My sister has been trying to register to this school since January! We’ve tried calling and calling and calling and their phone system just transfers us back and forth. She has been sending emails and the replies take MONTHS! We are loosing out patience here because months and passing by.

It was a student saver when it was open much respect to the people who ran this program thank you so much

Terrible been having issues with this school staffing from day one. Very irresponsible they dont respond in a timely manner. Definitely not a interactive learning experience.

Sad to say my 5 stars are gone. The teacher student relationship was horrible. Im on the homeschooling side if things because if anxiety and one of the works said I could have an area to myself just me and her. I got in the room it was other people I lost it. Took teachers days to help me and the advice would be Google it. Or they would completely avoid my question. The set up for the class isnt well. It should be a live person and a live chat box for instant help. With a real teacher. The support people sometimes could help not all the time. Then when I was sick and couldnt go to school (lost of therapy and behavioral hospital visits ) I got in trouble for attendance because my counselor changed and no one informed my mom nor me. My counselors always changed every quarter. Then when I withdrawal they didnt process it until a month later. Horrible all around. Needs MAJOR improvement.

Ive completed the program at YCA and I was suppose to receive my High School Diploma in the mail, its been 3 months since Ive graduated and I STILL DONT HAVE MY HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA!!

Please never enroll your children here, they will ignore your emails, your requests for college assistance and anything else they dont feel like dealing with. There is no communication from teachers unless it is auto generated or you just get lucky. When trying to get in touch with my guidance counselor for TWO weeks my principal told me not to try and contact her through the ONE AND ONLY EMAIL I HAD FOR HER. This school is a JOKE

Terrible I got 3 credits for a whole year of classes and now that Im going back to public school I might have to redo ninth grade
