I have zero complaints about this daycare facility. Everybody was really kind, professional, organized, and my child loved going there. We look forward to working with them again after the summer is over.

This facility has some of the best front staff I have encountered with a day care center. We vetted a lot of different locations before choosing this one and I am glad we did. They are extremely responsive and willing to chat with parents at anytime. My kids had a great summer there and I was always secure in knowing they were safe and learning! The facility is very clean, welcoming and warm!

We love our Ankeny KinderCare! Our son has been attending since he was 4 months old, and its been nothing but a great experience for us. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond to make sure our son is safe and loved while in their care. They have persevered throughout the Covid craziness, and have always put us at ease with their safety and sanitary practices and protocols, which includes temperature checks, wearing masks, hand washing often (even for the little ones), and disinfecting frequently to ensure the safety of the kids and the staff. Their continued diligence towards keeping the center and the kids clean and safe has allowed my husband and I to work without worry, and we couldnt be more grateful for that. Communication through all of this has been open and honest, which has definitely been appreciated by us. Overall, we couldnt be happier with our choice to attend the Ankeny KinderCare, and we are so grateful for the directors and staff who love our son just as we do!

We have two children attending Ankeny KinderCare and can not say enough good things about this center! The environment is very warm and friendly and the staff communication is great. My children love going to daycare and I feel at ease knowing they are getting a great education, being fed healthy meals and are cared for. Would recommend to anyone!!

We absolutely love our Ankeny Kindercare! The staff is wonderful & caring. They have great communication- especially during covid with all the precautions in place that prevent parents from going into classrooms. The staff diligently uses the app to communicate the happenings throughout the day- including pictures & videos. We are also very impressed with the curriculum. My son has grown so much in all areas in the past year that he has attended! We love that there is a gym so the kiddos can get their energy out when the weather doesn’t permit them to go outside. I know both my boys are loved & well cared for when they are there each day! We highly recommend Kindercare.

We really love taking our daughter (soon to be daughterS) to KinderCare in Ankeny. She loves her teachers, the other kids and the daily activities. The teachers are so amazing and get to know each child on an individual basis. We would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing and friendly staff. Teachers are very attentive and care very much about the children in their classrooms. Center does a great job of introducing new activities and crafts.

Everyone is always so helpful and caring for my daughter! Sometimes she is the last child there and they are always keeping her entertained and happy! They do lots of sweet crafts and are easy to get a hold of and communicate with. We couldn’t be happier with our experiences at KinderCare Ankeny!

Im not horribly upset, but i thought it was really unkind how after i applied for this job and got a phone interview set up, they called me 15 minutes late for my scheduled phone interview. The call failed so i called back immediately but got no answer. Eventually about 4 hours later i took time out of my other job to take the phone call i was supposed to get earlier. Everything was fine and we set up an in-person interview the following Monday. The interview went great and i was told i would be getting a call that Friday. It has now been 2 weeks and im really disappointed that i did not get any acknowledgement or update on what was going to happen. I figured i would be respected enough to at least get a phone call back instead of being left clueless. I dont think I want to be working for a place like this unfortunately.

Amazing infant staff! Attentive, friendly and personable. We brought our 7 week old here and she has been in such trusted hands. Highly recommend! Fun, cute and educational curriculum. Also very responsive if you want them to feed your baby at certain times or adjust their napping schedule.

We love KinderCare in Ankeny! The staff all know our daughters and show real interest and care for them every day. They communicate regularly with us on how our children are doing and respond promptly to every question weve had. We even saw an improvement in our 2-year-olds behavior once we switched to KinderCare, and also in our infants sleep. We feel good about dropping off our children at the center every morning. I would recommend KinderCare in Ankeny to any parent!
