I called and asked what time they were closing today. They told me 5:00 p.m. . I drove all the way from Tukwila arrived at 4:40 p.m. and the door was closed. The sign on the door says 5:00 p.m. . The website says 6:00 p.m. . What a waste of gas and a waste of my time I heard this happened to a friend of mine with this company. They close whenever they want to no matter whether you call ahead no matter how far are you traveled. They just dont care.

The owner was extremely rude to me. when i wanted to get my eyebrows done, he sent his short oompa loompa lookinh son to do them, and the little kid had to step on a booster to reach my eyes. the little kid had the worst breath also. my eyebrows took 3 hours to get done and theyre un even. nice effort! i enjoyed the cut. The cut was the opposite of drippy as heck.

I’ve been a customer for years because of how close and cheap it was. I would get my sons hair cuts done there by a guy who graduated from being a student. He was very nice at first but then started refusing to cut my sons hair even though I told him many times I’ll tip you double. I think they hated the fact that our skin was black so they gave me attitude. The lady who is the teacher would always tell the guy to cut my sons hair so he decided to cut it and left my son with scratches and burns all over his head! This was before covid-19. They would also refuse to give service because it was 1 hours before closing time and they said they were “closed”. The nail people weren’t even there at all! If you looking for a good haircut place I suggest the one in Tukwila it was 15 dollars per person and he’s amazing! I go there know.

This place always gave my son a great hair cut, Were not Vietnamese, so I have no idea what they say and I dont care. They cut hair good and charge only $6.00!! One time the cut was off a little, we went back and they were happy to fix it, no problem. We go there a lot. I dont care what they say about anyone, for $6.00, you can talk about who ever you like, :).

I get my hair washed and trimmed from them and i love when they wash my hair! They scrub and massage the scalp! I wish i could have them do that everyday!

This place is a joke! Thai is so unprofessional. He would talk bad about his clients in front and behind them if HIS work is not great or the client is unhappy about it. It is never his fault. It is always the customers fault,he said it himself. Getting a hairy is fine, but if you want you hair colored, dont bother. You will NEVER get what you want. I was sitting in his chair for at least 5hrs and I heard 4 women complain about their hair color, I was the 5th that day.

The old Asian man to cut hair refuse to cut my son hair on top.it was large.so I ask please to cut. he just act to dont speak English and he just say next time.He looks so unmotivated and whit bad actitud..I dont recommend it
