I have been teaching for 9 years and have taught for many schools in California and Internationally. This is my first year at Burnet and absolutely love it! The students are fabulous and the staff are extremely well trained and love their job. I have found my new home and Burnet is in the center.

Burnet is the best Middle school there, its so welcoming, and the band directors are so amazing. And the band is big and sounds so beautiful. And plus you can actually learn there and you can do amazing projects in art.

Im a student from this school and its an awesome school. The band directors are really nice and the teachers there too. Its fun and you can do all kind of sports there. I really love this school ♥♥

Burnet Middle School is a fun and great school there are a lot of things to do there like run on the track, spend time at Boys & Girls Club, Walk aroung the school, and enjoy the field space. I loved that school when I was a student and still do!!! :-)

Burnet oh burnet I miss you and all the principals, burnet was the best middle school I had been.

Lots of people say its a bad school I dont think so because I went and its good my whole family went as kids we all turned out great. :-)

Not a student or parent, just use the courts from time to time. Great courts! Even have a nice track to run.

Look, its a title I school so dont expect Westlake or western burbs type stuff here. I subbed there for months as a long term and love these kids. Discipline needs to be enforced from top-down, but the admin and staff are all generally very good. Once they get the discipline thing (ENFORCED) itll be like night and day. Lots of sweet kids having their education f-ed up by kids who havent learned how to behave. They need to go away then its left to the competent and dedicated teaching staff and theyll do fine.Its rough to work there, so God bless em. I would go back, personally, if my real job falls through. Lots of kids are my little pals and are shapeable still. Need parents who have their crap together is all. Parents who care and dont make excuses for the lack of discipline and motivation their kids have. Once the parents pull their head out, and admin boots out the PITAs its a great place.
