are champs! I highly recommend Little Fins Swim School!

It took us a while to find the right instructor, but once we found Miss Jen we have not looked back! My 4 and 5 year old love her. She is an excellent instructor, and she pushes them but she also understands that they do get scared, and sometimes need a little reassurance. She is fabulous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!

Brittany Merritt teacher both my daughters and she is an amazing instructor. The girls love her and she has helped them so much. Her instructions are clear and she is very caring! I would definitely recommend little fins and Ms. Brittany.

My son has been coming to Little Fins Swim School with Ms. Brittany for a couple months now and she has been amazing. We started out at a different swim school and when he started here with Ms. Brittany, she took him in as one of her own immediately and now my son loves going to swim. We have had nothing but an extraordinary experience here.

Brittany M. has been incredible! My daughter has the attention span of a fruit fly and more energy than the sun, but Brittany has never given up on her and has made it look easy. Not only does Brittany know what she is doing, but she also has the patience and perseverance that is required to work with kiddos. We have done lessons elsewhere and I felt like my money and time was wasted, and my daughter was getting frustrated. Now she swims like a fish and we get to look forward to class every week. Thank you Little Fins!

Ms. Mary has been a blessing to our family! My oldest was terrified of the water, every step was a negotiation, and she was in tears night before and all the way to swim lessons. Now we are counting down the days until our next lesson b cause we are so excited! In a matter of just a few months we have went from scared to do anything, to working on diving! My two girls have VERY different personalities and Ms. Mary meets their personalities and needs individually, she makes lessons fun and exciting, and takes the fear out of the lessons.

We think our teacher was great but went through a hurtful experience of being asked not to come back for our already paid for lessons-of course Jack refunded our lessons but the communication was rude and lacked customer service skills. I felt he had made a scheduling error and showed proof in our email communication of where I had communicated exactly which lessons I wanted to keep even though he had cancelled one of them (stating I wanted those lessons twice in two separate emails) and his response was “This is clearly your mistake not mine.I was very clear. I can however refund your charges and cancel all future lessons. I do not appreciate this type of response.” I think it was a poor way to handle things, yet love Ms. Kory so much asked if we could finish our lessons for the month with her, upon which he said no. I would forewarn on the customer service that things can be difficult.

Most amazing facility & staff!!! The pool is the perfect size (& not too deep) for beginners. Our instructor Haley was so attentive to my son & calmed his nerves with ease. Definitely our #1 choice in swim schools, & overall the best option for lessons.

Our 2 year old son has loved the water since he was born. As soon as he could walk, he was asking for a bath daily, and jumping in puddles. A huge concern of ours was that he would see a pool/pond/any quantity of water, jump in, and then drown immediately. Ms Rachael has been working with him for the past year, and now he can swim! He isn’t even 3 yet, and he can swim better than many adults. Now he loves the water even more than before! Little fins has been great to work with, always flexible, and we especially love that Ms Rachael has made such a strong connection with our son. Thank You Little Fins!

Little Fins is a must for families!! Ive seen kiddos come out of their shells and transform. What an incredible thing it is to see these children find confidence in themselves! Ti watch them grow and see how capable they can become in such a joy!!
