When I went to this high school it was M.D Collins..... It was the best school ...I attended this school from 72-77 ...This was a big part of my past.... I love that anyone who attended this school as M.D Collins .We were proud to be Collins cougars ... Cheer for the red and gold.... These are mymemories and if the halls of Collins could talk they would say they loved being a part of the best high school. I truly hope the new school will be the place to begin and end with your precious memories. I will always cherish my memories of the halls I walked in my M. D Collins. I wish I could give this school zero stars!! I shouldve known there was going to be problems at this school when a girl came into the counselors office in tears because other girls were bullying her. This happened as I was enrolling my child. My child would call me constantly to come pick her up because those kids were bullying her. Ive had to go up there several times and talk with administrators, assistant principal as well as the principal about the problems. Another day a student threatened to shoot other kids at the school and I wasnt notified about this incident until 4.5hrs later. On 3 separate occasions I picked my child up and witnessed students being jumped by other students after school. I could go on and on about the things I witnessed as well as what my child had told me. Even if this is your home school, I highly encourage you to seek another Fulton County School as this one is not a good school. Im pretty sure it could be a good school but you got kids there that make this school look bad not to mention teachers who dont give a damn about the kids nor their education/well being.

Walk into the office, staff pretends not to see you, staff very confrontational. No wonder there are so many fights. School administration is unprofessional and has no pride in their school. When I visited the bulletin boards were bare. Every employee wants to be in charge and tells you something different. The principal talks a good game, but thats all he will do.Talk with no action behind it. You may as well home school than send your kid here.

Its a good school. At first it seems horrible. But when you stay there for a long time your like hey I kind of like it.

Where do I began...This is probably the worse Middle School in the area. The prinicple nor the assistant prinicple have a clue. One of the teacher threathen my granddaughter and my daughter. The Board Of Education does nothing but talk. They do not follow up. Some of the teachers ae bullies. The teachers bullies the students, so if the teachers do it the students are going to do it as well. All this is on recording and they still lie. The news do not cover all area when reported. I will be so glad when this year is over so my daughter and son in law can put their kids in a different school. This school fails to protect these kids from bullies. Students dont have a voice. No wonder why schools are failing, some teachers dont care. Yes there are some students that cause problems. My suggestion to all you parents talk to your child about what is really going on at McNair Middle School You just maybe surprise.

I went here before the rebuild of the school, and it sucked. Dont be fooled by the otuside. The teachers were unhelpful, While was here My grades dropped to an all time LOW. Cs,Ds,Fs. People bullied others way more then any other school Ive went to. Try to divert the chance of coming herr

My experience was amazingi. Class of 2016 and the teachers there I will miss I cried cause I was with them since me 6th grade year they really preparedme for high school I am very sad principal MrAbdul Rahman does not work there any more he really mad a change Im my eyes

I hate this school so much everbody here is rude and they never think befor the say something and its sad I fell bad for the kids that dont do anthing to any body the well figth you for no reson and dont care about it.

Its an OK school, the teachers are really nerve-racking but they grow on you .Im glad Im leaving here, McNair has alot of fights but its a good school.
