I’m so happy I decided to join this studio. I always leave feeling better then I came. Right now I’m taking classes with Courtney and she’s an amazing instructor, she’s lively, encouraging, fun, and helpful. No matter what class you take you will see improvement and that’s what I love about coming here! Not only will you see improvement (quickly) it’s really a welcoming and inclusive community here, I would definitely recommend for EVERYONE, 10/10!

Very beautiful studio and is also very clean. Plenty of room and poles for everyone to have their own pole. The staff was super friendly and professional. I attended Pole Fundamentals II class. I am not a super new poler, but it was my first time at this particular studio and the studio contact advised me to attend that class.I didnt feel new when walking in. Everyone greeted me like they had known me for years and I didnt feel like a stranger. I liked the way the class was ran/sat up. Instructor was super sweet and patient. I honestly could go on but I had an awesome time here and already have booked another class for this upcoming week. Thank you PBA for being kind, welcoming, and professional. Wishing nothing but the best for you all!

My friend and I took the introductory pole class on a Friday evening, for her birthday. I was expecting the class to be a bit intimidating. It wasn’t! It very instructional and we had such a great time. After demonstrating each move The instructor walked around to each person to assist and provide feedback. It was a lot of fun and we had a great time. We will definitely be back and will try some of the other dance classes also!

I would not recommend going to this business. We planned a girls trip to Charlotte and Pole Body & Art was apart of our To Do list while there. We arrived 10 minutes early as instructed by the companys email notification. We were a group of 5 and were the first to arrive to the 4 oclock class. We were notified moments later that only 4 out of 5 of us were booked for the class and there was no longer availability for that time slot. My friend had her confirmation email and the money was taken out of her account. We booked the class Tuesday of that week but nevertheless after an unnecessary series of questioning with the receptionist who was not willing to accommodate us at all. She gets the manager/co-owner Jennifer, that states if we stick around for 5 minutes and everyone that booked does not show she can be placed into the class. She stated that many times patrons book but do not show up so after 5 minutes she would be allowed in. There policy also states doors will be locked 5 minutes after the class scheduled start time and late arrivals will not be permitted in, basically late stranglers would have lost their spot. Cool, great! After 15 minutes of waiting the receptionist still says my friend could not enter because someone else was on there way. She did not notify staff personally, her friend actually told the receptionist when they arrived at 4:05. So, We talked to Jennifer once more who simply asked would we be comfortable sharing a pole. We agreed, our friend could share one of the poles during instruction time. So, shortly after entering the class my friend hears the receptionist and co-owner laughing about the situation. When we asked for a refund she tells us we cannot receive a refund, our friend can but we cannot because we are actually booked for the class. We were offered a credit to our accounts that she stated did not expire but no refund. So after getting our names we proceeded to leave and the young lady (Wendy) finally arrives. The co-owner was asked if we booked and arrived late would we still be able to attend the class and she stated NO. Wendy arrived and was paying for the class at 4:23. The class was scheduled to end at 5. I dont know if she knew this young lady Wendy personally but the receptionist kept referring to her on a first name bases. So, today I go to check my account with them to see if the credit was posted and it has an expiration date of September but Jennifer stated the credit doesnt and wouldnt expire.

No one cares about size, race, advanced,or novice you will be pleasantly thrilled on your growth. And thanks to Rhea first off cause she was my intro 1 instructor/sub in January if not for her great first impression I would of hesitated on membership but I went home excited and ready for more. Great place

It’s been years since I took a pole dancing class but I decided I was going to try again. I took the Intro 1 class and had a blast. At first I was a little nervous because I went by myself but the instructor Aud and the other girls in my class were great. I love that the environment at pole body & arts is very inclusive. Doesn’t matter what size or level you are you will have a great time. The studio was very clean and I felt I had enough space between myself and the girls next to me. If you’re thinking about taking up pole dancing this is the place to go!

Best studio in the Charlotte area. You get to learn not just pole dance but other forms of dance as well. And a whole bunch of other classes as well. It is the most inclusive space and I’ve never felt safer and more welcomed to be myself as I do here! Anyone and everyone can do pole! I love to call this studio home.

Absolutely amazing experience. Rhea did a phenomenal job instructing our class. Respect is earned and deserved for the pole arts because Hunny, the athleticism needed to do simple spins around the pole..sheesh. Our host and co host were professional and courteous. I will return.

I started attending class at PBA in January. Every single class I go to I grow in confidence, skill, technique, and self love/appreciation. Every educator is so talented! I have never been to a more inclusive and safe space, I leave feeling empowered even on my bad days. I cannot recommend Pole Body & Arts enough!!Also good to mention during this pandemic they take proper safety precautions very seriously which I appreciate!!!

I love this place. If youre looking for a spot thats inclusive, supportive, and magical, this is where you wanna be. Ive never taken pole classes before going here, but after my first class I signed up for a membership. Its intimate. MASKS ARE worn at all times. You get to dance and PLAY and the other polers cheer you on. Whether youre a dancer or a first timer like myself, you will have an amazing time. Its also amazing to see women and men of all shapes and sizes and colors represented here. And let me tell you-- everyone one of them are goals. Go check this place out!!

This is an awesome place to workout, love your body, and meet friends. From the champagne at your intro class to everyone after that, I’ve had FUN. The staff is loving and they want the best for you and your body. The instructors meet you off at whatever place your at and there are a variety of classes to try in addition to pole. I have a 10-class punchcard deal now but when that’s finally done, I’m getting the package with the free stripper heels ❤️❤️❤️💋💋💋

Yall, this place is so lovely. I was worried about finding a pole studio that I loved as much as the the one I went to in Nashville before I moved to Charlotte, but I am so glad I found PB&A. I actually found out about the studio because their studio manager was attending an online seminar on being inclusive for plus-size polers, that I was also attending. Its truly a welcoming environment, taking all the safety precautions in the time of covid, and I absolutely love the energy of the instructors. I definitely recommend this studio to anyone interested in dance or pole.

PBA is amazing! They have great all level classes and awesome instructors who are very friendly and easy to talk to. The entire place is squeaky clean but the best part about PBA is the atmosphere! Everyone is genuinely friendly and there are positive vibes all around. They also go above and beyond to be inclusive and show their support of all body types, races, genders, and sexualities. I am so glad I decided to become a member of the polefam! I truly love this place! ❤
