Our family recently moved to the area and we were in a position when we had to find an emergency daycare for our special needs autistic 7 year old. So far, our son has been loving it . They serve meals and snacks and it is included in the price . The rooms tend to be a bit noisy if your child needs to do a school work and this has been our only issue . Yet, the management and the teachers have been very accommodating and doing the best they can during these difficult times . If you need one on one constant care and school work tutor, that is not the right place . Yet, there is a constant supervision for the kids and they do the best they can

Awful child care lack of attention to children is clear. Children coming home with large scratches bruises with no incident reports. Unreported contagious illnesses. This place is a joke I wouldn’t trust them to care for a pet rock

Storytime day care is one of the best around. My children enjoy going to school and can’t wait to see their friends and hug their teachers. The staff is loving and nurturing making leaving for work easier knowing they are in good care. Love everyone there and thank them so much for helping my children learn and grow.

This daycare is phenomenal! The staff are always so loving and kind and treated my children like their own. They focus on fun and education while also having great management. There is alway a smiling face when you walk inti the building and they’re always more than happy to help out with any questions or concerns I have as well. They do a great job here and I could never imagine bringing my children anywhere but here !

I was referred to storytime child care through a friend and have been more than ecstatic with our experience here. Jerry and his staff are very attentive and kind to my daughters needs. They even get her to eat when sometimes I can’t! My schedule is at times erratic, but they are so accommodating as to the times I can bring her, and for this I thank them! I am a single dad and care of my daughter is of utmost importance to me. I am very fortunate to have found this in storytime.—Tim B.

I absolutely love this daycare.they notify me when a child is sick,or when my child isnt feeling well they instantly call me. They treat my baby as if they were one of their own! Very happy to have my kids apart of his daycare! Keep up good work story time.

I have been taking my daughter (1 1/2) here since she was 3 months old. The daycare staff has always been very caring and loving to my daughter. I have had nothing but great experiences with the teachers, the management and the owner. My daughter always comes home with cute art projects and she has learned so much in just her short time. You can tell the staff really take time teaching the children and giving them fun experiences, rather than just watching them. I definitely recommend this facility.

I cant say enough positive things about storytime! i would be here all day. To be able to work all day and know that my children are well cared for is a piece of mind. I have been bringing my children since 2012 and not one complaint! They take care of the kids as if they were there own children. They follow parents request as well as medical issues. The best part I love is that they keep me informed of everything!!! I will never bring my kids any where else!!!!!!!!

The staff here is so friendly! The directors are approachable and made me feel great about bringing my daughter here. My daughter loves it! Theyre hours are so flexible as well, and work great with changing schedules.

3 daycare experiences in 2 months until I found the perfect place and Storytime is not one of them! This place is good if you expect the bare minimum for your child. Its over crowded and understaffed!! They do not abid by the teacher to student ratio laws. My niece came home with marks from being hit, bitten, scratched down her entire face (twice) etc. aweful experience! They jam-pack children in an unstructured environment. The smell of urine radiates through the hallways. I wish I never enrolled my niece into their daycare in the first place.

Loving, caring, nurturing staff. I fully trust every staff member with my child. Nothing but amazing experiences at this daycare! My children love going in every morning.

I have a lot of experience dealing with daycares. I am a foster parent, and most of the time, I need to find childcare in with in 24 hours of a placement (because I work full time)......and Storytime has been the most accommodating daycare I have used. Typically daycares can be very difficult to work with, when it comes to payment (especially for kiddos in foster care) however that is not the case here. They work with you, not against you.Everyone has been very friendly, I love that the owner is in the facility on a daily basis, making sure everything is taken care of. Kim and Amanda are two of the directors and they are welcoming and informative, the entire staff is so sweet. Ms. Molly and Ms. Manda from the toddler room were outstanding! They would give me daily updates on the kids and their progress, which I truly appreciated.They also have the most convenient hours, the other daycare that I had to use (because storytime was full, and they follow the NYS staffing Regs exactly) has very inconvenient hours, and they close A LOT, which is so difficult for my work schedule.This is by far my favorite daycare that I have used and I would send any of my foster or birth children to Storytime.

I can’t express ENOUGH about how amazing the staff here at story time is. Any time my child was sick, injured, happy, loved, good or bad, i was notified which you won’t find in most daycares. I always got amazing artwork from them and memories that last a lifetime. The hours they’re open are remarkable and weekends as well, i cannot express my gratitude for the time my child was enrolled at storytime, I am beyond thankful for their amazing staff.

Wonderful and caring staff! I feel confident that my child will be loved and taken care of while I am at work.

Pulled my kid out after catching hand foot and mouth here. They said they would notify parents if any contagious ilnesses (pinkeye strep ect)Got a call from a manager saying they believe he had it, when we got there 30 min later the staff advised it has been an ongoing issue but NO PARENTS WERE NOTIFIED until their child contracted it. Stay clear
