Lucy taught my best friend & I a beginner pole class this last weekend, and it was AMAZING! So so much fun! Lucy, also the owner, worked with us so that we both felt confident and had a whole routine down in just an hour! She was so nice and uplifting. The studio was super clean and the poles were sanitized before and after use. Definitely recommend for a bachelorette party, girl’s night, or if you just want a really fun workout!! Tribe is offering classes NOW & is a safe way to get out of the house and be active!! Free parking, awesome vibe, clear instruction, reasonable prices, CHECK IT OUT!!

I recently completed Tribes Pole Initiation 6 week series. I absolutely loved the experience, and will be continuing with subsequent series and drop in classes. Lucy is a very good instructor, and infuses her classes with joy, wisdom, and empowering strength. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and inviting. I love the luxurious dressing room and restroom as well. A wonderful studio and tribe of women to dance and grow with!

I had a blast learning the basics of pole dancing with a private group of about 15 girls. Dana was an incredible instructor and knew how to make us all feel comfortable. She was the perfect balance between sexy and funny and had us all inspired and giggling. I would definitely recommend this for a group of ladies!!

Tribe is truly an incredible place. I was really nervous to try pole dancing for the first time but those nerves faded instantly upon entering my first class with Lucy. She is an absolutely incredible teacher and truly cares about every student’s understanding of choreography and material. The classes are fun, informative, and dynamic. I have been a student at Tribe Dance & Pole for one year now, and it has been an incredibly empowering and liberating experience for me! Booked the Luxury Pole Party for a friends bachelorette. So reasonably priced! We played games, learned a pole and lap dance routine - all while sipping on champagne! Most of us had never experienced a pole class before but our instructor, Carissa, made it super easy for everyone to be comfortable letting loose. We were allowed to take fun pictures and videos of our routines as souvenirs. Thanks for making our friends day so special! We had a great time!

This space is gorgeous! Feels like home when you walk in there. The studio is split into two rooms, each with its own bumping sound system and unique class offerings. Love the vibe in there and everyone is so nice. Dont be afraid to try something new!!!

Went for a private class with 15 ladies and had an absolute blast! The teacher, Dana, was so fun and great at teaching us the basics and simple choreography. Coordinating with Lucy, the owner, was super easy and they were very accommodating with our group. Highly recommended!!

I love Tribe Dance and Pole! I have taken both a beginner pole dance class and yoga classes at Tribe and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tribe! The space is beautiful and the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. I was feeling really discouraged during one pole class when I could not get a spin down and considered giving up. Lucy, my wonderful teacher, contacted me the next day to encourage me, sympathize with me on how tough it is when a spin doesnt come quickly, and to let me know that she believed in me. I came back the next week and nailed that spin! Anandas yoga classes are amazing in connecting mind, body and spirit. I always walk out of their rejuvenated and with new insights. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space where we can go to learn, laugh, and grow.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, personable, and all around awesome personal trainer look no further! I have been seeing Lucy for personal training sessions one time a week for about 8 weeks and have seen amazing results in strength, flexibility, and tone. She also has great workouts designed for couples training sessions. I highly recommend Lucy at Tribe!

I always wanted to try pole dancing but wasnt brave enough. When I came to the year anniversary celebration of Tribe Dance & Pole studio, I got lucky and won in a raffle a 6 week Initiation Pole Dance series. Six weeks later after graduating from the first class I am signed up for another Level. I am very lucky that I had that opportunity otherwise I wouldnt probably ever got the guts. But now I look forward to every Tuesday with Lucy, Shelby and all the amazing, extremely talented and professional crew! Lucy pushes me beyond my limits, encourages me to come out of my comfort zone and reveal my fierce yet graceful side, while very patiently helping me to improve and polish all the choreographic moves, routines and spins. Seriously, if you have a little tingle in your heart saying Id like to try it. My answer is - DO IT! You can always just drop in for an open practice class and check it out for yourself.

We loved our experience at Tribe! We had a one hour pole party as part of a bachelorette weekend. Lucy, the owner, was an amazing teacher and very talented. She was so encouraging and made it so fun and easy for us to learn the routine. I would highly recommend this as part of a fun girls weekend or just because. :)

I completely trust this place and the commitment to welcoming everyone. Im having such a wonderful time learning a new style of movement from such great instruction and support.

Signing up for classes at Tribe Dance & Pole was one the best ideas ever for not only my self confidence, building strength and making great new friends but it was so much fun thanks to the teachers & what a great job they do to make you feel welcome. Lucy created a nonjudgmental space by making lighthearted remarks and presenting an all-about-fun attitude. I notice that everyone in the classes followed her lead & their insecurities were replaced with confidence.Aside from being a surprisingly great workout, the class was really empowering for me. I ended up taking personal training from Lucy because I’ve never been more inspired by someone. Looking back at what I’ve achieved so far at Tribe I can’t believe how much stronger & in tune I am with my body and my movements. It has served as a great outlet for me & become my therapeutic happy place. The studio is super clean with an inviting atmosphere of just the right amount of mirrors & lighting. I can’t say enough positive things about this business and the amazing women that teach here!

I adore this pole studio, welcoming environment, with patient teachers. The studio is a great size & the poles are adequately spaced apart so you dont need to worry about extending into your fellow pole babes. Theres cubbies & hooks to hang your things & a changing area as well. Free on site parking as well.

TRIBE DANCE & POLE IS AN AMAZING STUDIO! I have taken two separate series’s and various classes—with different instructors—and they have all been incredible. I feel extremely comfortable in the environment of the studio, there is a changing room and entrance to includes cubbies for storing things. The studio has one full wall of mirrors, with each pole strategically plac d having a “view” of self on the mirror wall. The studio is clean and gives everything a nice wipe down in between classes. The owner is extremely reliable and goes above and beyond for every client. I started months ago doing the six week initiation series, and have since joined the five week beginning spin pole and barre drop on classes. I come her for the “tribe” of amazing women that always keep my mood positive.

This studio is the perfect mix of elegance, class, sexy, and fun! The teachers are so kind and supportive and the space itself is stunning! Beginning pole dance was very intimidating for me. I tried classes at other studios but always felt out of place. But by the end of my first class at Tribe, my confidance was up and thoughts of I could actually do this replaced my initial, persistent terror. People of all shapes and sizes CAN do this! I experienced a awful class series; the instructor must have had a personal vendetta against me. I felt like it was very unprofessional to run her business the way she did. Maybe your experience will be different. I have personally learned SO MUCH MORE from basic YouTube videos, I felt I wasted money going to the studio.
