Used ClassPass and found this workout facility. It was so much fun and in a great area. The instructor was so friendly and energetic. Had a great workout and highly recommend for anybody.

I love the environment of this fitness center. Instructors and fitness goes are all excepting of all types of people and make your work out fun and enjoyable. Join them so you can dance your #^$ off.

So I did the Kizomba(think I spelled it right) dance lesson class with Veronika and it was awesome. From the beginning she direct with what was going to happen. She made us newbies feel confident and worked every step that we needed to know slowly and accurately. I also loved that she explained the nature of Kizomba and it’s origin. Now I was thinking that I was gonna just dance with my GF the entire night but nope Veronika had a rotate partners so that we got a chance to dance with everyone there(the leads). Which I now am grateful for because it made me comfortable enough to step out of my comfort zone and to trust someone enough to guide me. And everyone style of dancing is so different and at least from my beginners day class I am ok with that. Veronika also towards the end critiqued our posture and movements so that we can be on one accord. She is also a phenomenal dancer as well as instructor. You would not think that she’s only been dancing for 7 years. It was such a fun class and not expensive. We got our deal off of Groupon but even if not it’s like 15$ per class I believe. And at the end of the package there is a party!!! I am so looking forward to my next few classes. This is such a confidence booster and super sexy too.
